The food his is normally great! But lately it’s been over cooked, burnt, and they’re customer service suck! The guy with the dreads is rude and lazy. He made our food completely wrong. Instead of remaking the food, he told them to just take off the vegetables after they already touched the meat. Then proceed to say “ i’m not remaking a whole other patty.” Then told us to get a refund, and we did! Y’all lost a very loyal customer today. Y’all wonder why “ black “ businesses fail . Fixed your hospitality!!!!

Everything was soooo good! The service was great. The restaurant was clean & spacious. We had the Oakcliff salad, chopped beef sandwich, fried okra, green beans & baked mac and cheese. I'd definitely recommend this place. The staff was nice too & food was not overpriced.

Where do I start….. A must visit location. The food was AMAZING . I had the Oak Cliff chicken salad and my son had the bacon cheese burger. You can see he took a bite before I could get the picture. He loved it and even ate all the veggies. When I went in to order my food. The guy who took my order was very nice, greeted me immediately even tho he was busy and told me he would be right with me. Even the cook in the back greeted me and was kind. I can’t wait to go back.

This is my honest review I just left there on today april 18 2023 I don't know what they're doing to that food all I know is is the best I've had so far since I've been living in Dallas what I end up getting. Was the lamb chop with a side of Okra. And when I tell you I'm. Going back for seconds. I want to try everything on the menu. It is just that good to me and I rarely say that so I hope that everything takes off for you. I pray that everything goes in your favor and you expand your business because this is delicious.

One of the most underrated spots in Dallas. Food was cooked to order Kool aid slapping and cake on point. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. We normally go once a week and it's very affordable as well as good.

I eyeballed that crispy golden chicken and could tell it needed that lemon pepper on the side. The fries were good like wingstop fries but needed salt too. I loved that it was hot and fresh out the grease!

Found them from Facebook and went the next day Me and my husband enjoyed everything! I was sad they ran out of fish today, but I understand. So we got the shrimp and grits, honey old bay whole wings, and fried pork chop sandwhich. It was immaculate with the flavors and cooked to perfection *chefs kiss* On top of all that the service was so friendly! Felt welcoming the moment we went in. Definitely coming back. Thank y’all!!

I've visited this cafe several times. There's a few foods I liked, as well as the pleasant staff. Go there, get your grib on. Try the BLT, Oak Cliff Salad, and the Garlic Butter Grilled Lamp Chops.

Usually the service here is amazing. I called today at 612 for a oak Cliff salad. They said they'll be ready in 15 minutes.I told them I'll be there at 6:36 because I was on the bus. When I got there at 6:36 I waited for extra minutes and the food still was not ready.

I went there today and tried the lamb chops, and they are the best I’ve ever had. Tender, juicy, tasty, just pure perfection. The sides were just as good. I had the dirty rice and green beans. The service was awesome and everyone was welcoming. I highly recommend trying them. You won’t be disappointed.

1st time there. The owner, Amber, greeted me. Brought my food to my car. I was going to eat at the park and everything was still VERY hot 5 minutes later. That fried fish OMG no sauce needed.

First time here and I had a great experience. Dee (cashier) was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. It was very clean inside and nicely cool inside also. The food is very good, as well the sweet tea. Prices are very good. The menu is varied with something for everyone.

My first time trying their food today! I got the chicken and waffles and babyyy it was top-tier especially being in my hood. So glad we got a place to go get a nice homestyle meal!!
