Great local shopping centre with ample car spaces including disable parking. It has a large selection of shops for one's needs. There's a Cole's Supermarket which has a clothes section included (which I didn't think exsisted anymore). You'll also find a butcher, fruit shop, Bakers Delight, a chemist, newsagency/lotto, liquorland, a gift store, mobile shop, a hair salon, nail shop as well as a beauty clinic & neck/back massage centre. There's also a vision centre, a post office shop & real estate agent. Restaurants, not a problem, there's Suburban Grind, a Chinese & Indian restaurants, including a fish & chips shop, charcoal chicken, pizza & pasta bar & kebab shop. Best of all there is a Doctor's clinic & Dental clinic and a newly built Early Learning Childhood Centre which has recently openned. What more could you ask for? It's neat & tidy and the local's are friendly too.

Not a bad shopping centre at all. Unfortunately, the old smoke shop that used to be in the centre is now gone, so I'm rating it 4/5 instead of 5/5, as it almost perfect (although this isn't the fault of the centre itself or it's management). On the bright side, the centre has clean, accessible toilets and a management office nearby who I'm sure would be willing to help with any concerns or feedback (they are almost always staffed when I go there). The shops located in the centre itself - a cafe, butchers, and Coles all sell excellent quality items, and I have rarely been dissappointed when going there. I highly recommend Lynbrook Village shopping centre for it's commitment to creating a safe, clean atmosphere where anybody can do their shopping in peace.

Average shopping precint - nothing special - used to be better when first opened - but since then - some of the shops have had to close down... Shops include: Coles Supermarket, a pharmacy, Australia Post, fruit & vegie grocers, a newsagency, hair dressers, beauty salon, optometrist, a 24 hr gym, a gift shop & a travel agent. Plus there are a few take away shops & cafes to choose from. They include a cafe - near Coles - which has good coffee but I think they're too expensive. Also there is an Indian curry take away shop, a pizza shop with a small outdoor eating area, one of the best Charcoal Chicken shops in the area, an excellent Flakey Jakes fish & chip shop & also a Chinese eatery & Grilled - which is a really yummy burger restaurant.

The shops such as Coles were fine, pretty standard. However parking was tricky. I had trouble navigating through the first time and finding a park so I could go to Coles. wasn't peak hour at all and I had to park quite far away, then had a bit of an awkard walk through a full carpark to cross over to Coles. I'm glad this isn't my local as the car park alone totally put me off. I only ever have popped in if it's literally on my way home and I need to grab something quickly. I would take never do a major shop here, too much of a pain with a trolley.

Just tried to do my usual Friday visit but roads into centre closed off. Went to Woolies in Hallam instead and found the shops I needed were there as well. Lotto, Supermarket and lunch options. I will be using Hallam in future now that I have found what they had. Not sure why the roads were closed off but Tony in lotto shop, the bakery and Coles will be the losers going forward. I have zero patience and have now changed a 12 year Friday habit based on one bad experience. Arrivederci.

Good variety of shops - main one is Coles but they have bakers delight, fruit shop ( Afgan store), tobacco ( newsagent), hair dressers (for guys) salon for the ladies, plenty of massage and beauty shops for nails. Indian store, Pizza parlour laundromat to wash and dry clothes, Indian restaurant, Jetss gym, Liquarland for alcohol, butchers, Sushi, Fast food - charcoal chicken, up market hamburgers, most needs catered for. Enjoy the visit.

This location has a bit of everything at your fingertips - Medical Centre, library, community hall, salon, chemist, barber, fish n chips, chicken pizza, Comms bank and Westpac ATM, dollar store, fruit and vege store, Coles, optometrist, bus stops, gym etc and there always seems to be enough parking even when it’s busy. Nice little community shopping centre and I’ve always found staff lovely at each store I’ve been too.

Clean, well kept shopping centre with all the necessities. Easy access to Coles and plenty of parking. 1 star off for the amount of "charities" allowed to set up at the entrance of Coles. I don't appreciate being harassed upon entering and exiting the shop especially when there is no way to avoid them.

This village shopping centre is growing in the last 1 year as I monitor. The Rasa Yong Asian food certainly add a premium to this center. Dishes are authentic and reasonable price.... service is good & fast.... it's a family run. This center has potential for more eateries.... …

I go there sometimes. It's nice. They do have alot of sctivities going on, especially for the kids on school holidays. There are alot of shops like clinics, pizza, charcoal chicken, Coles and fruit market. The place is decorated beautifull but i think that overall it's a good small market place.

