Overall it is a reasonably good hospital. However, do not expect the best of facilities. Broken toilet seat and leaking washbasins in the ground floor restroom is one example. My mother was admitted here for 3 days due to high BP and sugar levels. Good care was taken firstly in the emergency ward and later was admitted in a semi deluxe room which was quite good. The treatment post admission was satisfactory. as she recovered well. The doctor who attended to her, Dr Shyamsundar said she can be discharged after 3 days and he gave a long prescription to be followed for at least a month with complete rest recommended. All the medicines were new to her and she was going to take for the first time. After a week or so, she started experiencing extreme side effects of those medicines with acidity, bloated feeling in the stomach and constipation. Whenever we consulted the doctor again and again with all these issues, he just REFUSED to believe these are side effects and asked her to continue with the same medicines. For these other issues that have started, he started recommending one test after the other or other medicines! We got all the tests done and the results were all fine! He is extremely inexperienced and has only theoretical knowledge . He could not even diagnose these simple issues that have started only after consuming these new medicines, which any layman could diagnose. After being fed up with him, decided to check with a known doctor to our family who studied the entire history and changed all the medicines with proper dosage. All those problems (acidity, bloated feeling in the stomach and constipation) disappeared. Even now Dr Shyamsundar does not acknowledge that his medicines were either too strong or did not suit her which led to side effects. So ATTENTION all! The hospital is not a bad one on the whole, but just stay away from this inexperienced and immature Dr Shyamsundar.

I got fever,on FIRST day itself they did some tests and said that it's just a viral fever and gave some medication but later on there was no improvement in my health and went back again to the hospital and they said to admit because the platelets count has reduced and I got admitted in the hospital. For this they didn't do any treatment and they just gave antibiotic. Continuously they did CBC for two days and after two days when I asked about the discharge they said that I have some infection in my lungs and asked me to stay 3 more days as they said I have stayed in hospital 3 more days and On the discharge day in the summary they just mentioned that I have infection in my lungs but this is not the reason i got admitted. I admitted because i have reduction in my platelets count. Literally I asked so many times to write that platelets thing on the discharge summary and asked to mention the exact reason that i got admitted but as usual they didn't. Coming to the room service they simply charged 1000 per day along with the room charges and separate fee for the duty doctors along with the senior doctor consultation. At last , I strongly suggest please don't join in this hospital without the second opinion from the other hospital they will simply tell the reasons to admit and keep you few more days in the hospital and try to loot all your money.

It's a private hospital so expect the prices to be slightly on the higher side. The registration for first timers is Rs 100. The general consultation fee is Rs 450. The hospital is on the main road but there is no car parking available.If you are coming by car you have to park on the road but most of the times it's filled.For 2 wheelers there is parking available infront of the hospital on the road. The hospital complex is just One Building. Neat and clean space. On weekends,Evenings there is rush and you might have to wait.On weekdays morning there is no rush. There are rooms available if you need to be admitted and they are available in different price ranges from general ward to double sharing to single rooms AC or Non AC. There is an emergency section too. Overall it's a good hospital but as they say for all private hospitals beware on what treatment they offer. The hospital is also tied up with major insurance companies so that is something that you need not worry.

my wife she is a pregnant women, had some breathing problems so we immediately rushed to this hospital. As soon as we discussed the problem with doctor. She immediately recommended for ICU and they gave prescription for the IV fluids and done al kind of tests which was irrelevant to the situation. And they asked for the previous medical records . After showing the previous medical records they came to the conclusion that this has happened due to the urine infection. And off course they told us start the antibiotics, immediately we refused it and demanded for discharge. They refused to discharge and started to convince us and started to tel the irrelevant medical issues with her. After 18 hrs of hospitalization they finally gave us the bill which was around Rs24000/- . I'm not satisfied with the treatment and behaviour of doctors. I seriously suggest you to not go to this hospital.

The entire staff of the facility went above and beyond in their care for me. At a very difficult time for both me and my family, everyone at the hospital joined together and gave me the proper care and treatment I required. Their skill and dedication to my condition helped me progress and made it possible for me to attend my daughter's wedding, a very important occasion to me and my family. We are extremely fortunate to have a facility in the State of Medihope hospital that offers a competent and skilled staff of professionals. We should all be proud and grateful to have such an organization within our area. I am forever grateful for their dedication and expert care and did not want their efforts to go unrecognized. One of the worst. No matter what you have, they will put IV fluids on you. Very unprofessional staff, even for the fluids they poke you with that needle 3 times literally. And I've done this a few times here already. My hand literally is swollen for days. Same with my friends who have been here. "Sorry saar" is all they say. I've done salines elsewhere where you won't even feel itbwhen they flush it, but here, get ready for a world full of pa8n and more damaged hands. If admitted, you actually have to get up come out and shout for someone, and then the person comes after 15 mins. 1 days admitted for Dengue and charged 25000/-. Same thing in Manipal hospital charged only 13000/-. Very very very bad.

