Extremely rude Asian guy on the till at Londis Goodmayes pump. I asked my money to be either refunded or I get another cup of coffee due to machine producing only milk. He started arguing unnecessary saying I can see it bla bla etc and started saying call the police i have got cctv. Seriously! He denied to call his supervisor/manager as well. I will make sure i get this escalated.

There is guy in there Named Mayuran . He is very rude and mannerless always. I live near the store ,so i use that one for gas all the time and trust me i have seen that guy fighting with customers 90% of the times . I don’t know why londis is not taking any action on him .

This Londis is not 24 hours. You can pay for petrol at the night stand window but you are not permitted to enter the shop after 23:00. I asked for a Costavmachine hot chocolate via the night stand window, but was informed by the assistant that this was not allowed.

The customer toilets have been locked and covered by the lottery stand. Staff telling me its out of order for the last 4 months that Ive been using this place. Is this going to be fixed? Or are the staff just too lazy to clean it?

They keep the door closed during the day time. People standing outside queuing for them to open. Guy working in the shop clearly seeing us waiting and knocking on the door, he was just ignoring us. Very bad service.

Very rude lady, zero knowledge of customer service, she just told me people live in ilford and around here are crazy people without any reason, i have never seen such rude and insulting behaviour in my life

This londis cashier don’t know anything why you guys give job to that person who don’t know anything about shop and product for every item he said i cant no yeah he can’t speak English and so rude man

I ordered via uber as quite late, they didn't have my items so instead of cancelling it they replaced it with poor quality out of date items I never asked for, disgusting money hungry behaviour

First time shopping here.Seems to have just been opened recently as it was a different brand of convenience store that was in this petrol station. Well stocked shop.

I came at 3:34am, they are saying the shop is closed. How is that possible? Google says shop is open. It’s totally disgusting. Don’t spread misinformation please.

Just simply 5* boss man in store is providing top tier customer service at 5am. Hats off to him. A very good pleasant and overall experience!
