I came here with my friend to get our nails done for a nice girls night out, I got a mani-pedi and my friend a full set. I will say the service when we walked in was wonderful very welcoming, they offered us mimosas & were very polite but it was completely rushed and my toes were not the color I had picked either but I didn’t complain about it I said something about the color once and was not listened too, anyways by the end of our appointments I was charged way more then I should have been charged for my mani-pedi, plus the tip I included. I was charged for the deluxe spa package(I think that’s what it was called), which is not the service I had asked for nor is it the one I received. I had asked for the 30$ one which was the first choice on the little laminated menu that allows you to choose which services you would like to buy. The one I was charged for has Hot Stones and a foot mask & steam & other luxuries that would of been amazing for another time/day, the entire experience was rushed they did my pedicure and manicure at the same time I felt crowded during my appointment when I thought it was going to be relaxing, although I can't complain about my nails, which turned out to be a nice job. After that I walked over to my friend who was almost done with her full set appointment in the back of the salon, I was curious if she liked her nails or if her experience was similar to my own, but before I could even say anything to my friend the lady was already asking me for my card to pay before I could even get out my wallet or have a chance to walk up to the cashier area where I would have thought I would pay for my services, she took the card and went to the front and as I finally got up to the front desk area to see what the total amount I would have to pay it was already done my card swiped & I was charged for more then I had actually received. She did not give me a second copy that would be my receipt either! 97$ for a French manicure & normal pedicure (nothing fancy) by the time I could really even say anything my friend had already paid hers as well which she felt was over charged too... it was disappointing that I paid 97$ Plus the 10$ tip! So I literally just paid 107$ for a Mani-Ped that was rushed & completely the opposite of what I had hoped to experience. By the time me and my friend finally figured out what we were supposed to be charged the nail bar was already closed. (We had a late afternoon appointment) - - it took awhile for us to figure out the correct prices to begin with because we couldn’t find any of the prices on their website from the Google search! So we googled the nail bars name and put "prices" on the end of that clicked search and saw they have another website maybe its an older one, I’m not sure, but it showed all the prices for each service. And I came to find my total was supposed to be WAY less, 53$ not 97$. Honestly I would just like the money back. I was charged for a spa service I did not receive or ask for.

This was hands down the WORST nail experience ever. Let me tell you the story- I walked in so excited as I’m a returning customer, I had such a GREAT first experience that I wanted to come back and needless to say I was having a great day so my mood was enthusiastic and friendly. So the first incident set the tone, I asked for a glass of wine and so did the girl who sat down 2 minutes after me. They brought them the same time. I got this little scotch glass half full and she got a full size wine glass to the brime, all the staff including us laughing no one complaining, they explained that the girl who poured just finished what was left they then brought the bag and topped mine off. I brushed it off, after all it’s complementary. Some time after another set of galls get the same white wine, big glass and completely full and of course I mention that I didn’t feel I was getting the same treatment, it completely ruined my mood the owner got very hostile and a lot of speaking between the two and then proceeded to argue with me. In effort to make me happy she brought me more wine, unfortunately it wasn’t in a nice gesture nor the principle. From that moving forward my hands were tossed around and filled tensely. Once we finished she firmly said $70 I said what?! I just got the same nail shape even longer and with design last time it wasn’t $70 I could tell this was in plan and they were EXTREMELY rude. I paid the money and left I will NOT return, hope no one else experiences treatment like this, I sure haven’t before.

I've been a patron of this salon for nearly 5 years, but my most recent trip was most definitely my last. Went in around 5PM on a Wednesday to have a full set applied for my corporate Christmas party. The gal, Tracy, was extremely pleasant, but my fingernails reflected otherwise. All of the ends & edges were extremely crooked and upon my request to have them tidied up a bit, she filed each nail for about a millisecond before going on to the next. I left thinking maybe she couldn't understand what I had requested and thought nothing of it. Unless you put the set under a magnifying glass, the flaws were relatively subtle. Fast forward to about 4 days later, all of my acrylic began separating from my actual fingernail and 3 days after that, they began popping off without any help from me. $50 for a full-set plus tip, I should not have needed a complete new set just one week after application of the first. I've been a customer for almost 5 years, have stuck with them through over-priced amenities, followed them to their new location and even smiled my way through the horrific customer service, all because they had always done a decent job. Hopefully, once their customer base dwindles and inevitably vanishes, they'll work on training their employees to have superb customer service and provide services that last.

