Update: further to my last review (below) we were offered a complimentary meal which we collected tonight. Upon arrival the male manager argued that we had to pay full price, wasn't until I produced the email chain demonstrating the conversation that he reluctantly handed over our food, then had to argue further for our garlic bread and drink. He then went on to ask what was wrong with our last order and when I said "poor quality" he was dismissive and rude. Anyway, poor service aside, the food was still as terrible as my last review. Bases were as dry as an English cricket pitch, toppings not fresh and minimal, basically you're getting cardboard drenched in sauces. I've had better pizza at 2am from a dodgy kebab shop! This place used to be so good but the quality here now is lower than a snakes belly. Spend your money elsewhere. This used to be hands down my favourite place to get pizza in Brisbane, not sure if new owners or just a decline in quality but my pizza tonight was not what I had come to expect from here. Crust not cooked through, toppings very light on and flavourless, not mention having to wait an extra 20 minutes on our quoted pick up time. Had been craving it for weeks and pretty disappointed with what we got tonight. Will be looking elsewhere from now on.

Hands down some of the best pizza around! There is a great range of pizza available, all delicious and worth a try. Even the garlic and cheese pizza is amazing. Staff are friendly, and typically prompt on making pizza in a reasonable time, but sometimes it can be a bit busy which is not unexpected. There is a shared parking lot available, and typically easy to get a space. There is limited "in-store" dining available (chairs and tables out the front of the store front) but I speculate most people get take-away. The only downside is the pricing, it can get a bit expensive but if you're after a good pizza then it's totally worth it.

I order it every week or even when having a party. >> The Pizza I would like to recommend is “Meat lover” and if you like a bit more spicy you must take a “Chicken tendori” so yum There are also other options Try ordering it once, you definitely won’t be disappointed.

Firstly a big shout out to chirag, who made some exceptional pizza's! The team at MOD Ascot is always nice and helpful. The restraunt is also always clean and visually appealing. The internet ordering system is also very easy to navigate. Overall a good experience.

The pizzas are pretty tasty but last two orders have been big misses. Takes over an hour and we get the wrong pizza both times. Because of the long wait it's the ultimate disappointment when the pizza is completely wrong and ruins the night. Sure you get your money back but the damage is done. Bit sad when Domino's saves the day. No one wins here.

Ordered 2 gluten free pizzas and both supplied with normal bases. When I phoned there were just excuses made about why it happened - no attempt to resolve despite coeliac allergy and paying full price and no acknowledgment of the seriousness of food allergens. Shouldn’t be in the food service business.

Mushroom gnocchi is so gooooood. Oily and cheesey and spongey. So yum. And the pizzas are tasty and packed with ingredients, and the bottoms are crunchy, which I love! Other pi,za places, the bottom of the pizza is like raw dough but these guys are golden crunchy. So good. More

We keep giving these guys a shot, however whilst the pizzas are generally pretty good, they seriously need to upgrade their online ordering system. Last 3 orders I have on average been told 10 minute wait, followed by a 30 minute wait.
