Was more or less. I bought a cell phone and I believe the device was already defective because after 13 days it was already freezing and to click on the icon you have to stay on the screen twice. On my husband's cell phone, it's the same device and it's already a year old and everything moves quickly.

I waited for more than 20 minutes to be seen at reception. There was no one waiting to be served, the reception was empty. However, some employees continued to talk, leaving me aside, I had to ask if anyone could assist me.
In general, the service I received was wonderful, they are attentive to customer requests and always looking for new products, I have nothing to complain about this place, 5 well-deserved stars! (I recommend!)
Promotional prices, slow service, two cashiers only in the Calçada store, hot store, the air conditioning is not capable of cooling the entire store, distancing is not respected, wearing a mask is.
Manager Thiago comes to help you and offers the lowest price from other stores. Mr Álvaro has worked there for 25 years, I always receive assistance from him and his experience makes a difference.
The worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life!!!!!!!! It left a lot to be desired... I've bought a lot from the magazine but this store is the one I don't recommend to anyone!!

I went to collect a product that I purchased online. Service was quick, the withdrawal area was empty, but the employees are not friendly.
In this one the employees are a little less rude than in the other. But still, everyone needs training in dealing with customers.
