I simply love Luminis. Abigail is very attentive and knowledgeable about skin treatments and we always have very nice chats during our sessions. They have a variety of treatments and products, relaxing environment and friendly staff. Their beauty pass is a great deal for a monthly facial at a great value. Definitely recommend Luminis.

I came in with a right back/shoulder pain after a long drive and stressful week. The pain was significant but I left feeling completely different and a couple of hours later pretty much pain free. I really appreciate Abigail shifting appointments around and sorting out such an intense problem in an hour. Highly recommend.

Luminis Spa is easily accessible in Blackheath Village. There is always a warm welcome; the Spa is beautifully clean. Having had several treatments from Avril, including massage, I can recommend her for her professional, knowledgeable and intuitive approach. I shall be booking again soon.

I love going to Luminis Beauty! The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It’s in such a convenient location, and they offer a wide variety of treatments. It’s great for your regular beauty routines, or if you’re looking to pamper yourself! Would absolutely recommend.

A small and perfectly formed salon. It was my first time visiting and I wasn’t disappointed. Abigail was excellent. Very friendly and professional. I was really happy with the results and less painful than I’m used to which was a relief. I will be back for more treatments!

I was a bit disappointed in the gel manicure I had here and wouldn’t go back. Not sure the therapist had been properly trained. I feel like I could’ve done a better job myself. the edges are messy and not what I’d expect for the best part of forty quid.

Back at last, so happy to return to the salon again. Love the makeover the salon has had, looks really lovely and relaxing. Abigail was friendly and professional as she always is, love my eyebrows, she is a wizard! It was well worth the wait.

One of the best facials I have had... Beautifully relaxing treatment room with warm bed, calming music and lighting. Abi was very knowledgable and an excellent therapist. Very hands on and relaxing. Definitely coming back.

Upon arrival there was no one to open the door. There was a sign on the door stating that the therapist was in treatment with a client and that if we had an appointment they would be with us soon.

I had an appointment with Avril today for a pedicure. She did a very thorough treatment and a wonderful paint job! Sadly I don't live locally but if I'm back in the area I'd certainly revisit.
