I took my male boxer to Love Freeway Animal Clinic on several occasions. They were not his primary vet but is a great deal closer to home. The staff is/was always very caring. They paid attention to fine details and concerns and treated my boy with the love any pet owner would at home. On December 19th(2017) my boy began to have seizures around 7am. I scrambled and fought to keep him calm long enough to get him to the nearest vet which is Love Freeway. They open at 8:00am I was there ten minutes before and saw the doors open. I carried my boy in immediately wrapped in a comforter. Immediately the staff went into action to stabilize my boy. No coffee was brewed, no computers were powered up first. He was the priority. No one left them room until he was stable. They were actually on the floor with him for more than an hour. They were gentle, they paid close attention to what my boy responded to. He loved ear rubs. They gave ear rubs. He reacted to shoulder scratches.. they gave shoulder scratches. My entire family rushed into a very small exam room, the staff worked around everyone. They asked no one to leave. They adjusted. The level of care and understanding they displayed was unreal. They became family. My boy did not recover. He saw rest at noon of the 19th. The staff was more than accomodating. They comforted our family and gain a special place in our hearts. I recommend this clinic. They will care and display endless love for your pet/family member.

Recently my cat Pickles was sick, he didn't want to eat, was throwing up and didn't want to play at all. Which is odd because he loves to eat and is a hyper ball of fur. Anyways, I had him on the wellness plus plan at Banfield Pet Hospital, I believe it's the one on Hampton. I took him there and they said he needed immediate surgery because he had something foreign in his small intestine and abdomen. It was going to cost me $1600. I didn't have the money and left very upset because I'm paying monthly for his plan and all it covers are his check ups. I was desperate to find somewhere where they could help my baby. I remembered there was this clinic down the street from where I live and decided to check it out with my fiancé. I didn't get the woman who was at the front desks name. And I forgot the vets name but they were so nice! Turns out he didn't even need surgery! They gave me some special food for him and some medicine. Pickles is now eating and pooping properly and getting into all kinds of trouble again. I'm so grateful, will definitely go again in the future. 10/10.

So my partner and I had to take our four legged family member Mollie to see a doctor immediately and the kind and professional staff at LFAC were kind enough to squeeze us in to see the doctor. And it has been years since we have been to LFAC (Love Freeway Animal Clinic) but everyone there was very kind and professional and treated us as if we were regulars at LFAC. The whole team at LFAC worked well together like a well oiled machine. And the veterinarian took the time to really listen to our concerns and she took great care of our Mollie and she even directed us to a facility that would treat our pet’s more serious needs. She was great with our pet and she even had her staff make arrangements and even the appointment at the facility that we needed to go to in order to treat our Mollie’s more serious condition. So we just wanted to say thank you to the whole staff at LFAC we are very thankful on how great the whole staff treated and cared for our four legged family member Mollie. !! Love Freeway Animal Clinic is AWESOME !!!

A little slow but they'll service you and your pup if you have patience. Budget friendly care but you get what you pay for. Go to them for simple things/issues. I brought a dark bloody fecal sample which was given a hookworms diagnosis. That was scratching the surface and no alarm was raised about how dark it was and the Dr. only suggested to keep an eye on a small buldge on the butt that she noticed, not me. HE WAS INTERNALLY BLEEDING!!! I gave my dog the treatment they suggested and 5 days later I called for a follow up because he was getting worse. He didn't make it to the next morning. His melena was so bad he died 20 seconds after his last late night tarry black poop. I should have gotten a second look elsewhere, maybe there were other options. THE SIGNS AND RED FLAGS WERE DEFINITELY THERE! No warning or education on the situation and I even told them I was unfamiliar with hookworms and asked if they were serious and the lady responded "not very...it is odd to see them in older dogs" NO KIDDING! FLAG RAISED!

Have been going to this clinic since I was a child my parents moved to Dallas in 77. Since the 80s this is the clinic we've used. This original vet has always been very nice and knowledgeable. She's treated a total of 8 pets for our family. The staff as well has been very professional until now. The young lady at the front desk with the tatts is very rude and outputting and has been so on a few occasions. Some of the other younger staff as well. There are few who are not as rude. She does not answer the phone or even promptly attend the front desk when you come in. I've worked at as a vet tech so I know customer service is very important with this line of work. I will not take anymore pets or refer anyone here ever again. It's funny my people have done business with this facility longer than some of the staff had been living. They would do well take note of that and consider that before interacting with people in this community. I wish I could give 0 star rating just not sure how.

