Staff rude, but it just might be the way they are. Ordered a tea and got a take away cup, asked for a lid, no lids (without even looking). Those are small. But the worst is departure immigration (emigration?). Not only in Venice, but in Rome and Milan as well. Those officers are power hungry. We pay for our passports, but they just randomly stamp anywhere there is an empty page right smack in the middle. So for me 2 pages wasted for 3 Italian stamps. A bit more respect and courtesy from these immigration officers would be appreciated!

Toilets are very dirty, the staff unbelievable. Consumers service 0.01%. The staff at the airport, unbelievably rude. I asked a staff member how to get to Lido. He asks me can read? So read the information, there was no information and if there were any it would be in Italian. So the worst service ever.

Sempre bellissima, imperdibile per cho va a Venezia, sempre gratuita, pulita e indimenticabile. Attenzione a non dare da mangiare ai piccioni, o si rischiano multe salatissime... Occhio anche ai prezzi nei locali intorno alla piazza, verificateli prima di sedervi, per evitare costose sorprese...

Staff badly trained. Placed family with the kids in the longest queue for passport control. When few people left finally to the passport control, the clever airport staff redirected the queue to another longest queue. in the end from being first ended very last. Thank you very much.

I was in Murano islands and the rate of Murano glass in island and Marco Polo airport is same. I recommend to buy from Venice airport also. The staff was very friendly and helped me to get a discounted product.

Fine....can get reasonably drinks at first floor bar. Otherwise pricey as all airports. Restrooms, lots of seating. A few charging points.

with bus line 5 you can easily get to the airport (from old city part). Entrance of all gates for departure is located in 1st floor.

Fantastic square with the nice cathedral and buildings surrounding it. As most things in venice it is super crowded.

Highly recommend if you want to fly in or out of venice, if your not flying kinda not a convenient place to be.
