Absolutely 5 star customer service! I was looking for a last minute gift of a digital piano and couldn't find one in my price range anywhere in town. Best Buy had some, but at a location far away, and I always try to shop local instead of big box stores. These guys didn't have one in stock either, but the owner (or staff member) actually DROVE to their warehouse to pick one up and have it ready in store in just a few hours! Thank you thank you! While I was picking it up, I had a chance to look around their shop too - great selection of instruments and accessories! Definitely choose this great local business for your music needs.

I have a fender stratocaster that required a few upgrades and a tune up. I brought it in and had it back within 24 hours, in impeccable condition. By far the best service I've come across in Montreal. Highly reccomended.