  • Jacqueline Leonard

I shop here at Lynbrook Village at Coles although Cole here is a small shopping centre you are treated as a person and the staff see that you need help and come to you While they fill their shelves or fridges and show you what you are looking for. I would recommend shopping here.

  • AJ AF

Conveniently located off Sotuh Gippie Hwy. Has all the 'need to haves' - grocery, fresh veggies, Coles, pharmacy, newspaper agent, eating places and takeaways and of course Auspost. Plenty of parking around with the Medical Centre and Community Centre to round off things.

  • Jason Pringle

This is a good place, supermarket, butcher, fruit and veg and local “odds and sods” without the acreage of other shopping villages; if you can’t find it here then you didn’t need it. On the day we were here there was a street market in support of the RCH, great job guys.

  • Leanne Joy

The bakery is AWESOME! Delicious cakes, pies, sausage rolls etc... They also do a delicious Vietnamese Roast Pork Roll. The cafe is nice. Suburban Burgers is good. There are atms, a nail salon, post office. All conveniently found in one nice little shopping centre.

  • Susan Fletcher

I have a disabled sticker for my car as l have leg and back problems but most mornings the disabled parking in front of the bakery has people parked there that are after a coffee or cigarettes. Very annoying but they don't care. Maybe better signage is needed

  • Kate Goodwins

Fairly small centre but everything you need. There are a few great gems amongst it. Suburban grind Has great coffee, Gold Sun hot bread has amazing Vietnamese rolls and Firestone Charcoal Chicken has great chicken, their creamy chicken pasta is so addictive.

  • Jade Tuatara

Different selection and options here for food and there's a coles as well we always get our kebabs from here's for a family combo of 50$ with for kebabs good size bottle of drink large fries you can't go wrong also has atm and heaps of carports.. …

  • Shane F

Nice little shopping village with all the shops you need. The layout is very cool and gives you a small town feel. The coles is one of the best in the area in my opinion. It's very well stocked, and very helpful staff. Plenty of parking as well

  • Jimmyjo Jackson

I really like this little shopping centre Can Always get a park, Variety Shop is Great And Helpful, Kind Staff Bakery, is Always Fresh, Coles is clean, Butchers, has a Great range of chicken, And it's Very Tasty

  • Peter Murray

Coles is the main attraction here & it can get very busy at times making finding a carpark difficult. I wouldn't turn up here in anything other than a car as it has nothing for larger vehicles like cars with trailers or trucks.

  • Stephanie Whitworth

Tight squeeze for the roads and parking, found it difficult to navigate in my big car. Seems to have a lot in one place which is helpful, probably wouldn't be my first pick to head there for shopping though

  • Geoffrey O'Hearn

A handy local. The fruit shop is great value and the produce lasts longer than supermarket stuff. Grab a pork roll from the bakery. Contains a newsagent, post office, medical centre and takeaway shops.

  • Mel T

Good little shopping strip. The vege place is good for small quick Asian veggie shop. The 2 dollar shop is actually really good. Dragon drum restaurant food is also good.

  • Aaron Patton

Not bad, Coles needs renovating as they still have the 00's look and feel. Shopping centre itself feels pretty cramped to get in and around and Parking is pretty tight.

  • Robyn Davis

Small shopping centre but with everything you need clean and well maintained, best sushi around in a small stand outside Coles and the fish and chip shop is the best.

  • Ross Anthony

Family-friendly local market, but u have to scramble to get a spot Great milkshakes at the Cafe store next 2 Coles. Also, the Pharmacy has all u need. Cheers …

  • seshagiri rao

Nice place for small shopping trips. This shopping stripe have various shop like Veggie shop. Pizza's shop Chemist ,post office Indian Grocery store, and more

  • ROBERT CLARKE

Bought bacon from the butcher there. If you want good Aussie bacon, buy it from a butcher, not a supermarket. This butcher has a great range of meat products

  • Nicole Sherie

Usually i like this place but the Coles has gone down hill. I miss the clothes section they had there. Thou the staff are always friendly and welcoming

  • Anthony Cook

Best butcher i have ever seen. Well presented and huge range of products. Over 30 sausage flavours and heaps of different and inviting products

  • Rabia Adnan

  • Bella B

Convenient location, great variety of shops. The Coles is clean, neat, and tidy. Cheap chemist and friendly service.

  • Duane Harrison

Lackluster selection of shops, only go there for the Coles. No undercover parking and silly car park design.

  • Janice Curry
