I went with my wife. Bar is good, good choice of drinks and nice atmosphere. We ordered a cheeseboard with the drinks. The drinks came but no cheeseboard. Halfway through our drinks, we had to remind them about the cheeseboard. It was advertised with crackers and grapes. When it arrived it had no crackers or grapes and was served with a knife and fork and only 2 choices of cheese. Guys when serving a cheeseboard,, maybe serve with Oatcakes or crackers and a choice of more than 2 cheeses.

Makar is an amazing place to catch-up on major sporting events while enjoying a cigar and some great drinks. They have an excellent selection of Whiskey's, Rum, and cocktails. I visit Makar very often, their food is great, ambience is excellent, and servers are very friendly and approachable. A big shoutout to Isuru - look for him when you are at Makar and he will make you feel at home. Make sure to ask him for his special Bloody Mary.

When looking for a place to relax and watch the sport look no further! It's a great atmosphere and c9mes with amazing service,staff is attentive and very knowledgeable especially with whiskey and cigar pairings! Always welcoming and not over baring! Makes you love this hidden gem in dubai! Very much recommend

First time visit to the restaurant and felt like amazing and definitely food was delicious but still needs to wow me as no one can be 100/ 100 but was good , Sridhar the bartender was amazing and he vibe the place .I would be definitely back for my mate Sridhar ,nice knowledgeable guy and funny .see you soon mate.

Можно курить, в том числе сигары. Есть счастливые часы на напитки. Скоро добавят скидку 20% при оплате картами Emirates NBD банка. От себя лично, рекомендую.

Great chill place to hang out. Cigars, great selection of whiskeys and excellent cocktails mixed by Izzu. Being in the service industry, I have to say makar and it’s team have never disappoint. Always ready to go the extra miles for customers. Izzu and his team always ensure u have a great night.

Very authentic Scottish Bar. I love its ambiance with antique furnitures and lots of classic Scottish ornaments. Loved also its Hobgoblin beer but only thing which was a little disappointing was that there were not enough beer lineup available which was written on their menu. Still I am willing to give 5 stars.

Hidden gem! A great place to hang out with friends. Nice selection of beverages! Always showing live sports. Special mention to the staff, Izzu and his team is the reason why we keep going back. Very personal and always courteous and friendly!

Great selection of Single Malts, excellent ambience, comfortable chairs and sofas for a night out with your Malties! Service is excellent and they have a great selection of finger foods with excellent vegetarian and non vegetarian options!

One of my favorite places to unwind and watch some football. The food is great and the staff are extremely helpful! The beverage menu is great too. The ambience is very elegant and it's a gem of a bar. Also, top notch service from Arjun.

Nice cozy place, I was there on a Sunday and it was quiet, staff was not there all the time to take orders, but once they spot you, they are very responsive. Prices are average, but atmosphere is very nice.
