I walked into Stepanka's clinic after having a severe eczema reaction to mosquito bites. I explained to her I had numular eczema and this condition is often triggered when I receive many insect bites. I told her I just needed some steroid cream to clear it up. I was confident in this diagnosis because I had experienced these symptoms many times before but as I was traveling I had no access to my eczema medication. Instead of listening to me, Stepanka diagnosed me with herpes eczema which is a super rare disease, and did not match any of my symptoms. As with numular eczema, my eczema was itchy and not at all painful and I had no fever. Yet she wrongly diagnosed me. Even I as a lay person, realized I definitely did not have herpes eczema after just simply going home and googling the symptoms. But I was completely freaked out for a few days because I was terrified I had somehow gotten herpes. For 600czk, I received a ton of herpes medication and a terrible scare from a doctor who is clearly incompetent. I saw my regular doctor at home specialist who completely laughed off this ridiculous herpes diagnosis and just gave me the steroid creams required for eczema. In just 2 days my skin cleared up completely. Thanks for nothing Stepanka. Would not recommend unless you are looking to be completely freaked out by a wrong diagnosis and you're willing to pay someone for this experience.

I am providing a negative review just based on my experience with scheduling an appointment. I am sure that she is a very good physician if you are able to get an appointment. However, based on her website link to schedule an appointment she is no longer taking new patients. I called to make sure of that but after politely saying in Czech, “sorry, I don’t speak Czech” and then attempting to speak English I was hung-up on. I don’t mind that they aren’t taking new patients. It was just very un-kind to hang up like they did, if they are in fact an English speaking healthcare provider. I am more than willing to change my review if they rectify the situation.

I arrived in Prague with a bad cough and possible sinus infection. Dr. Lagrange offered an appointment very soon after my call. Her English was great and she was caring, quick and efficient. Prices are listed on her website. My visit was about $25 and she sent me downstairs to the pharmacy where the filled my RX quickly. Great contact if you need medical assistance while in Prague.

My wife had a sinus and ear infection when we were visiting Prague. We were able to book an appointment for the same day and Dr. Stepanka was very professional, kind, and speedy. She speaks great English and was very helpful. Also, the visit cost us only around $30 which was very nice. Would absolutely recommend for any American/British/Canadian tourist in Prague!

Dr Lagrange speaks great English, and goes out of her way to see you as soon as she can. It’s quite hard to find - it’s on the first floor in zone ‘E’ despite the front desk saying zone ‘B’. Great to see her as an English tourist, prices listed on website, pharmacy on ground floor.

She’s been a great help always easy to get an appointment and quickly referring to the specialist when needed. Even when the sickness does not require any prescription she can recommend over the counter medications or substances to ease the discomfort.

Dr. Stepanka Lagrange saw me with short notice. This was very helpful because I was leaving Prague in 2 days. She was very busy but took time to see me, diagnosed the problem and gave me a prescription that was needed. She spoke English well.

Maybe she’s a god doctor. I wouldn’t know since her office was closed during our appointment time. Then she told me “oh yea receptionist was supposed to tell you It should have been yesterday, so I can’t see u today.” Good luck............

Dr Stepanka was very lovely and spoke English. She was very professional and accomodating. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. They don't accept credit cards so make sure you have cash with you. Prices are very reasonable.

The best general practitioner who knows good English in Prague. The first option doctor you must take if you are a foreigner. And yes they accept czech insurance like vzp etc. Please call and book an appointment before going there.

They don’t speak english or they don’t want to. Don’t even try to call if you don’t speak czech.

If you call the clinic and speak English, they hang up as soon as you start speaking
