We have been seen by the new Dr. today named Nathan, So basically, I’ve been with this GP for long time ago and then I called for an emergency appointment for my baby as she’s been ill for awhile. But then I think this Dr. is newly appointed there. So basically, I think when Dr. Chung gone, all previous Dr’s were also left the GP, so I guess, all the Doctor now are new and unfortunately we have been seen by this rude Female Dr. Called Nathan, she rolled her eyes when she started to speak on us whilst opening her door, I felt like we were humiliated, then she started to speak in a sarcastic manner and even said you’re late and I have a phone call appointment and if they call, I will stop talking to you and answer the phone in a very rude voice tone. I was so embarrassed, don’t know what should I say, is she’s unprofessional or being racist treating her patients like that, I can accept it if it just me, but in this case I was with my baby’s and she acted like that, I hope her children's won’t be treated like that or in any form of humiliation as it is so embarrassing. Furthermore, I never speak anything bad nor any bad words comes out from my mouth as I always remember that mostly establishments here in the UK says BE KIND TO OUR STAFF but it feels like the other way round. So I am so sad for our experienced today. I felt so humiliated as a father. I didn’t confront her or make a scene as I was with the children. I will just wait for the KARMA….

Update 12th July I visited the Medical Group and the Nurse was amazing, and if you need a smear test she is the best, and she was very expert at taking your blood. What concerns me is that although I had been booked for a blood test several weeks ago, there was no history of the tests I needed, and if it wasn't for the Nurse I would have had the minimal tests taken. Secondly I have a history of liver problems and I did not know which tests to ask for, and so I feel I have been neglected and should have more extensive tests. A lot of my tests came back red, meaning out of range, and I think that Doctor's surgeries on a whole need to prevent cancer and organ failure by given adequate blood tests in the beginning. There receptionist today was extremely rude, and discourteous, and gave me a menacing look, and contempt for me. She upset me so much that I fled the surgery. The manager Adeline of the surgery witnessed the event, and failed to help me. I have heart problems and felt totally devastated and did not receive the help I needed. They break the government guidelines which no longer necessitate any face coverings and need to update this. Though the receptionist was not wearing a face mask, which was why I saw her many faces of aggression. Interestingly no member of staff was wearing a mask (so they can infect us, but ...).

I have been with the practice with my family for good few years now and generally get the help I need nonetheless there were several circumstances where I had a lot of stress most recent I needed a certificate to fly and on the phone I was assured there is no problem with it and not informed I need any notes from my midwife etc. When I arrived to the appointment the doctor said she could have not provide such a note and made me feel like I was asking for really unreasonable thing. I ended up needing to book a private appointment that costs a lot where from asking various people this certificate has been issued by different GP without any problems. It's an ok practice but I think there is a room for improvement when it comes to attitude towards patients

This surgery is dysfunctional and staff is incompetent. I just attended my appointment for a test, which was booked a week ago and confirmed by the surgery on the last working day. I walked into the nurse's room and sat opposite her so she could tell me that because of Covid-19 she will not do my test because she wants to avoid unnecessary exposure. The test does not involve my face and I did not need to take my face mask for the test to take place. She also ignored my concerns I raised about my symptoms and decided my case is not urgent enough. I have been a patient of this surgery for many years. There were moments when the standard wasn't satisfactory but what happened to me today is beyond any comprehension.

Outstanding and excellent job done by doctor PATEL. I am very pleased, satisfied with his service. He is that kind of a doctor in whom I trust, he has totally earned my trust. He was the first doctor to check me when I first registered in this medical center and since that day I have never been disappointed from him. He has shown professionalism everytime and he is knowledgeable. Now, whenever I have to make any appointment for myself or any of the family members I always suggest to them and choose dr. Patel. I wish I could find and add more beautiful words to describe how happy I am with his service. Many thanks dr. Patel, receptionists and all the staff! ☺️

I've been twice since the merge with Level medical centre. I just so happened to see Dr Skelker both times and both times I've been very disappointed. In my first appointment she was very dismissive for my concerns and in the second she gave me the wrong medication and I clearly asked her not to give me. I then had the embarrassment of going to the pharmacy to be told I have the wrong prescription. A complete waste of my time as I had to leave early from work and was left waiting to be called by the doctor for over a hour after my intended appointment time.

