Great salon experience. I went for a head massage and foot massage. Ambiance is great (music, temperature, cleanliness). Staff are friendly and accommodating. The chairs are well appointed and maintained with massage features. The aestheticians check in regarding pressure/intensity and have been well trained in terms of technique. I'm not local to Delhi so not sure about pricing but it came to about $60 CAD for 2 people including tax and 10% tip. For the massage, you can choose between coconut oil or EVOO. They took time and effort to get any excess off after the treatment as well. We will be returning when we visit Delhi!

Services are good and I have no complaint about that. Please be careful when paying the Bill and check it - I have been overcharged on more than 4-5 occasions either for services I have not availed of or the same service can be charged anything from Rs. 250 to Rs. 500 depending, which is double and day light robbery! CHECK YOUR BILLS please before paying & avoid their package as those are a total scam to overcharge clients! Sad to discover this after being loyal to Looks for more than 20 years. Whats worse its nearly a month and there isn't even a simple apology from the management - sheer arrogance!

After relocating to Delhi I have been struggling to find a really good salon and thankfully I stumbled upon Looks Salon, Sultanpur.. Specially it was such a pleasure meeting Sameer who is so professional when it comes to styling and giving proper advice which would suit your looks..Sameer really enhanced my looks more and I was so happy to get an amazing haircut by him..Overall the staffs are professional as well it's a must visit if your looking for a good salon to meet your styling goals...Kudos to looks salon team❤️

I have been going to this salon ever since it opened for all my hair needs. That is when I met Shaukeen. Shaukeen has been my hair stylist ever since and there is no one els3 I trust with my hair. He is the only person in the last 10 years whose keratin treatment has lasted for more than 2 months on my unruly frizzy curly hair. His in depth knowledge of hair, color and techniques will impress you. Once your hair is treated by him you will not want to go to any other hairstylist.

I have been a regular with Looks for the past couple of years and have recently started visiting this branch for one and a half months. The staff here is very courteous and polite. A special mention to Mr Sameer Khan who is one of the best hair stylists I have come across. The treatments he has recommended and done has really turned my hair around and improved the texture and porosity. Thanks to Sameer and Team Looks. Keep up the good work

Mr Sameer is absolutely the best barber around and is attending to me for over 6 months, each time with the same perfection. Mr Sameer is incredibly skilled and takes the time to listen to your needs, giving honest opinions on what will look best. He's detail-oriented and takes pride in his work, making sure everything is in place. I always leave feeling great after a haircut from him. Highly recommend.

They are bloody cheaters! This happened to me the 3rd time, the manager who sits at the counter charges you for service you didnt avail and when you ask them then they say sorry and tell you the actual bill. The hair stylist told at the counter clearly its just a haircut and they asked me to pay 944 rs, when i asked then they said sorry and charged 700. That stupid manager does that agian and again.

I have been a regular client with mg looks I come for weekly services and it is been a year now But I really miss that proper management and vibes Savita has been missed badly she is a good at her skills I am happy with the services of technicians like sandeep prem and many others however Savita as a manager is really required Kindly bring her back It is really important for us to continue further .

I recently visited Looks Salon for a transformative hair color experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The management staff Sangeeta and hair stylist Shokeen took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel involved and well-informed. I was happy with the end result. I visited the salon with my daughter and I must say the service was amazing. We got facial, manicure and pedicure done. This is the fantastic place. I have been coming here for more then a year now, I always very much happy with all the services. My favourite is pedicure, the massage just make every treatment 100 times better. I'm very picky person but they has great attention to detail which is really refreshing. One expects a minimum standard from a brand. The one at MG road is probably the worse looks I have tried and generally has very low standards in comparison to any decent salon. Files, no AC loud music and ill trained staff define the place . Had hopes post they renovated. But tdisappointed, right from the moment you walk in to the door to the time you exit.

I visited this place for hair cutting and beard grooming services, I really enjoyed the services provided. I ended up getting face and scalp work done, staff was very professional. I’ve only ever used looks in Delhi but so far sultanpur looks has been the best and most welcoming all because of Shaukeen Ji. He’s the best and knows it all when it comes to hair. I’ve been always scared of getting my hair coloured but he made it the best! Definitely recommend going to him when you come to looks!

Very good quality and service!! I got my keratin treatment from Shokeen and I’m very satisfied with the results. My hair are smooth and shiny even after 4 months!