Went in for a dip manicure and the guy never actually did a manicure, all I got was a color change. The powder for the color I chose apparently had some specs from another color or something leaving red specs in my pink nails. Then he filed the sides so much that the shape was really off and the top coat didn’t fully cover any of my nails. The worst part was he never trimmed my cuticles so the polish was stuck to my cuticles and the hang nails I had were stuck too. He knew I was unhappy and offered to just remove the polish which I didn’t have time for. Then he charges me $49! I was shocked. I got out to my car and realized how bad they really were and went back in, I told the lady at the front that I wasn’t happy so she had me come back the next day to fix them. I came back in and she still didn’t trim my cuticles or hang nails just color change again. This time they were thicker though and REALLY stuck to the cuticle. There messy and uneven. I was really hoping it was just a one off because the location is so convenient but I will absolutely not be back.

I have been pretty disappointed with the quality of service I got here. I got my nails done 6 days ago and have already had two nails come completely off, 1 after 3 days and another after 6. The nails look good, and I was initially happy. But it has gone down hill quickly. I would not suggest going here unless you want to pay $60 for your nails to last 3 days. Update: I went in asking to have a new set put on or get my money back. They said they could only fix the nails that had fallen off, which I did because I didn’t want to walk around with busted nails before I could get an appointment somewhere else. She said my nails were too short to support the long nails. I understand my nails are short, but I have never had a problem with this length at any other salon. Regardless i told her to just shorten the nails so they would stay on. Since then, two of my original nails and one of the ones she completely redid has come off. This was only two days ago They are very kind, but I’m still very disappointed with the quality of work.

Terrible Experience--totally taken advantage of Me: super rushed, painful and up-charged me to throw a hot towel over both of my legs at the same time, rub a rock over my calf for exactly two minutes. Charged extra for the color I chose, when that's the option they handed me. Terrible. Entire "deluxe" pedicure took about 15 minutes. My daughter: up-charged her, would not cut nails shorter. (Up charged for the length) -- pulled the same- "well you chose from our mermaid collection" when that's what they handed her. Did not do what she asked & told me that my daughter requested all of this. They took advantage of a 15-year-old and then blamed her at the amplified cost. In the end, this was a very uncomfortable experience where we were both taken advantage of. We will not be back. We do not suggest anyone go here. This is our 2nd time with a bad experience here.

I got a Deluxe pedicure, it was ok she did a good job cleaning my nails and all the normal pedicure things but her massage wasn’t the greatest. Rubbing my feet and legs back and forth for 10 mins doesn’t count as a massage, I should know I used to do nails and as a person who did massages she needs some serious pointers. I would off to help her but her English wasn’t the best. While this place does offer free beverages don’t get a soda it comes from a 2 liter bottle that has been sitting on the counter god knows how long and when it is served to you it comes flat. Some other reviewers have stated that this place is dirty, but I just don’t see it. And I have a great eye for detail. This place was clean from my perspective. Overall I would try and make your own opinion on this place and give it a try especially if you just want a strong free cocktail.

Went there on a Sunday they told me they would call me in 30 minutes, an hour and 15 minutes later I got a call, the first guy that was going to do my nails was so rough removing my nail polish he tore the cuticle on my big toe, I felt bad and asked for someone else to do them and someone else started and disappeared for 10 minutes and came back chewing on food. I said I wanted a basic with callus removal she charged me for the one above that and said I didn’t need the callus removal. She also ripped a nail spot which is red and tender now I am hoping it doesn’t get infected. The rocks and the towels were way too hot. Not a relaxing pedicure and I feel like their health and safety practices are questionable. Save your money and your safety and go somewhere else I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if some of the staff are not even liscenced.

I decided to treat myself today here and i regret it! i got a pedicure and had old acrylics removed. the pedicure was $43. They asked me if i wanted a manicure as well i asked them the price they said for both $80. I said no thank you just the pedicure and removal which should be around $50. They kept bugging me to get a manicure after i said no thank you 4 times. Then when i asked how much my total was she typed $60 then asked her boss about it and upped it to $70!?! $30 to remove acrylics ?? she didn’t even file my nails even after she removed them. I feel very scammed and sad cause i really liked my experience up until they charged me that much. would not recommend this place i would have just got the manicure for $10 more dollars jeez !

