I am writing this review as a potential client to share constructive feedback on Loubelle's customer service. I booked several services with Loubelle but had to cancel 6 hours past the 48-hour cancellation window (my appt was Saturday and I called Thursday afternoon) because my family caught Covid and I had to take care of them, and could no longer make my appointment. I had already paid £55 deposit, half of the charges, and was requesting if I could just postpone my appointment to a later date. Lou stated that my cancellation would put her whole morning out, that it would be difficult to book someone in on such late notice, and that it was difficult to run your own business. So, she said the best she could do is cancel my appointment and if someone booked in on my time slot, she would refund me my money. As a former business owner myself, I completely understood where she was coming from. Number one, it can be hard to get customers, especially during times like these. But also, number two, it can be hard to keep customers. As a business, you can be transparent, but only to a certain degree where you shouldn't turn away new customers.  After we hung up, I realised Lou could have done this: kept my deposit and rescheduled my appointment to a later time. Had she done this, I would have booked my appointment, paid the remaining £55 for the services and due to her willingness to keep a potential customer happy, she would have gained a new, loyal customer. Although I can understand her from a business owner's standpoint, I can also say she has turned away a potential customer, one who actually remains loyal. Now, instead of booking again with Lou who is much closer to where I'm based, I plan to go back to my usual lady who I am willing to travel for all the way in Tooting. Hope this is useful for Lou and any potential customers!

I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. She is very professional, taking the time to explain in detail each step of the process during and after the procedure. This gave me a great deal of confidence as I then knew what to expect and also know what to do going forward. Lou 's attention to detail is second to none, there is no doubt how much pride she takes in her work. The process was painless and the end result is absolutely fantastic I am delighted with the shape and colour of my eyebrows. My only regret is that I didn't go to Lou sooner to them done

I booked a facial for my pre-teen daughter in order to remove black heads and impurities. Louise addressed the issue in a very professional and efficient manner talking through any step of the treatment and making my daughter feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. One month on and her skin is still glowing & black heads free. I’m a happy returning customer who would recommend Loubelle Beauty to a friend with no hesitations.

I have been to Loubelle only once for eyelashes I was made to feel very comfortable and the eyelashes have lasted for about four weeks and I was lucky to be able to go on holiday so the lashes have been jumping in and out the pool also sun cream lotion and very hot weather I will definitely be going back for more eyelashes and I will be trying different treatments as well very very impressed xx

Louise is such a great professional! I’m extremely fussy when it comes to where I go for my waxing and if you are looking for a place to go, look no further. I went to Lou to have my eyebrows microbladed and I am so glad I did. Following a free and very helpful consultation, I went ahead a few days later and now have perfect fuss free brows. Lou is friendly, professional and clearly experienced and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend her for microblading as well as any other aesthetic or beauty need.

Booked in for LVL treatment - easy to find, nice welcome and comfortable treatment area. The lashes look good, but they clumped together despite me keeping them dry for 48 hours - I’ve been having this treatment for years and this is the first time product has been left on my eyes and not removed post treatment.

Lou is so professional and her work is amazing! Love my LVL so much every time. She doesn’t just do lashes, you can go to her for everything, wax, injections, Botox - she will make you feel comfortable and looking fabulous! Would recommend going to Lou out of anywhere else in Sutton/Cheam and surrounding areas.

Genuinely the best waxing I have had, was far less painful that it should have been and she was so precise and refused to miss any hairs...also there was barely any redness or pain after!! After one session she has become my go to person!!
