I took a very important document to Joe to be framed. The job was left with Joe for a week and firstly when i returned the document had been put in the wrong frame. When this was corrected I took the framed document home and discovered that there was what appeared to be some sort of black (possibly pencil) mark on the document, plus an area of the document had some sort of abrasion mark (as if a part of the surface had been pulled up by something sticky) - Joe has denied anything to do with the damage, however I have photo graphic evidence of the mint condition of the document before it was left with Joe. I returned and had Joe remove the document from the frame - overall, very poor workmanship with devastating results for my family.

I bought a used bike on marketplace for my 7yo for Christmas and realised at the last moment that the gears weren't selecting properly. In a mild panic I rang these fellas and asked if they could take a look at it on Christmas Eve before COB. They said if I came in ASAP they'd help me so I went straight there and they took a look at it, adjusted things for a few minutes and gave it back working properly. Didn't charge me a dime, just said Merry Christmas and gave me a smile. What a wonderful group of people!

On Forest Road Ferntree Gully very near the roundabout you will find the Local Bicycle Shop. I took my bike in to have the rear inner tube replaced. A task that is far too complex for me. Andrew had it all done within a couple of hours and very reasonably priced. Great customer service. The store is also well fitted out with a number of different bikes for all ages and types as well as well stocked with plenty of accessories. For service or for a purchase well worth a look into.

Was quoted an agreed price when I dropped off my bike. All worked agreed was carried out apart from making sure everything was tightened as it should be, my handle bars still wobble but that I can fix but no extra work was done. Apon picking up my bike I was charged more than the quoted price. When I explained to the person at the store about the agreed quote they couldn't care less....would not recommend this store.

Last week my husband’s electric bike stopped working so we called into the bike shop in Ferntree Gully on the off chance that someone could help us .. we were met by a really nice man who took the time to help us out and fix the problem ..what a great experience to have wonderful service with a genuine nice local .. we highly recommend going here for all your bike issues ..you won’t be disappointed..Aly and Tony..

Joe provided fantastic customer service, and advice on framing three photos from our wedding. The price was great value for money, and really happy how they turned out.
