I bought a little treat for my wife about two weeks ago with a group-on voucher. It was shellac manicure and pedicure. I don't think anyone of these people have any idea what a shellac manicure and pedicure is. As I m a man myself, as far as I know , a manicure and pedicure includes buffing, nail shaping, filing ,cuticle removing etc for fingers and toes. Then shellac polish is applied and it normally stays on about two weeks. None of the services were delivered when my wife was there. All she got done was some kind of nail polishing for both fingers and toes under the name of shellac manicure and pedicure and that was it. Shellac polish wasnt even applied evenly. It is all over the place. They say they are professional beauty therapists but they are nowhere near being one of them as I believe they treated my wife with a quick in-and-out thing because she went there with a voucher. I m sure she would have been treated a lot better if she turned up and paid the full price with no discount(voucher). Voucher wasn't too expensive as it is not the issue, but these people should understand that consistency and good customer service will always gain. As I mentioned it wasn't too much that I paid but unfortunately these lot proved the fact that "you get what you pay for" I just wasted the money.

A friend of mine has been here before and did her eyelashes with Dora who did them very long 5D and everything with a Groupon. voucher and they lasted 5 whole weeks. I am disappointed that I didn't get the same service. I was assigned a trainee technician, who I showed her my friends lashes and she said as I purchased a groupon Cannot have 5D lashes... which I found unfair. She was very slow process took 4.5 hours! and it has only been about 2 weeks, most of it has fallen out within few days and now hardly anything left. Definitely not a happy bunny.

I got a full set of mink eyelashes and they are amazing! Best eyelash extensions I’ve ever had and the lady Dora had great attention to detail. The manager contacted me to say my appointment was cancelled however rescheduled the next day and was very attentive. Extremely happy with the end results and would definitely be going back! Thanks! Great salon just few seconds from Leicester square. I had a deep lymphatic massage and I felt so good right after. I am going every week for different treatments and it is worth it. Staff is amazing, especially 'C'. Very professional. Highly recommended

Staff very very rude and unprofessional. They cancelled my appointment 90 minutes before without apology, then charged me for it and refused a refund/ reschedule.