This hospital sticks to there fundamental principal "affordable healthcare and accessible hospitality". Firstly they don't screw patients for unnecessary tests or diagnosis no matter it's a cash payment patient or insurance claim patient. This one time I went for an emergency and this gentlemen Dr. Vishwa Prasad, knew exactly what he should do. One of the finest doctor's I have come across. His knowledge is extraordinary and his eagerness to help people is a God gift. The ICU staff and ward staff are polite and respectful. I was admitted into Medray Hospital for almost 15days, the experience in ICU I wish to heart fully thankful for the care and treatment given to me, Mrs. Arokcia Mary nursing supervisor and her nursing team who took good care of me very professionally even though the sisters were very young. My name is pravitha s. I checked into medihope Hospital for a knee replacement operation for my uncle. I want to bring to your attention the sensational care I received during his stay. My memories begin on a very rough night. when I saw him, i started feeling very bad and fortunately my Nurse (and other caregivers) were there to get him through it. As he returned to reality the following days and nights became easier directly because of the wonderful care he received from the Nurses, Aids, and Charge Nurses. I remember the special care he received. was never treated badly or ignored. I would like to commend you for your sensational day and night staff. I can be proud of them.

Had to admit my mom For dialysis catheter placement. Procedure could not completed due to difficulties and her condition got worse. I requested them to arrange an ambulance to shift her and waited for more than 2 hours. No doctors attended the patient properly and had to shout on them to get things done. Really had an extremely bad experience from a hospital ever. Plus They don’t have proper insurance facilities, they work with third parties and they make your life like hell. In my experience since I had to shift my mom I couldn’t avail my insurance as well and had to pay a huge amount from my pocket. If you want a professional treatment this is not a place to go at all.

It's not a hospital anymore, it's just a clinic with a very few good doctors. Administration is WORST. I had multiple bad experiences but always ignored bec the doc was good, but this time it's terrible. The casualty doctor rejects to attend a Chile of 2 yrs 4 months because we have asked for a pediatric attention at midnight and he can't call the doctor even if the baby has blood motions n high temperature. Worst experience ever. They don't know how to treat the patients. My wife met with an accident and somebody admitted her in emergency. I went there to see her condition. They were not ready to tell her condition and fully money minded people. So I wanted to discharge and take her to Manipal. Asked them to arrange for ambulance, but they didn't do and 2 ambulance were on the road without attending any emergency. When I was busy in arranging private ambulance. One of the most worst hospital and staff members are pathetic, we went for biopsy test which is 15 minute process even after asking 10 Times what will be the charges staff told as 5k maximum after the the test they give us 35k bill and no one wanted to entertain you they took out our blood reports and doctor consultation form and said pay 35k and get your papers, staff is so rude they dont care about patient only money my husband was so serious but they dont care tt's really hurt we struggle a lot in such tough time though we are taking treatment from different hospital as of now, you are reading this please avoid this hospital

I walked in for an emergency and the hospital is highly disorganized, worst experience ever in a hospital. - Receptionists present are not responsible enough to handle a medical emergency related circumstances. - Receptionists do not know the basic etiquette of handling patients or their attenders - Though the hospital shows covered under corporate insurance policy. Front desk deny insurance related hospitalization. - Definitely a not to go hospital for any medical emergencies. I would request the Hospital management Authority to get this looked into and get things organized before anything serious happens.

Never ever visit this idiotic hospital. They had given wrong dose for my kid which should not be given to a kid who admitted for Dengue and the condition became serious. They charge 8k for room and Doc charges 1500 per visit a day. And multiple doctors attend the same day for dengue check and u can expect a bill of Rs4500 for doctor's visit alone per day . They provide outside food from street vendors for cheap rates . No proper system. We patients only should inform nurse to chance saline bottle even in mid nights. Pathetic. Bloody cheaters .Star health insurance not accepted here.

This Hospital is a complete joke. The doctors over there itself dont know how to manage the patients with the worst nursing. My wife was hospitalized with low bp and a UTI. They never checked the bp after that but the vital sheets had all the numbers stable. I asked the doctor about the blood pressure and the nursing staff said its stable., I asked but no one checked the bp from last two days...!! Even the doctor was surprised and had no answer. My mother was admitted for dengue. Doctor and treatment was up to the mark, but the hospital is not good for getting admitted. They are charging really good amount, but the rooms are not well maintained. They do not give you fan untill asked for. After they give you the fan, it does not work properly. The emergency call Bell does not work. Bathrooms don't have bulb. The food given to the patient is insufficient and unhealthy. They just order it from some nearby eatery and simply handover the parcel to the patient, that to without a plate.

