I visited this wonderful clinic after my colleague recommended last week. Initially was a bit reluctant since I had a bad experience last time but the reception team’s follow up compelled me to visit once and witness the quality of service and dentists at the facility. I just admit, once I entered the clinic was not only made comfortable but also the staff including Nurse Aji and team welcomed me with a professional approach. Moreover, Dr. Apeksha was truly a gem and before the procedure briefed me very well in detail of how, what, when, where she will proceed with that further gained my trust as a patient. She is adroit at her profession and has subtle way of making her patient at ease. She amicably handled all my queries and concluded the procedure immaculately well. As a business traveler and someone who is hard to satisfy, I must compliment the entire team of Magnum clinic all the best onwards and upwards! The receptionist had agreed a price for dental cleaning and polishing, so we agreed as the price was in line with what’s demanded in the market. Once reaching there we noticed that the doctors are more into pulling more money out of your pocket than actually doing what you want or been focused on costumer Statisfaction, more salesmen than dentists. I have done this procedures many times and know the prices very well, when they tried to tell me „no we have to do more on you so we have to charge double“ i simply refused telling tham it’s not an issues I’ll go to another clinic I know and get it done there now suddenly the receptionist became a healthful persons telling me sir you have come so far we will do it for 150 which than finally confirmed the sales theory. 1 1/5 stars.

Magnum clinic, boasts of being a vip clinic but their service, attitude and ethics are completely opposite of what they claim and write. My wife experience with them has been tormenting and horrendous. False claims, take advance payment, no service and no clue of what they are doing, we have wasted so much time, energy and money on telephone calls and taxi visiting their clinic multiple times to resolve issue and no assistance. They don't give their manager details and hide the information and receptionist will give you a standard answer. Please avoid at all costs and don't waste your money and time with them

Hello Everyone, I visited Dr. Apeksha at Mangum Clinic (Arjan) for my mom's denture alignment and treatment. I found Dr. Apeksha treatment approach very transparent, highly skilled, sincere, and accountable. As a doctor, she made every possible effort to make sure that my mom was comfortable during the entire course of her treatment. At every stage, Apeksha made sure to explain my mom everything related to her treatment and is she definitely patient. I highly recommend her.

Today i had an emergency treatment in Magnum VIP clinic. All the ladies were amazing in the clinic. They were so professional and helpful. Specially my doctor Priyanka Sharma was amazing. She gave me some advises i will definitely follow. I want say thank you first to her (she simply saved my life), and then the other beautiful ladies. For my further needs i will definitely prefer to go to Priyanka.

I ordered an at home blood test and the service was perfect. The nurse, Aji babu, was considerate of my time and came 15 mins early to accommodate my needs. She was very friendly and gentle while administering the needle. She was also very efficient. Highly recommend the clinic and definitely highly recommend Aji!

One tooth extraction agreed with reseptiones for 300 Aed later when I was in the middle of it they brought me form to signe it for 400 AED which I did pay, image such clinic!!!!! never again ever.
