I booked a Hollywood hot wax with Mariola Mazur. Fantastic experience, I was very nervous as I haven't had that type of wax in a while but Mariola was so understanding. I was very pleased with the result. The spa is beautiful and very clean. The website is very easy to navigate around too. Definitely would recommend it.

I have only excellent things to say about Lotus Spa in Bellevue Parade. It is clean, friendly, professional and very reasonable. I go to Dianna for my nails who is brilliant and she has also recently done my eyebrows - which I am particularly fussy about - and I am very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.

Had my first-ever spray time, expertly applied by Vilma. I was delighted by the result - a light, natural-looking tan that drew complements from friends and family. I just wish it could last for longer! I shall definitely be returning to Lotus for a repeat the next time I head off on holiday to sunny climes. .

Unfortunately, disappointed with the treatments (facial - started late and rushed, and nails - too short & rushed) on 2 occasions, but at least the service was better from some of the staff members the second time around. I used to come here all the time and recommend it to everyone, I won’t be anymore sadly.

I recently switched spas from one in Mayfair to this one. I have to say it is probably the best male mani/pedi I have received in London or anywhere for that matter.
