For years I’ve been a regular at this store and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Now it’s full of unfriendly staff and one particularly unhelpful, rude and cranky old man. I definitely won’t go back to this store now. They’ve lost a long time regular!

A system error meant a 40 minute debacle over some gift cards. The team were exceptionally polite, continually apologetic and did everything thing possible to fix the issue, none of which was their fault. I'll go out of my way for customer service like this!

Wouldn’t sell me alcohol because my son pointed at products, wanted his ID, what’s the world coming too, and don’t tell me your being responsible not serving, well you lost a customer and many more , you were always overpriced as it was,

This bottle shop is absolutley great if u shop at coles ...vouchers are attached fir $10 /11 six pax.....awesome......easy to see off the main round about.....reduced items are usually in stock..good work guys!!!!!!
