MUJI ( 株式会社良品計画 ) ( 無印良品 ) wurde vor etwa 40 Jahren in der Präfektur Tokyo gegründet. ⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎ Ich selbst kenne MUJI noch aus meiner ersten Zeit in Japan, als der YEN noch nicht so locker in der Tasche lag. MUJI war anfangs eher eine Sparte preiswerter Mode und Kleinartikel. Man fand MUJI in Kaufhäusern Japans. ⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎ Die Filiale hier am Hackeschen Markt in Berlin ist auch eher klein. Unten etwas Kleidung, Bürosachen, und auch "Schnickschnack".... Die zweite Etage hat fast ausschließlich Kleidung. Alles ist natürlich Sache des Geschmacks... ich persönlich kann aber MUJI-Kleidung nichts abgewinnen. ⛩ Wer dort gern Dinge kaufen möchte, die auch in Japan produziert sind, wird fündig. Vieles ist aber aus anderen Regionen Asiens ⛩

This place seems to be very popular, I bought a winter hat once because I left home without one and obviously I was cold. My husband got himself a few t shirts he seems to be okey with. I do have a bad memory from this place from a long time ago, when I was living in other continent, tried on a lovely shirt and they gave me , technically, the same in a close pack and when I open it, 10.000km away from the shop, has nothing to do with what I tried on and felt scam. I know I should no hold a grudge, but hey, sometimes we do. Anyway, I went to the dentist next door and Google maps thought I was in the shop today, so, there is some hope there, you still can do a few things without daddy Google knowing about it, no grudge ;)

Der Onlineshop ist ohne Übertreibung die schlimmste Kauferfahrung, die ich jemals ertragen musste. Ich empfehle jedem einen Blick auf Trustpilot. Lieferung dauert ewig für heutige Verhältnisse, es fehlt einfach Ware in der Bestellung, die nicht erstattet oder nachgeschickt wird. Kommunikation ist unmöglich ohne Käuferschutz oder Anwalt und selbst dann wird einem keine vollständige Erstattung angeboten. Wer masochistisch veranlagt ist und sich gerne abzocken lassen will, sollte dringend zuschlagen - alle anderen bestellen bei Firmen, die ihre Kunden nicht wie den letzten Dreck behandeln.

I love Muji and I miss it dearly, but outside of Japan it is (understandably) a bit pricey. This place is pure home-sick fuel for me, but it is still great to visit. The signature pens, stationary and organizational supplies are all there, this store has a lot of sales on their clothing and it's the best place outside of Japan I have seen so far for certain kitchen items I can never seem to find in Germany. It's not great for visit with strollers or wheelchairs, as you won't have access to the second floor. Other than that, know yourselves out!

I’m a big fan of the products here but the customer service experience is awful. There was a product displayed as 15% off and after asking about it, was told that it would have to be ordered from another store and that they’d have to ask a manager if it was on sale because it wasn’t ringing up with a discount. After ten minutes of waiting for their manager to confirm the price, the girl left for break, saw me, and said she forgot about my question and that it wasn’t on sale. What a complete waste of time. Display your product sales correctly.

MUJI ist so ein tolles Geschäft, mit einer schönen Auswahl an Haushaltswaren. Die Dekorationsartikel reichen von Bad bis Schlafzimmer und sind von sehr guter Qualität. Außerdem sehen sie sehr natürlich aus, und sind auch aus wunderschönem Holz. Die Bettwäsche, die es dort gibt, ist super angenehm. Die Plastik - Produkte gefallen mir nicht so, da sie auch in der Verarbeitung eher günstig wirken. Das Service - Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und gehe gerne zu MUJI.

I love the simplicity and quality of this brand. I sadly can't say the same about the customer service. Take your time and enjoy the two floors of clothing, furniture, office supplies, and other home goods, just make sure you love what you leave with. Bringing things back for return OR exchange can be difficult - even one day after your purchase. The quality, fit, and looks of my many muji items are wonderful, but I've learned only to buy what I'll certainly not being back.

One of my favorite shopping place-The Muji style, also known as “No-Brand Quality Goods,” is a famous Japanese lifestyle company that retails practical and straightforward, yet functional and quality household goods and clothing. Influenced by the Japanese Zen religion, the idea of Muji oozes an elegant and minimalist aesthetic. This location of Store is well connected with public transport. This store is not so big and do not have much stuff.

Schöne Auswahl an hochwertigen Schreibware und teils nachhaltig produzierter Herrenbekleidung aus weichem Leinen und flauschiger Baumwolle. Die Damenkleidung ist vom Material her ebenfalls empfehlenswert, leider sind in den letzten Jahren die Schnitte etwas unförmig geworden (winziger Ausschnitt, sehr weit und trotzdem kurz geschnitten). Das Personal ist meist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Laden riecht herrlich!

Verstehe gar nicht die positiven Bewertungen, also ich empfand das Personal als sehr desinteressiert und unhöflich. Auf Fragen bekamen wir kurze und pampige Antworten. Als wir an der Kasse bezahlt hatten, wurden wir nicht gebeten unsere Körbe selbst zurück zubringen, sondern wir wurden unfreundlich aufgefordert. Wir hatten Besteck und Hausschuhe gekauft, die Hausschuhe sind sehr unbequem und von minderer Qualität.

