This is a bizarre one and maybe there's a pharmacy guild reason for bad customer service but I was just hung up on when asking the price of an over the counter treatment. Guess I'm going to drive even further to chemist warehouse now for every. Single. Purchase. Edit to respond: I'm sorry but whoever answered the phone today DID hang up. I asked what the price was and the person said they didn't have that information and after a clarifying question about that being your policy to not give out prices I was hung up on. Everyone knows chemist warehouse is cheaper as they're a massive company. I was trying to find out if you were a couple of dollars more expensive or if it was much more than that. If you were close in price (and had better customer service) I would have bought from you instead.

Cannot recommend this little compounding pharmacy enough. I turned up just before closing having called ahead and, at their request, emailed a scan of the prescription. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and thorough, and patient as he had to have back and forth calls with the Dr to ascertain the discrepancy between the dosage prescribed and the products available. In the end we got it all sorted out and probably ruined the pharmacist's dinner plans in the meantime. In addition, it is a very clean and well-stocked store, despite its small size. Would definitely recommend and return.

I thought I'd try this pharmacy one morning to fill my dog's prescription when I was in a rush and didn't have time to drive to Chemist Warehouse and stand in line. I was expecting prices to be exorbitant given the small size and boutique fitout, but was pleasantly surprised that private prescriptions are comparably priced to Chemist Warehouse. I've gone there for all my medications since and have found a couple are even cheaper than Chemist Warehouse. Staff are always friendly and I've never waited more than a few minutes for scripts to be filled.

Dropped in to put in some scripts as it’s close to my home, found it to be a lovely little store and the pharmacist was very kind and made sure to ask if my brand of medicine was ok! Good range of stock for a smaller pharmacy, and seems well-kept

The staff here are so nice! I’m not sure why that’s shocking to me but it was a pleasant surprise. The care they put into their customers is something I haven’t seen before and we’ll definitely be back ❤️
