Personally, I have had only positive experiences here, so I am confused about the negative reviews. I feel that I've received helpful tips from Brian as I am not well-versed in computers. I also like that I am supporting smaller, more honest business owners vs. larger impersonal corporations that just want to make a quick dollar on technologically- challenged folks. I'm so glad that I chose to go here after checking out Best Buy first. I saved money and time and had things explained fairly thoroughly. The other store just wanted me to sign me up for some plan that would have cost me more than $300.00 before even addressing the issues.

I had a very positive experience with MDG Computers and with the outstanding customer service. Bryan went above and beyond with helping me in every way. My new computer is exactly what I was looking for, and of equal importance, so was the amazing customer service. I found Bryan to be extremely knowledgeable, a good listener who took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to my satisfaction. I am thankful for his thoughtful and friendly manner. MDG and Bryan come highly recommended to anyone wanting superior service.

STAY AWAY from this store if you don't wanna be ripped off. They charged me 33$ for 2 seconds only without fixing my laptop and then he said if you decided to completely fix your laptop issue it will cost you 99$ so if you come back I will take 33 from 99 so it should be 66$. After only 2 minutes he said that it will cost you around 130$. I took my laptop and with some googling I could fix it myself. He said you won't be able to do it at home but I did and saved 130! Never trust this place

Called to see if they got some computer part I need. A guy on a phone simply said "No!" And that's it lol I never liked his rude tone so didn't response to his "No!" and awkward pause continued. I have a couple of customer service job experiences during my University so I know that's sooooo NONO. So in short: didn't even bother entering the store and already figured this is a trash store.

Went in yesterday looking for a computer for my office, to my surprise I ended up buying a computer far more impressive than my budget would imply. Bryan was extremely helpful, knew his stuff and over all seemed very trustworthy. I would 100% go back as well as recommend MDG Computers to anyone looking for computers on a budget.

Delightly pleased with the efficient kind caring professional service. For example I spent one and half hours with Bell service and Bryan solved this problem is 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this service.

I buy my computers from MDG and have my service done by Brian on Upper James. Have had some issues with the computers, which is normal, but have always received prompt and courteous service. Happy with them.

Do not buy thinking MDG will help in rebuilding credit THEY DO NOT REPORT TO EITHER CREDIT BUREAU .they keep saying next month and it never happens . Get a Capital One card they do report

Glorified renta center for low end people. Used to be comparable to dell computers for quality builds, now just mooch ads for guaranteed approval and a big run around.

I went here looking for advice on my pc and the guy was very rude and dismissive of me cutting me off and talkin down to me. Very poor coustmer service goof.
