I went for a hair wash to Looks Gomti Nagar, near Fun Mall. They assigned a person who they claimed was trained to handle hair services. This person got my hair stuck in the fan of the hair dryer. On complaining the manager, the person lied saying I was complaining because he was detangling my hair which is a bit painful. On my protest, he admitted. The manager was quick to assign a better person. These managers assign amateurs and save their competent staff for other services like styling and hair colour which fetch more money. They don’t even admit their fault. The experience was traumatic! Even after such a horrible experience, there was no remorse. They need to correct their attitude towards their customers. By far, the worst experience!!

Looking at the previous reviews I booked 2 party makeup and hair wash. The service I got was really pathetic. They are immensely costly, paid 10000+ for the above 3 services. While hair wash, their water service was stopped and they left me and other customers with the product in our head for more than 20 minutes. I had to literally tell them to wash off the product as it will damage my hair. They were least interested.the party makeup done was not even worth 1k, they used lower quality expired product which I found and fought on later. Had to was off the makeup and redo it again on my own. Don’t waste time going there, might look fancy and all but staff is highly unskilled.

I must say I have worst experience ever i would never suggest anyone to visit there .....they don't even give my bill to me even after visiting 2times there....I had Botox treatment from them and tht turned out like completely waste of money in one wash only....my hair was like frizzy dull like it was before the treatment nd they told me tht Botox treatment will stay for atleast 3-4months but when I complained they told me like ma'am it doesn't stay for more thn 1.5month so first of all provide accurate information to ur customers nd please if u charge this much money so please give ur best

I have been visiting this saloom for last 6 months often frequently and is really happy and satisfied with the services that is been offered. Thr quality of products, the ambience and the quality of staffs have been so exceptional. Also I thanks Mr. Sahil to be always there along with my services like hair spa, haircut, beard, head massage, pedicure etc. I highly recommend this saloon if you are planning to try.

Very pathetic and bad service by Shobhna and she calls herself an expert . If there were negative stars I would have certainly considered giving that your salon. Took my wife the other day and she did a very pathetic job and on the top of it her behaviour was very rude.We both returned very very disappointed. Not at all recommended. P.S. Don't get fooled by there ratings online , they all are paid reviews.

Got my hair done yesterday,my hair condition was very bad but somehow Asif(hair stylist) managed he did super job and he has changed my overall look I am really happy n in love with my balayage look, thank you Asif for giving me new look will visit soon for other services and will recommend to everyone ❤️

I was here for a haircut recently and Asif did a great job with my hair. He has great knowledge about hair and recommended their Physio Dose for instant hair health recovery. What I also loved was that most of their staff come on time once the salon is open, which is rare now.. Very happy with my visit!

I had visited the salon as I had dry and frizzy hair. Got Olaplex treatment done as suggested by the professional. Mr. Anil did a very good job and I am totally satisfied with the service he provided and the results. My hair feels great and much manageable. I would highly recommend this place!

Made my first experience miserable. Mr. Hashim is the worst stylish you would ever have. I would recommend you to fire that guy. He is not upto the standards. As i was there late i guess they have let one of their helpers do the haircut. Made a worst decision after 9 pm tonight.

Asif is the best guy for your hair coloring. He s very humble and listens to your demands. I consulted him on the type of color I wanted to get it done and how subtle it shld be. He gave the exact look I wanted. Really appreciate his efforts and the talent he has.
