Terrible customer service. Scoffed when I mentioned low carb beer, when my card declined he said 'it declined because there's no money in the account' and INSTANTLY went to take the beer out of the bag... before even asking if I'd like to use a different card or cash... seriously? The shop is good but staff often goes on break and keeping “we are back” sign on for hours. You can get a beer only if you are lucky on that day and staff is not on a break.