Just want to let customers know that Dr Diane Wagner, refuse to help a student at Townview High school with an interview for a school project, she not only said "NO" but she was rude and unprofessional, she told me that "students don't even know how to ask questions and she did not have time for that" I regret the time that I took my dog to her clinic, by the way our dog died two weeks after his treatment. I just think this is really sad since this is the only veterinary clinic doing business in our neighborhood, I just hope that nobody refused her a favor when she was a student; and when I tried to tell her that this are young students and why she wouldn't help my daughter she sounded really loud and just hung up on me, I just always known that Goodness is about character, honesty, kindness, generosity and the like. More than anything else, it is about how we treat other people. I just would not trust my pet to someone that lacks of moral courage and generosity......

Groomer, Lisa is the best! I've been a faithful customer for about 10 years. In the past, whenever there was an issue with any service received, the doctor or techs would be very helpful. Recently, I took my Rachel in for her annual shots. When I called in to let them know she was swelling all over, the front office person, was very unhelpful. She said she had a lobby full of people and didn't know what to tell me. I asked to speak with one of the techs, but she wouldn't let me speak with them. She took a message, but of course, I did not get a call back. I ended up having to take her to GULLY ANIMAL HOSPITAL. They were amazing and they also couldn't believe that the clinic that gave her the shots would not help her during a reaction. I will not be going back for vaccines or medical services there until they retrain their front office staff.

So today was a stressful day as I was worried for my puppy Louie that has been sick a couple of days. I didn"t think to bring him to this hospital until the last minute when I was totally blown off by SPCA down the street. I have been a regular at the SPCA clinic on Village fair and always satisfied until today! This Vet Hospital took in my baby Louie without hesitation (walk-in) which is why I rated them 5 stars. Just recently I been unemployed and wanted the best for my little pouch that I rescued 2 weeks ago. Knowing what little money I had, Louie's check up was a success and I also was able to afford his first set of shots. The Gentleman(Vet Assistant) was so kind and had such wonderful affection towards my Louie... I knew he was in good hands. I feel confident that my Louie will get better now. Thank you so much Dr.Wagner.

I brought in my Emily for nausea & fever... and right away they were on the spot with a diagnosis.. She had to have emergency surgery..I was a total wreck but Miss Katie Brock was wonderful in explaining, educating & comforting.. My Emily made it through the surgery & is doing well. I thank first of all, our Lord Jesus Christ... And then Miss Katie & Dr. Garretson were so patient & thorough with all my questions & concerns. Miss Katie always kept in touch w/me throughout the surgery...even sent me a post-op pic I was very happy with their service & their prices are more than reasonable. I will definitely bring the rest of my fur babies here. Thank you guys for your excellent service. Miss Katie Brock (she so, looks like Amanda Bynes! Katie is too sweet!) Dr. Garretson is very professional & an excellent doctor.

I have been a client since well before Dr. Kocher took over the clinic from Dr. Wagner, and have always felt that their care of my pups has been above and beyond, with grace and understanding. All options of treatment are put before you, and are explained in detail before proceeding. They've always been great about patiently dealing all of my inane dog-mom worries and queries. My only wish would be to have perhaps one evening a week of extended clinic hours, as any e-vets are a good way from Oak Cliff. Otherwise, I plan to continue to use their services, and would continue to do so even if another vet clinic opened nearby. Trust is difficult to truly earn, and they have definitely earned mine.

Regardless of how long it's been since you seen maxx the service was not the same when I brought him..He has never in his life seen another vet Dr Waggner was his Dr. From birth so not sure why you said that....again never met the Doctor who treated him still don't know her only the staff who came out to the car and got him..I ask if maxx could get the same.meds he was prescribed by Dr. Wagner because it work...you prescribed some different that did not work..it wasnt until this year 2021 I found a new Doctor who prescribed him the correct meds and coughing is gone. Took my dog today, first experience with a groomer and having a Shih Tzu. I was the first drop off at 8 and was told she’d be ready by my lunchtime at 12. I called at 11:30 and she hadn’t even been started on. And The groomer got none of my notes about how I wanted her cut nor how she was pair bonded and I wanted to be notified if she got too anxious being away from her sister. Finally I was told she’d be ready at 1. I feel like she was rushed and her haircut definitely reflects that. Terrible job. I’m not one to raise hell and plus I needed to get her home and back to work. Overall, For the price I wouldn’t come back.

