POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE I bought a coupon from Groupon app on the 9/12/2023. When I contacted the team to make a booking they said the next availability is after the 7th of Jan. I booked 2 slots for the 14th of Jan. Then I contacted them on the 9th to confirm my booking no one replied to the messages. I called them on the 11th to confirm it through this number +971 50 778 8238, the agent said it is fully booked now!!!.and the next availability is on 5th of Feb. I told him I already reserved 2 slots His reply was they are receiving booking every second and he can't do anything about it When I tired to find a solution with him he started shouting on me and telling me it you aren't OK with the new dates you can refund your voucher. I texted him asking how to make the refund, he was very very rude. I don't advice anyone to contact them. Very poor service with bad attitude.

Absolutely the worst tour operator. Extremely rude and uncooperative. I purchased a voucher for Musandam cruise on 16th Jan, and they are giving the earliest available date as 12th Feb. That's 27 days! This company is always claiming that all seats are booked. In that case, they should clearly mention that they need bloody 30 days notice!! I have noticed the same in the reviews given by others. This company is full of cheats, frauds and crooks. Please don't ever have any booking with this operator.

Absolutely worse service and experience with touristic agencies ever. Not worth any money, neither time. Problems and rudeness from the point one. Save your nerves and time by choosing any other agency.
