I have been going to this pharmacy within the Humbercrest Loblaws for over seven years and the service has been consistently good. During the current Covid-19 pandemic, I have been even more impressed with the quality of customer service received. Our household has needed to take additional precautions during the pandemic due to my medical conditions. The DRUGStore Pharmacy has made this easy by delivering medications free of cost, and went above and beyond to support me when my medical conditions were exacerbated and I therefore needed medication delivered the same day. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I had a very bad experience with the staff at this pharmacy last week. The doctor prescribed me a daily dose 75 in 50mg pills. They refused me (in an absolute rude manner) to sell the medicine saying it was not clear to them. I successfully bought the medicine at Whites on Jane Street where the pharmacists are always nice and really helpful. But I feel I should have talked to the managers to ask them to provide the staff with the proper training both to do simple calculations and to be more client-oriented.

Pharmacist here is excellent! Professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She has caught mistakes made by physicians in writing prescriptions, for which I am very grateful! She has made numerous suggestions that have improved quality of life.

Very friendly. One day I came after closing and the pharmacist went back and got me my medication.