Good people. Friendly staff towards me and my pet(s). You are not allowed to go in the facility with your pet, but you set up appt and call the office once parked and someone comes out to check you in and or collect your pet for their evaluation. Doesnt take long. Your pet is returned and someone discusses with you treatment options or medicines to help your fur babies. If you do not have appt set for date of visit-you could potentially wait for walk in visit for up to 3hrs in parking lot. They will work you in as soon as available. I like this place. Compassionate and caring people.

I love this place but I recently went because their hold calls were being extremely long so I decided to go to the office and the receptionist was rude I asked her if I can make an appointment since I have been waiting on the phone for a long time and she just told I can’t be inside and I just had to wait on the phone when I drove all the way over there to make an appointment. She could have just scheduled me an appointment but she was just really rude. I love this vet and I have been going for years but this incident I believe was very unprofessional.

I have been trying to get an issue with my Simba resolved for 2 months, going to multiple clinics only to be told not to worry. Being the pet mom.I am I knew something wasn't right. My best friend who brings her fur-babies here told me to go to Dr., Kocher she'll get me the answers and she was right. I am now at ease and my Simba will get the treatment I know he needs to feel better. Taylor thank you for your comforting words cause I was nervous to hear what may be wrong with my Simba. Took my yorkie on friday she wasn't eating or drinking water and had a little diarrhea. I told him she had bad odor coming from her bottom. She weighs only 3 lbs. Doctor declined parvo test and gave meds for diarrhea. Very nice and friendly doctor. It's Monday morning and now my family member is dead and I'm heartbroken. She starting bleeding urine last night and poop ing. So I was gonna wake up early and take her back to him. But my baby girl is gone. Heart broken bad decision on his part to not run parvo test.

Amazing very good job. friendly and helpful, and actually gave us a prescription for meds for our cats. And meds there also talked with us about the special they had for shots and worked with us to let us know a cheaper way to go if shot was to much to afford right now. So we got the meds our cat takes each day for 2-3 weeks....they were still so much less expensive than all the other ones. And all the other ones wouldn't give us a prescription for the meds. Will highly recommend this place to everyone....

I've been coming here since it was first open.by Dr Wagner. Luckly my dogs are very healthy and over the decades.I have only.come for flea prevention and nail trimming. I brought my pug in last week. I was told twice that in the future my amimal must have a "full set of shots in addition to the rabies". before she can get her nails clipped. No information on your website about this "policy'. Does this mean everyone who go to you must have this " recoemded vaccinations" or am I just the lucky one?

These guys are the best, they saved my cat back in 2019 when he decided to indulge in a cloth Dollar-Tree decoration that sent him into an emergency surgery. Love Freeway Animal Clinic took in my orange boy Henry last minute to get him checked and then gave us options of hospitals to take him to. And just recently my dog went in for some acne on her face and she had no complaints, she is doing all better now. Thank you Love Freeway Animal Clinic, you guys are awesome!

I brought my pitbull, buddy, in for an ear infection today. Staff was very professional, attentive, and helpful. The tech, Katie, got me in quickly as a 'work-in'. Dr. Garreston and Lucy also we're helpful in explaining how to treat his ears. Even doing his first treatment in front of me as a demonstration. Good price too. $100 got me the exam and meds that I needed. They even threw in cotton swabs and q-tips too. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks you guys.

We brought our 3 year old Great Pyrenees to have his eye examined by Dr. Wagner. She and Greg, the vet tech, were very gentle. Brooks was calm and relaxed in their care. We did not have to wait at all. Dr. Wagner spent 50 minutes doing a full exam. She explained everything in clear language and answered all our questions thoroughly. We will definitely bring all our dogs here from now on. We have also seen Dr. Guthrie here, and he is excellent as well.

I have been coming here for about 6 years I believe with my dog Rollo Anne who everyone at the animal clinic love! We have moved about 30 mins from there but I refuse to go anywhere else because Rollo has anxiety issues and she feels very comfortable with them there. I have a new puppy now, as well as Rollo and I have brought Piper there already and will continue to bring them there. Thank you guys so much for your love for my babies.