I came here for two pedicures. They charged me 115 for my partner and me. He got a hot rock pedicure, and I got the same with gel French tip. Not only did she burn me while removing the previous pedicure I had, she didn’t remove my cuticles, or pay much attention to shape. She wouldn’t let me compare my toes to make sure they’re even and she rushed me out when they finished with me. I noticed they left polish all over my toes. I still paid and tipped $10 because i do know it’s their time but I expect them to have more integrity than to let someone walk out looking like me. I’ve given them more than one chance and I just won’t go back. If you’re like me and care about details, save your money and just book with independent nail artists.

So the long nails are done by Summer, if I ever was to go back I would recommend her... She did my nails the first time and every other time I’ve walked in they gave me to Cindy who is nice but gave me Very crooked nails. The first set was $115 for total plus tip The second set was $83 for total plus tip Both I got with a pedicure. Unfortunately after having poor customer service last time, I refuse to go back. I started my walk in by saying I believe you send me a 20% off to my phone, after the appointment was all said and done they DID NOT give me 20% off and said it was 20% off a Gift voucher. which is annoying because the service was finished and I would have had her go back and correct my nails to look the way wanted.

Horrible service. My wife and I had pedicures done and it was very rushed. Nail tech that did mine was rushing and forgot to file the nail and buffer the nails before applying the gel Polish. I have bumps and ridges all throughout the nail polish. I pointed out to her before she continued to apply more then four layers of polish to try and cover it up. She brushed me off with her hand and said( Ok/yeah). Did not ask if I was okay with it. As she can tell that I'm irritated and unhappy. Just just got up from putting on the last coat of polish and didn't even say anything. Not even sorry or thank you for coming. I will make sure I tell everyone I know about my service here today. Waste of money.

I went here to get a fill … my nails are thick , huge glob still of unfiled acrylic , was overcharged , one lady started then stopped then the guy who did her nails finished mine asked if I wanted a diamonds then put a bunch I had to have them removed because they look horrible and for 82 dollars I would expect they look good ( shape ect ) unhappy with the overall experience. After complaining and correcting the guy on the price it was still wrong and they look terrible . Not sure how a fill turned into a full set , I didn’t have tips put on and they didn’t remove the acrylic instead he added way more than what I already had . I was their two hours and I was nice … terrible nail service

I love this salon. It is my go-to nail salon. Every person there is very competent, very nice, , friendly and efficient. The chairs for a pedicure are wonderful massage chairs. They offer you a drink, and do exceptional work. I have arthritic hands and the ladies I usually see are aware of that and are gentle in accommodating me. They are nice to everyone. The owner is there often and is very professional. The place is clean, always tidy. Prices are reasonable, and they let you know about specials as they arise. I have never gone there when I didn’t receive a compliment on my nails afterwards.

my wife and I visited this place, when we entered they gave us the menu of what they do and their prices, being our first time, we chose the service that cost $35 each, I cannot deny that my wife was treated better than me Anyway, I was giving her something that the girls love, the biggest surprise was at the time of paying because although they did a simple job for me and a better one for my wife, when we went to pay they charged me $106 dollars and on top of that they wanted a tip, I think I will never go back to that place. I do not recommend this place to any body

Terrible job on my nails. Had nail polish on my skin by the nails. It looked like a kid did my nails. They didn’t give me the hand massage, didn’t do anything with my cuticles, did hardly anything, but still charged me for all of it. They argued it wasn’t included until I pointed at all their signs which list what is included for the price they were charging. They kept arguing anyhow, so I just paid it and left. Terrible quality work, terrible service, scammy business practices. Absolutely horrible place. 0/10 would not recommend.

When we first walked in they asked for our photo references and said it was something they could do and went over the prices. Of course acrylic nail prices have went up quite a bit but they were saying 20-30+ for something so simple to everyone. Once I sat down and was separated from the people I came with they told me they couldn’t do the reference I showed them at the door bc it’s “too expensive” if you aren’t able to do the design don’t say you can do it at the door to just bring money in. Terrible.

Stopped in while I was waiting for car work at my mechanic, got my nails done, the fees were so reasonable and everyone was SO nice, I decided to go for it and get Cat's eye dip. They look so wonderful, and the experience was so fast and enjoyable- I'm going to make this my permanent mani-pedi go-to even though it's not that close to me, and I've been going to my local for years (I feel a bit guilty actually)- but the atmosphere was just so wonderful, and they have delicious coffee and wine!

