I had the unfortunate experience of engaging with one of their employees today, while applying for a rental property as an interstate person. I was interrupted and told that they are ''old school'' and that they don't accept applications unless I can view it in person as they ''never have a problem selling" - I explained that I'm looking to rent, not buy. They said I could still register for rentals although they wouldn't be able to help me. Possibly the only time I've ever dealt with such rude people in South Australia, which is pretty sad, as the other real estate agents at different companies who I spoke to today were completely the opposite - I'm glad I didn't get locked into a rental contract with such rude, and dismissive people.

Very disappointing experience!! By far, the lowest level of customer service experienced from a real estate company (have used several already): slow, condescending, rude, dishonest. The atmosphere was always unwelcoming from the moment we entered the agency at Greenhill Road, we truly couldn't believe someone like that could be in business, on top of that wasted our time (several times, bond included, as many other people complain as well) and made us waste money as well. Definitely not recommended.

Very bad experience with my rental property being managed by the property manager. Damage of our property was not reported between tenant change over, exit cleaning was done very poorly before the property was discharged, and no one claims responsibility of any of the damage or even bother to response over a month of waiting.
