I have been going to Lucy for 10 years and have been a happy customer. I get everything done with Lucy, haircut, manicure, pedicure, waxing, facial and always walking out feeling like a new woman. Lucy used to colour my hair every two weeks then she encouraged me to stop, instead she got me to use color violet conditioner due to the fact that my hair was always turning grey very quick on the sides. Not only am I saving money but just love my hair so much more now and very comfortable with it. I am constantly getting compliments, Lucy been a business woman is always trying to help her customers save money by suggesting different solutions. She has a heart of gold, one of a kind. Lucy was an incredible hairstylist. Definitely the best I've ever been to!! She was so incredibly sweet and kind, an absolutely beautiful person with an amazing soul. My hair turned out even better than I ever thought it could. My previous experience at hair salon's hasnt been good, so I'm so happy to have found lucy now!! I'm so lucky too. Definitely won't be going to a different salon ever again, I've found my hair stylist for life! She did such an incredible job and I'm honestly beaming from happiness at how good my hair looks, I've always wanted this haircut but previous places I've gone to have never been able to do it. What a wonderful surprise! I booked last minute with Lucy as my regular hairdresser cancelled on me. Not only is Lucy super friendly and accommodating, she knows hair! If you want to get great hair advice, cut and styling at a competitive price. And, you don’t want to be up sold on everything (as is the norm in salons today), go see Lucy. For the record, I have thick, long and curly hair and this is the first time in a long time I left a salon and didn’t need/want to go home and “fix” my hair. Like I said, Lucy knows hair!

This was my first visit a Lucy is absolutely amazing. She was patient and kind when listening my request and gave great advice. She made sure I was comfortable with every step from colouring to the cut and wanted honest feedback so she can adjust it to make sure I was happy. Lucy used no shortcuts when cutting my hair and her attention to details is beyond. I just found my hairdresser.