I have two other experiences to compare to and this one was by far the least enjoyable for me. We paid premium but got average and that's why I disliked the experience. Our bill for two manicures, two pedicures, and one eyebrow was was approximately $200 before tip! My nails aren't even or smooth, there weren't real massages, other places take their time, we felt rushed. I'll be looking elsewhere if and when I do this sort of thing professionally once again.

My first visit didn’t go so well, I was unhappy with the shape and color of my nails. The owner reached out to me and insisted that I come back so she could fix it. If you’re not happy with something just come back another time and ask for someone else. Everyone has their own area of expertise. I definitely would return and know who I’m booking my next appointment with, thank you!✨

I have gone to this salon many times over the last few years and I have always had a pretty good experience. The services sometimes feel rushed, this wouldn't be my first choice for a relaxing spa-like experience. With that said, my nails always look fabulous and hold up well. Service is always friendly and even if I don't have an appointment they have been able to squeeze me in.

Been coming here since the pandemic opened up. I love the service, friendly, kind. When I want to talk they do great conversation. And sometimes I just want some me time I sit back a relax and listen to music while I get my pedi and fill. 10 out of 10 GREAT PRICES I would say very affordable for great service and a fancy place.

Don't waste your money here, (i got acrylics) not only could they not give me the design after she told me she could they gave me an ugly swiggle line and my nails cracked and broke off two weeks later. Waste of money! Paid 85$. In my 9 years of getting acrylics I've Nver had any break or crack before.

I really loved my nails. She did a very good job and made sure I was happy with them and would fix them if she didn't think they looked great. It just took an excessively long time and had a few problems along the way. But other than that I did enjoy my experience and the staff was very friendly.

My husband and I went in for a pedicures, the lady who did my toes was really rough, and rushed my pedicure. My husbands pedicure was rushed. We didn’t get the relaxing experience that we expected. Wouldn’t recommend coming here, nor will we be back. They also false advertise their prices.

I had a pretty simple idea in mind and they turned it into a better design! I love the shape and color. I was so pleased to see that they offered airbrush designs. I can tell she put a lot of thought and care into the design and catered it to me. Don’t skip out on acrylics here!!!

I have visited Luxury Nail Bar several times and each time, left feeling great. The clinicians are warm and friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming and I feel good just inside the space! And the pedicures!! The pedicures make me wish for extra feet to keep enjoying the pampering!!

My technician cut my big toe when removing my polish. She did not use the bag of supplies I brought to maintain sanitation. When asked why she didn’t use the supplies, she shrugged. The $35 basic pedicure plus $10 for gel was completed in 14 minutes. Never going back.

First of all, the ladies were rude and never spoke to me except to ask me to pay. Laughed when she saw my nails, and did a horrible job. Didn't take the time to even make sure the paint job was even, didn't go to my cuticles and can see through the patchy paint job.

I went yesterday with My sister to get a fill on our acrylics and they did such a great job. My sister showed them a picture off of Pinterest as inspiration for her nails and they did the exact same design. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

After the last 2 weeks I had to go hit up my girl at the salon! She is amazing! I bring in pictures from Google and TikTok. She recreates my photos with my personal twists to them. Nail artists like that are hard to find! Diamonds in the rough!

This is the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. The edges are so sloppy, I have the clear coat all over my finger tips and I can see the polish brush strokes. She also made one of my fingers bleed on the nail bed. Would never go back.

Pedicure was amazing. Came back today for a dip nails set and these have to be the worst nails I've ever received. They are chunky, and not coffin shaped at all. Update: I went back and they fixed them free of charge.

They were available for a walk in dip powder manicure. Lin did exactly what I asked for: light gray with a matte top coat to help my nails stop peeling. I'm super pleased with the results. Thank you!

Tried to get a pedicure today. No one would greet me. I left after a few minutes of being ignored at the counter. One employee even said excuse me to pass by me and still didn’t help me.

I get my full sets done here and they always last! I never break a single one and I keep them completely intact until my next set, always over a month later! Thanks ladies!

I went here specifically because of the nail art I saw on their Facebook and was disappointed. The nail art looks like a crooked heart that was drawn on with a sharpie.