I first called and visited last year about my cat Bubba's allergy problem. The doctor and staff were so friendly, supportive, and not at all pushy about doing additional tests or putting my Bubba on medication. The visit and allergy shot was very affordable and they accept credit cards. They even informed me that my cat was not microchipped like I thought! I am going back next week to get my new kitten spayed.

I brought my boy Wally in for a skin infection yesterday. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and patience the vet and tech had for my shy Wally it is very appreciated. I have been to the VCA but they don’t compare to love freeway. It is very affordable and the veterinarian and staff are very knowledgeable and love animals. I will continue to bring my Wally here I am very pleased customer ❤️

We recently switched to Love Freeway for primary care for our three dogs, and they have been so awesome even in the midst of the pandemic. Every staff member I've worked with has been friendly, professional, and helpful. Compared to other vets across DFW, they are very affordable; and they truly go the extra mile to make pet care convenient. I recommend them to any pet owner!

New owners, terrible customer service. I sent an email and no one ever responded. So I called and requested a refill and was refused she wanted me to bring my fur baby back in. I responded that I was on a fixed income and disabled I can't afford the office visit and would need to get a family member to bring me, the rude lady on the phone didn't care. Just greedy for money.

I scheduled my dogs appointments here for their vaccines and half way to the clinic I get a phone call to cancel my appointment and I get told that I am late because my appointment was scheduled 45 minutes early. On top of that I called the day before to confirm my appointment according to the reminder I was given the day I personally scheduled. Horrible organization!!!

I had to take my pet in for evaluation. After determining that the mass he had growing was not something that could be treated with antibiotics, etc. the fact that he was well over 12-13yrs didn't make the decision for me to have him put him to rest any easier. The staff that assisted me was kind. I was not rushed and I didn't feel alone saying goodbye to my Rusty.

I have been bringing my “little lion” here for several years. The staff and Dr. Kocher have always been professional, polite, friendly, and patient with her even though she growls when being treated. A special thanks to Jennifer, for thoroughly explaining her treatment plan and Dr. Kocher for treating her today. She came home feeling a whole lot better.

My dog DIED after being treated for UTI'S(urinary track infections) for about 2yrs, she took at least 5 different antibiotics, one I had to get from my own pharmacy, but nothing worked. She died from stones that they never looked for because she kept showing she had the UTI, so when do you stop giving antibiotics and look for the root cause.

My baby boy (cat) was really sick, they fit him in today. He is allergic to fleas and his skin was so irritated. They gave him some antibiotics, did bloodwork because I thought it was something serious! His bloodwork was great it was just allergies. They took such good care of him. Dr Coker is the best and my baby is on the mend!!!

My dog had been abused at a local groomers and I took him to Love Freeway Animal Clinic to get his nails trimmed. All I can say is I will never take him anywhere else. They were light-hearted, friendly, gentle with him, talked to him as a cherished pet, and we came home happy and friendly. Thank you love Freeway Animal Clinic!

I’ve been taking my cat here for a while whenever anything comes up with their health. The staff are very welcoming, thoughtful, and patient. They are also very informative and speak to you about the prices of everything beforehand, all the times I’ve gone it’s been pretty affordable. They are caring and friendly.

My dog Sky is handled very professionally every time we go. The employees are super nice and the current parking lot drop off situation for covid runs very smoothly. She’s a big pit bull and she’s getting older and none of that has been an issue. Prices are reasonable. Overall I’m glad I found Love.

Very understanding and helpful. Unfortunately our cat needed to be put to sleep due to large cancer growth. They lit a candle for him and also gave us a paw print as a keepsake. They were awesome and flexible but also practical. I appreciated their candor and would highly recommend them to anyone!

My puppy contacted parvo and I took him to this hospital. They gave me every option on how to get rid of the disease but I decided to take him to this hospital twice for antibiotics and other meds. They cared for him great and now he's Parvo free thanks to them

Went for flea drop medicine for my dogs . its the cheapest I found around without a prescription. I have been here before to have my son's dog looked at and they fixed her right up and she was feeling better in no time.. Thanks Love freeway Animal clinic

Love how attentive they were with my dog, yet calling & scheduling an appointment is a pain. I’ll call and asked to be placed on hold and always get hung up on, which upsets me as to why I would never return and do business with them ever again.

Took my precious dog, Tinky there earlier today and got her examed for an eye infection. The beautiful techs were so kind and gentle with her. Definitely making this her go to doctor. Tinky also loved the little treats they gave her :)
