went to this shop on 14/12/2018 8pm and the staff working on this shift very rudely, aggressively harassed us 3 girls for ID and he flat out refused to accept electronic IDs and even claim he needs to photocopy our ID hence thats why electronic version isn't allowed. He was loud and angry when he saw us coming back with our IDs. This disgustingly rude staff should learn some manners before he is allowed to serve customers.

Been here before by myself service was good. Then went with my niece and she was rudely ask for ID, 1st when I was at the counter she was behind me they didn't acknowledge me until her idea was presented. 2nd when we were selecting alcohol. She is 21. We go to Dan Murphy know for professional service.

On Saturday 24 of February 2018 , I went to purchase couple of beers & I was served by Jay who has a worst customer service. He treats every customer differently . I was very disappointed by the service he gave to me. I will never ever go to this shop.

Got racially profiled, also very disrespectfully denied an international ID which has always been accepted everywhere else. Will recommend avoiding this place

Always have some amazing wines on Price down sale list - good for weeknights. Also, other drink offerings are at good price.

Always great service and friendly staff at my local Westmead store. Even better when they lose the plastic bags!!