We went there for a small chest pain and the hospital asked us to wait for the doctor to come.From somewhere a doctor came half an hour later and asked to take ECG, 2D echo and the doctor examined the patient for 2 hrs.Doctor was nice. Great medical treatment by Medray, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Shweta taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. The doctors said my friend had dengue and wanted us to admit her immediately even after the report says negative. After 2 days they said she has some respiratory track infection and they didn't discharged us for 4 days. Simply they held us there saying we have to give one injection and monitor etc etc. They charged everything unnecessarily. Total bill was damn high than expected. At the end after so much drama they didn't mention mention about dengue and platelets count reduction at all.

This place is horrible. Took my dad there for UTI. They did Brain CT scan, Angiography, ECG. Forced us to do Doppler test too. Made us consult many doctors in the hospital. Each consultation at INR 1500 + tax. While Manipal just charges 700 - 900. For a simple UTI that could be treated with antibiotics, they made a bill amount of INR 98000. The ambulance guy rode like a maniac, bumped into many vehicles on the way , for something was not an emergency. Med ray is a loot.

I took my vaccine for my in-laws and now I highly doubt if they have actually done the vaccination or not. They never felt any pain even while injecting or after that, there was no reaction at all for both of them which is suspicious. The dose was also taken from the same bottle for both of them, I took the first shot from a different clinic and clearly remember they taking one bottle for each of them. Is there any way to get these doubts clarified?

One of the worst and costly hospital in Bangalore I saw ever. They don't care about patients condition they only need to pay initial admission fee 10 to 20k even after requesting they never care to admit patients first. I know this place since 2017 as it was known Medihope hospital .my brother Mritunjay and his wife and his Son was admitted. So I can say this is not human being here. It is pakka money minded people.

Dr.Nishanth is one of the finest Doctor I met recently at Medray hospital who is very knowledgeable in his area, identify the issue correctly and prescribe the needed medication. A friendly caring Doctor who believes in providing very good service to people and follow the medical procedures well. He treated me well for my issue with care. I highly recommend Dr.Nishanth to others and will consider him as my GP.

They changed the look and feel but unqualified staff. In emergency, nurse doesn't know anything about it or basic injection process. There are 2 nurses available, by seeing them you could make out who knows what. There is 1 nurese at emergency who doesn't know basic nursing. Please do not allow her to touch your body or medicine. Even by talking to the Dr you would feel to regret heading to this hospital.

Worst hospital. They should convert from 24 hours to only 12 working hours. For blood test in early morning till 7:30 also no receptionist and lab doctor were available for consecutive 3 days. Admitted under Dr Swati Anand for the complaint of dengue , she is very good in treatment and polite . Nursing service is good . Rooms were clean and hygiene all the time . Ms Sneha who stands with us since the day of admission, coordinated very well ,thanks to her . This hospital is absolutely recommended for good treatment

Doctors are super experienced, they are very polite to the patients, they inform and give clarity about the tests. The nurses are really kind and polite. Nurses are always there to the help of the patients. Cleanliness and hygiene are good. Overall this hospital is always there to help the patients to overcome their illness.

Staff found helpful but doctors are inexperienced, Hospital motive is to make money and not to treat patient. Platelet count - 260000 they call it as dengue. And no proper insurance policy. They even generated bill as Co- Pay of 10% even though insurance is from first party. I recommend not to visit this Hospital

I came for typhoid treatment. From start to finish the staff were so kind and caring, nothing was too much trouble. My consultant was easily accessible and was always there for me throughout my treatment. My stay was fantastic and all my anxieties were alleviated every time I walked into the building.

Medray hospital is a private hospital located in Malleshpalya, Bangalore. In May 2022 I met with an accident. I got treated under the aegis of Dr Amit and getting cured. The staff is good and courteous. The hospital is clean and takes care of the patients well. The services rendered are prompt.

My father in law was in serious condition at home. When the hospital was contacted, sister Keertana of the hospital promptly sent us the ambulance and took care of all the admission procedure. Doctors also treated well and rooms were clean and hygienic. We are happy with their service.

The Hospital has improved tremendously since my last visit. Very neatly maintained, The drainage smell has Vanished and doctor's look seasoned this time around. Can improve on front desk and the security system.

Hospital does not have insurance facility and are tied up with some others, which was expensive.. I had decided to claim. It in may own and they made me walk multiple times to get the required medical papers

This is unsuitable for middle class people. I noticed that respiratory excercise instrument was got purchased and they took 850 for that whereas in Amazon, it costs 250 only. Similar is with others also

My son fell down and got scalp cut with bleeding. Casualty Doctor attended and found minor issue. Quickly advised to have sutures. Charges are also not high. I thank folks for quick action.

Hospital environment is very good . House keeping staffs are keeping the area clean always . Got Admitted in casualty ,doctors and nurses are very attendive and down to earth nature .

Three stars given as the hospital as mentioned online had medical store at 1 am also . But they not accepted gpay so we have to search for money in car for paying the medical bill .

Do not visit this hospital. Doctor charge high consultation amount for one small dressing. They make a small issue big and request you to get admitted. Very unethical and illegal.
