I have purchased flowers from Lou Lou's both via their weekend flower truck stops and also through their website. I always visit the truck when Lou Lou's Flower Truck is parked near me. Every single time, the flowers and plants are of the highest quality. I love that they offer the opportunity to purchase flowers and plants by the stem, or as part of a bouquet. The couple behind Lou Lou's is always so kind and accommodating. If I am buying multiple stems, they'll offer to arrange them for me and their presentation is always gorgeous. The selection of flowers and plants on offer is bountiful and varied. They have tried-and-true favourites as well as more rare finds. In addition to their great selection, the quality of their flowers and plants cannot be overstated. I purchased a eucalyptus stem from them that lived so long, and with minimal cutting required. I've purchased a bouquet via their website and asked for a specific peony to be included. They advised me as to the best date to send the bouquet to ensure that they had the specific peonies I requested, and also the freshest stock of said peonies. The recipient of the bouquet sent me daily photos to show me how gorgeous the flowers were. We both couldn't get over how brilliantly and how big the peony bloomed, how full and lush the bouquet was, and also how every flower in the bouquet had a personal meaning for the recipient (I swear Lou Lou's has a sixth sense)! I have also been lucky to be on the receiving end of a surprise bouquet from Lou Lou's. The peonies they included were unlike any peonies I have ever seen. Their colour was so rich and they bloomed so big! The roses included in the bouquet were also a gorgeous colour that I adored. I cannot overstate how much I love perusing Lou Lou's flower truck for my favourite stems, and I would also highly recommend ordering from their website as well. The quality of the blooms and the thoughtful service is impeccable.

I order flowers every couple of weeks from this company. I have tried most of the arrangements in their online library. Doesn't really seem to matter which one I choose since they assemble all arrangements with what florals are in season. I slide in little notes indicating which flowers my spouse likes and they create a personal assortment that blows her away every time. Their delivery service is professional. If no-one is home when they arrive they make a quick call and ask whether it's okay to drop them off as with any flowers you don't want to leave them for long periods of time in the winter. That said, they are packaged very well to keep the flowers fresh even if they have to wait at the doorstep for a short duration. Their costs are fair for the quality and service that you receive, I have recommended them to friends and none have been disappointed so far. This company truly is a bright spot in this trying period in the city.

SUPPORT LOCAL! They do stunning arrangements at great prices. Once upon a time, I wasn’t a fan of cut flowers but Lou Lou’s has converted me. I discovered them at a farmer’s market. At first, I used them for work occasions but then began to send for friends and family: everyone loves their flowers and they can help with a variety of occasions. The number and variety of blooms always impresses and right now I have a bouquet that is 7 days old: I’ve edited out a few pieces that were past their prime but still gorgeous. Recently I celebrated a promotion and folks knew that I would only want a bouquet from here. Thanks to Bo and everyone at Lou Lou’s!

Lou-Lou's Flower Truck is 100% my favourite flower "shop" in Toronto, and maybe the world. The actual bouquets are so stunning and thoughtfully crafted so when my friends, family, and clients receive them they are floored by the gesture and beauty. I love that you can just order online and know that the flowers will be safely delivered. I am always so excited when I have a reason to order flowers because Lou-Lou's makes it so seamless and I feel totally confident in the business. Not to mention the owners are the most friendly customer oriented people. I just can't say enough positive things about Lou-Lou's.

I subscribe to their bi-weekly flower subscription and I am very happy with the service. They have good prices (pay per-order, as opposed to upfront for X months, which is how other florist offer). You also get your own profile, so its super easy to add to your order, pause your order for a number of weeks, increase your order, or anything else. I have also noticed a difference in the flowers - I got a bunch of flowers from a number of shops for my birthday - and I would say LL and one other shop lasted the longest, so to me that means better quality. I already recommend them, and happy to keep doing so.

Their Instagram account is inspiring and updated frequently so you always know where to find them each weekend! Fresh flowers are the best way to treat a loved one or yourself!

My husband came home with a gorgeous bouquet for me today and I asked him where he got these incredible flowers. "From the back of a pickup truck!" he said and I was about to call out the obvious BS (because who in the world sells such elegant bouquets out of the back of some truck) but then he handed me Lou Lou's card. It wasn't a lie. Amazing prices and whipped up on the spot out of buckets on the truck bed. From now on, only pickup truck flowers will do.

We've now received three bouquets from Lou Lou's and they are truly worth every penny. Even a week in, after some of the blooms have wilted, there are still so many remaining fresh for a new arrangement. The selections sent to us were all beautifully unusual - we find ourselves learning about flowers and plants each time - and the customer service is warm and friendly. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.
