Very disappointed, I was coming from a night shift, I quickly check into the store to get uniform for my friends son, I meet someone by the till, the lady to a bit a time with the sales lady, and as the lady moved forward i thought that the sales will call me and apologize for the long wait, she rather turned her back and was doing something else, no eye contact to acknowledge that i was waiting. I have to excuse her that can't she see that i am waiting. The excuse she gave me was that she is waiting for the woman to move, whereas the woman have moved to the front to pack her stuffs. She was very rude to me . The other people came and explained to them, They de escalated the situation.

I was very impressed with my shopping experience at Marks & Spencer this morning. In a rush on my way to work I wanted to pick up two magnum bottles of wine. Due to their size and weight I requested a carton carrier. Unfortunately there was not one to hand at the till area. In most situations now a days the customer given a flipen "sorry we've run out" and you're left to move on. This morning a Stephen took the the time to seek out a carrier from another section of the store. This was very much appreciated as I had a long journey into the city. Keep up the good work M&S staff helpful good customer service is hard to find. P0

I'd love to shop here more but they keep moving al the stock around in the food/ groceries section, presumably to make people shop around a bit more but it makes it extremely inconvenient. If there are any staff about they aren't that well informed on where anything is, and tbh who can blame them; they're probably as confused as everyone else! The minute Waitrose opens they might as well close the food bit lol

Slightly old fashion decor but the same fantastic food quality and customers service. The shelves were well stocked and the range of goods was well chosen. The fresh fruit section was a little bid empty but I am sure there was a good excuse for it. The staff are very friendly and hardworking but are hard to pin down. Love coming back to this store over the years and I have never been disappointed.

I love M&S, they have a small collection off women's & mens clothes plus shoes, underwear, handbags, purses, not very big but i have bought quiet a lot from there, I love their skinny Jean's as they do long leg, not much variety but good enough to get some casual wear. They have food also which is very popular, not the biggest store, but enough to hold you.

Went to the Walworth Road branch today and was disappointed to discover that I couldn't purchase what I came their for. I wanted some nighties for my Mum' (birthday) and told they didn't have any. There were a lot of pyjamas though.... I digress... I then asked the member of staff to check Lewisham and was told they had some. I brought some food and left.

Small but has a good range of meat and veg stuff. I happened to be in for both. Their was initially only one till open but as it was busy two other people jumped onto tills which eased any issues. Needed some washing capsules and they had this too with m&s range being decently priced. No issues and pleasant shop.

Not good, Purchsed pair of cargo Pants yesterday, got home went to try them on and they did not fit, took them back first thing this morning and they refused refund on them because of so called mark on the back pocket, not my problem its how i purchased them, never going into this shop ever again.

I had been served by a friendly black lady earlier this evening at customer service. She had shown me the different leggings they had on the shop floor. I got the right size leggings that I wear in stock plus a discount and excellent customer service too. Thank you for your help! Keep it up.

They don't have changing rooms so carefully measure yourself and make detailed notes before you purchase clothes. Because remember: best guess is worst guess (as you will invariably have to go all the way back to the shop to exchange your item for something you may think will fit this time).

they would normally get 5 stars but i went all the way to get my favourite drink Pina Colada and they had none on the shelves. They know its popular so should order more.i have now been to a few Marks an Spencer and they have all run out.for my weekend …

Their beer and food selection in general is really good but slightly constrained due to space limitations I'd assume. I'd remove the clothing department and have them just focus on the food. Marks & Spencer feels like one of the only good food stores in London.

This store is disgusting and treats customers appallingly The alarm sounded as I left the store through no fault of my own and I was then accused of stealing in open air. Avoid this place at all costs given the baseless accusations that they throw around

It is perhaps surprising but incredibly convenient to have this M&S in an area without the greatest grocery stores. Well kept shop. Clean, Always fully stocked, and the wait at checkout never more than a few minutes. I hope this branch won’t be closing!

Very clean, well stocked and very polite staff. They assisted us with everything we needed and the lady at the till was very welcoming and genuine. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for something special or for something as a little treat

Marks and Spencer is a household name, i've been a customer since I was a child. Thanks to my mum, I still shop here; it is my go to for a quick snack, if I need a coffee or a hot choc, from breakfast to dinner I cannot possibably go wrong.

Thought I try click and collect boy was I wrong. Waited 15 mins by the collection point African lady rang the bell to call her colleague whilst she spoke in her native tounge to her pals who were shopping in store eventually she pressed

Fed up with them insisting customers use self service tills. I can go to Morrisons and be treated like scum and not pay a premium for it in there. I'd rather be served in M&S but they don't seem interested in their customers anymore.

Wonderful compact M&S that has both clothes and food. Staff know their stock, are helpful, and friendly. Well presented and fairly priced. Not many High St M&S exist like this in London any more. One star off as no fitting rooms.

So glad that this branch of M&S has stood the test of time when so many decent shops on Walworth Rd have disappeared. I pop in for a few basic bits or a luxury treat when I'm in the mood and like that there is always consistency.

Excellent service from Leah. She was a delight to deal with. Very friendly yet , professional. Super experienced. Very personable and capable. Made us feel very welcome. Whole experience in store was great thanks to Leah.

Not good. The store was not equipped with what I wanted to buy. The layered prawn salads on displayed at redused price expires on the day. I wanted some fresh ones to eat at work the next day and to give to my friend.

Love going to shop here. The staff are very pleasant and helpful if you need to know anything. Food is always fresh and tasty. I buy most of my fruits here. Absolutely sweet. Thank you Marks and Spencer Walworth Road.

Their generic clothing range could bore you to death before you've had a chance to try anything on and it's annoying that they only sell their own brands of food but some of those foods are pretty awesome!

Most staff are wonderful except for one lady and one gentleman. They are not lady or gentleman. I have been going for almost 27 years and service have improve so much quality of the foods a the best..

A classic. Good selection, lovely, tenured staff. Has all the basics and extra bits too. I've never once had a problem in this particular shop. Really a pleasure to browse here. Highly recommended.

I was surprised... It's not bougie, but it had some great deals marked down. Giid food hall severs its purpose. I kinda wonder if they would refit it to make the food hall visible from the street.

Lovely polite staff working here and it has everything you need from clothes and shoes to bakery to food. A good sized store for the area with a cash machine inside if you need to get money out.

Not the biggest M&S in the world but it has a very good range of their groceries . The clothing section is small but good for women's and children's clothes but too small a selection for men.

Amazing and helpful staff on the food section. However, if you have an issue with rude or unhelpful staff at the clothes section, don't expect your complaints to be dealt with seriously.

My local store, I go to buy the food as the quality is always high. Its one of the older stores and money has been spent to update the look and feel. Customer service is always good.

Nice modern layout, good selection, staff are friendly but cashiers can be somewhat moody at times. Easy access from main high street, no parking.