The GP is very rubbish waiting time on the phone minimum 45-60 minutes for the answer The have booked my wife and send her back for the next day no communication!!!!!!!!! To be book to the doctor waiting list for a month.... completely out of order Gp supposed to be close non of the staff seems to be working to have medication to be re-scribe it takes weeks and weeks no responsibility whatsoever this place supposed to be closing by NHS rubbish rubbish and rubbish Do not use the GP practice because you be dead.......

Patient and efficient doctors. However, despite my confirming in person that my routine prescription had been signed and sent to the correct pharmacy, it seems that it was sent to the wrong place. This is a repeat prescription, and the pharmacy (Green light, Cricklewood) maintains that the gp practice sent the prescription to the wrong place. Please investigate this as had the pharmacist not been able to help me I would have had to go cold turkey without important medication for 10 days.

Outstanding GP surgery that I would liken to a private practice. The receptionists are incredibly polite and I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable, professional and helpful doctor (Dr Liew). I transferred from a private doctor in the City to this practice and was apprehensive after having negative experiences in the past, as with most NHS surgeries. The Windmill Surgery certainly sets the precedence for the next surgery I register with when moving. I'll be sad to leave!

  • Nancy Ragheb

The receptionist said my perscription will be ready to collect the following day. I went to the pharmacy and they didnt send it through. I contacted the GP again and apparently it was scheduled for monday. A lack of communication on their behalf resulted in being an inconvenience for me. They told me I had to wait and they were unsure what time it'll be ready. It caused me a lot of stress as I had a really busy schedule and a deadline I had to meet that day.

I have been very disappointed with their service. I’ve been calling to book appointment for my kids they say it’s booked and then when I call back to know the exact time, they just say there is no appointment booked for you. It’s not the first time it happened. You book for Tuesday, and the person answering the phone says no it’s Wednesday. How can I leave my job two days just because of them. Very very angry and disappointed.

I have moved a fair few times and therefore attended a few medical practices in and out of London and I can't speak highly enough about the surgery. From the friendly receptionists who show a genuine interest to the kind doctors. Everyone here has treated me with respect and real care at all times I have called or attended, despite difficult circumstances. Super quick service and flexibility of appointments. Big thank you!

  • Daniel Dresser

I've been a patient here for 5 years, and I was a patient here 25 years ago too. I moved out of the area and then back again. You need to make an appointment a few days in advance usually, but the system works well. The waiting room isn't crowded, there are no long waits, and the staff are very good and caring. Dr Cheung is an excellent GP, and the nurses and receptionists are great too.

  • Albana Lacku

I'm very grateful to dr.Liew for helping me. She is very professional, even though by a telephone appointment she knew how to deal and did the right thing for me when I was going through a difficult situation. Also a big thank you to the most polite and helpful receptionists at this practice. Thank you dr.Liew, thank you Mapesbury Group! I would highly recommend! All the best!

  • Denis Menabit

This GP practice and its staff are exceptionally kind, experienced and caring for patients. We have been seeing Dr Manoj for my son’s appointments and couldn’t be more thankful! Not to mention that the support staff in the reception are incredibly caring and helpful too. They always go an extra mile to help you. Very thankful! Denis & Zayn

Dr cheung and Dr Patel listen to you and are kind and experienced. You don't feel in a rush even though you know time is valuable. They are up to date and use their knowledge to diagnose the problem and guide you to the next step. Booking a telephone or clinic appointment is easy and you can get early appointments on Wednesdays.

  • john kohut

They always find a slot for me on the day I call, if it is emergency (and I only request an immediate visit when absolutely necessary). In the past 13 years, doctors and staff have never been anything but kind. Usually they manage to fix whatever it is that is causing trouble. So I rate them highly.

  • Rocio T E

My local GP, where they really care for the patients, managed very well and are always helpful to accommodate you for an appointment. I am very lucky to have it as my local medical centre. Thanks to Dr Chung for taking good care of me and my family.

Have no complaints about this surgery. Very pleased .I moved to Willesden but still remained with them. The doctors nurses and receptionists have always been most helpful. Have no problem getting a doctor appointment. Receptionist always fit me in .

  • Alice Coslett

Dr Chung very good, my appointments are alway very efficient. Not been running late so far, which is rare for a doctor's surgery. One quibble, does not accept card and so when I needed to pay for a form I had to go to a cashpoint - a BUS RIDE away!

  • Nina Hammond
