This was our first time and we were thoroughly impressed. We came for the schnitzel night and it was delicious. Customer service was excellent, staff were nice and friendly. We have a toddler and were asked if she would like it if they changed one of the tvs near us to a kids channel, we asked her and of course she said yes. The little kids pack with book and crayons was enjoyed and so was the games room. Food was hot and quick which was perfect. Schnitzel and crispy and not greasy and the chips were cooked to perfection and seasoned. The salad bar was well maintained and looked after. Staff were very quick to fix a small mistake that was made, which I very much appreciated. Would definitely highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back.

Have been regulars for meals in the bistro for a long time however we took friends there for the $10 off any steak night and 3 of the 4 meals were scotch fillet steaks which were not cooked as ordered, had a lot of gristle, 1did not even look like scotch fillet, chips overcooked and not hot. The second tray of potato bake in the salad bar was only just warm. I sent an email to provide feedback looking for change assurance and as I have not received any response we won't be back. For a $38 steak more is expected.

Rude customer service, avoid. 22/12/23 - Booked for 7:30 pm and at around 8pm with the restaurant closing at 8:30pm, two waitresses were chatting away and one of them blurted, "They eat so slow” and her mate chimes in, "I think they heard you." Seems like she wanted us to hear it. Incredible rude service, especially since we were still eating within their opening hours. The food was good and night was going well until that happened. 1 star.

My partner and I both had the Rump Steaks. They were both chewy as, the salad bar was nothing to write home about. The veggie bar was nice, The garlic bread and veggie bar were the only good things about the whole dinner. Safe to say can put it on the list of places we've been to and won't go back.

Dismal lunch service, service without a smile, dead atmosphere, overpriced food with salad bar leaving a lot to be desired, no bread n butter, condiments etc at salad bar, even the pasta has no sauce. All good was bland at best, everyone at our table had different meals and all thought that. We won't be back.

I have ordered from Mansfield Park Hotel many times now and all the food is so good. They have the best schnitzels, both beef and chicken, really yummy gravy, excellent salad. The fish is very nice, the sausages are great and I recently ordered steak from them and that was really good too. Many thanks to the chef and staff for their good work.

Nicely updated hotel, food available all day, friendly staff. If booking a room, unfortunately only stairs with metal banister with a wall of glass, it was a hot day and I needed to use the railing when going down the stairs, the rails were red hot and burnt my hands, so a warning to would be hotel guests!

Would not eat there again today the schnitzel was soggy chips cold I asked for a bread roll the waitress said we don’t have bread or bread rolls due to wastage I said I’m happy to pay she said we got rid of bread and rolls , I would give no star if I could for $22 dollars was a rip off

Staff were very friendly, food just right to my likings, clean & cosy place , excellent customer service! they also have hot & cold salad bar for your side dish or accompaniment for your main course .

Ordered the porterhouse steak which was cooked to perfection tasty and tender. Cold beer on a scorcher of a day is a definite plus. The Dining room has a very relaxed spacious atmosphere. The staff are friendly and approachable. Highly recommend this great pub .

Rude customer service, specifically the waitresses, they make rude remarks about customers who are dining in, loud enough for those customers to hear. Avoid this restaurant if you want good service.

We stayed here for 3nights. It was more of a airbnb experience. Breakfast is cold- bread+ cereal. No view from room