Sehr gut designte, minimalistische Produkte aus Japan. Speziell die Stationary Produkte sind sehr zu empfehlen. Aber leider alles ziemlich Teuer. Was am Laden selber schade ist: Unmengen an Duft produzierenden Geräten arbeiten gleichzeitig. So kann man zwar alle schön testen, aber die Gerüche mischen sich und die Luft im ganze Laden wird unangenehm. (Zu viel Geruch auf einmal)

Ok ... ich mag die Muji Sachen, aber der Kundenservice am Hackeschen ist eher schlecht. Ich habe mehrfach versucht anzurufen, zwecks Verfügbarkeit eines Artikels. Keiner ist rangegangen. Dann im Laden war der Artikel natürlich nicht da und das personal nicht sonderlich beschäftigt. Also eher zu bequem, um den Hörer abzunehmen. 2 Sterne da Muji an sich nicht schlecht ist.

If you like paying high prices for cheap things made in Japan. Then this is your place .. they do have a good selection of items. It's kinda-of like a Euro shop that sells many things, but everything is expensive and so-called Quality made in Japan.. honestly skip this place, its just a Fashion place to shop, nothing in this store is worth the price.....

It's my favorite place to buy pens and stationary. Can't live without their small notebooks! It also has a good selection of small reusable bottles and sprays with the perfect size if you are always traveling. Muji is a high-quality brand with multiple convenient products. Employees are always nice. The store isn't very big so it is easy to get crowded.

Nice store, but I think they should only focus in one theme. Clothings and furniture is a bit too much for the store, therefore both comes too short. I like going there for the furniture and accessories but always feel like it's only a tiny fraction of they assortment. Customer service is friendly and had never problems with them.

Haben den Laden (Alltagsgegenstände quer Beet) heute erst kennengelernt. Sehr viele Dinge, die man eigentlich nicht braucht, an denen man aber nicht vorbeigehen kann, da auch die Preise passen. Ganz toll finden wir die Akrylbilderrahmen in den verschiedensten Größen, die keinen Rahmen/Rand haben und komplett durchsichtig sind.

Eine aufgeräumte, aber nicht ganz so große MUJI-Filiale, die dennoch ein sehr gutes und vielseitiges Sortiment besitzt. Egal, ob es sich um Stifte, Aufbewahrung, Kleidung oder Geschirr handelt, sie sind alle von sehr guter Qualität. Bei einem Besuch des Hackeschen Marktes sollte man hier auf jeden Fall vorbeischauen.

You can find some clothes for really not much but most of them are quite expensive for what they are, more than Uniqlo. I really like the minimalist style of the outfits though. There's quite a few things for the house, especially to organize your home which is really interesting.

Ich mag diesen sonderbaren Laden. Lauter niedliche, praktische Kleinigkeiten für Haushalt und Reise. Gute Verarbeitung, gute Qualität, und vielfach nirgends sonst zu kriegen! Was ich vermisse, sind noch mehr japantypische Artikel; zum Beispiel Küchengeräte für Sushi.

Im MUJI findet man einfache Alltagsprodukte. Das Besondere daran, sie tragen kein Markenlogo und versprühen internationalen Flair. Die Stifte sind grandios für den Büroalltag. Einzigartig schlicht und funktional zu leicht höheren aber immer noch sehr fairen Preisen.

MUJI hat Haus-, Organisations- und Dekoartikel im japanischen Stil. Alles sehr neutral und schlicht gehalten. Es gibt Duftkerzen und Öle. Man kann im zweiten Stock sogar Koffer und Spannbettlaken finden. Obwohl der Laden kompakt aufgebaut ist, gibt es viel Auswahl.

Brand from my country, service attitude different. Also, shop is not clean. Stairs looks like third world country. I am sorry. But I wonder how can they keep exist. Man section very narrow and store layout not good at all. I think Germany is misunderstand Japan.

Friendly staff, nice items for your flat (although some a bit pricey) and they understand payment methods. One of the few stores that stopped accepting cash. Thank you! I hope it will help Germany moving on to the 21st century using mobile or card payment.

Very unique store with lots of practical Japanese - designed items for your home. I especially love their travel bottles and cases (smallest and most practical I've found) and office supplies. Not cheap but very good quality and design!

Lovely place to visit. They sell adorable pen sets and notebooks. Some things are very cheap and others (such as notebooks) are expensive. The quality warrants the price, I promise. There's also humidifiers, clothes and toothbrushes.

Japanese style (and quality) furniture, kitchen, home, office supplies and travel accessories. Minimalistic and space-saving sizes. My personal favorites are stationary products. They are nicer than the ones I find elsewhere.

Hier waren bisher immer alle sehr nett. Und für alle Mamas und Papas: es ist zwar nicht ersichtlich, aber man kann mit einem Aufzug in die obere Etage. Man muss nur kurz fragen bzw. Bescheid geben, dass man ihn brauch.
