"if you've just moved into the area or thinking of changing GP practice to this, take my advice stay well clear of this GP practice, i've joined a few practices in my lifetime (due to moving around) but this has to be the worst, children should get priority in any GP surgery but this practice does not adhere to RCPCH rules, even follow ups for chronic conditions they would want you to go through the emergency booking 8;30 in the morning and you'd be lucky to get anything, poor service, rude staff, i am in the process of complaining to NHS England, hope they get proper management in to follow all safeguarding rules"

I’ve lived in multiple parts of the UK and this is by far the worst GP Practice I have ever come across in the UK. They have no triage service to prioritise vulnerable adults/children under 5, they have no appointments within minutes of the practice opening, they respond to Econsult after several days (not within 1 working day as claimed and only advise inappropriate attendances to A&E, bearing in mind I’ve worked in Paediatrics and Adult A&E, therefore, I am aware of what is and isn’t an appropriate referral). The practice nurse is only available one day of the week for immunisations and the receptionist would refuse to book at another practice that has better availability (a nightmare for working parents). The practice nurse - Stella(?)/Sheila is also insensitive and it was an awful experience for my daughter, for her immunisations. She was also not able to perform a speculum correctly (I’ve performed 100s and her technique was something I had never come across in my time in O&G - washing a speculum under the tap??). The receptionist also would not book my child’s vaccinations so I needed to escalate to the health visitor. The list goes on. I am a low-intensity user, as are my family but quite frankly booking even routine mandatory things, such as cervical cancer screening or childhood immunisations is appalling. Avoid this practice if you actually want to see/talk to a GP.
Out of all the 8 GP practices I called, Longbridge Practice was the only receptionist that actually introduced herself, asked what I needed and after she explained what I had to do, then asked if there was anything else she could help me with. Gobsmacked by the actual empathy and care that was shown - SO rare! The practice manager takes no prisoners - but omg, the place runs like a tightly oiled machine and is absolutely spotless - very different from my old GP where I felt like I needed a hot bath when I get hom. Dr Arif has been a brilliant GP, thoughtful and kind and a good listener. And when you request something, the turnaround is pretty quick!

Worst reception staff - specially Muslim fat lady with scarf Does not know basic customer service, disrespectful to patients. Busy Gossiping while patients are waiting. Gave wrong information while gossiping about her shifts. On request for her name, she refused to give it. She needs to know that NHS gives right to patients to know the name of every NHS staff serving them. Worst worst customer service and reception staff. Advice them to have better training and know the NHS policy.

I have been waiting nearly 2 months for an appointment and they always say they’re going to call me but never do. They are lazy, inconsiderate, selfish and rude. The service is horrible and the receptionist do not know how to do their job properly. Please save yourself the headache and book with another GP or call 111.
I never see GP is like that…I keep calling this GP for my Daughter Appointment everyday morning and there are keep saying we are fully booked and it’s been last one month my daughter is just 4 and half years old girl last time dr called my wife phone and without see my daughter he gave her medicine and it’s not worked I don’t understand if local GP doing this kind of things what we will do…service are really poor
Awful GP I had a phone appointment which they were 20 mins late for and when I said it was about mental health the person said to go A&E as they could not help with this. I even asked about a referral and I was turned away. Poor poor service. A&E is clogged up as it is, the public get told not to go to A&E for obvious reasons but that’s what they told me to do.
This practice is not good at all. Dr arif is good but really didn't like the admin appointment system of the practice. I book a telephone appointment and dr arif ask me to come clinic. and i wait two and a half hours .but the doctor does not meet. no priority for kids just horrible. epically worst admin.
Just fed up with This GP. I all ways face Bad experience with this Practice. Never ever expect good service from here. Just thinking to left from here . Don't know when UK GP services will improve . My old GP was excellent. Arif your good Dr but not your clinic.
the receptionist is very rude, i called for an appointment, because i needed a prescription for conjunctivitis, and my english is not very good, and she yelled at me on the phone, and i ran out of medicine for my eye, terrible..!!!!
not At all Happy With This Practice. especially Admin. I been to this practice with my new born Kid and I wait more then 2 hours but dr not seen yet. dear Arif we are not at all happy with your practice. very sad.
Avoid Avoid - WORST GP ever - The secretary hasn't got any compassion or professionalism. DR. Arif doesn't actually listen properly. Got the one star only because I had to select it to do a review!
Can't get appoints,constantly mess up medication,don't call back when they say ,all these problems since pandemic,can't walk in and make appointments anymore however dr OK if u can c him .
Dr Arif is good but the rest is worst Specially their system is totally different from other gp practice. Very hard to get the appointment.
Very bad service. Unprofessional. After they put me on hold for nearly 44min, when it's my turn to speak with someone, they hang up on me.
Been with this practice for almost 40 years and found the doctors to be very caring and compassionate and go the extra mile to help.
One of the worst GP in terms of customer service. I was told, but now send it for myself. Extremely more room for improvement.
