We have visited Mandalay in January 2018 with a group of 7. Joe was waiting for us at the airport, and guided us for 2 days. He was a very good guide, his English was very good. He can answer all of our questions about the city, country, religion. The program was adapted to our request, coffee breaks, stops. Very flexible, but always the best advices. Joe was very patient and helpful. He recommended us a good restaurant for dinner, they found a photo lab on the way to the airport to prepare a paper photo for Thailnad visa. The van was a nearly new one, in very good condition (even according to European standards), comfortable, always clean. The driver cleaned it during every stop (every pagoda, sometimes twice in 30'). They offered free cool water, umbrella. Thein Ko Oo came personally to the hotel to meet us on first evening. Communication with him before arrival was easy. All these services for a reasonable price. We highly recommend this company for your next Mandalay tour!
