The staff members are very friendly and more are more the willing to help you out. They known their wines. They have a large rangeof wines ro pick from, including a huge range of local and overseas beers and spirits to select from. The shop is not that busy with people around you, so you dont need to worry about so don't need to worry about covit-19 so much when you're out and about in the shop. I certainly enjoyed my visits to this bottle shop because they have everything you need they're having to go looking further. I fully recommend going and soon them if you're a Wine Drinker and you want a bit of advice what goes well with your food.

The guy, with a big beard (and big BO), serving could not have cared less or known less, I just wanted creme de methe by Vok, can anyone help? Grrr, didn't even ask me for flyby points for my triple sec purchase which was cheaper at Dan Murphys.... Should have gone there....... disgruntled.

I was so confused finding a good wine to gift my partner. But one of the guy, I think his name was Rohan. He helped me so well to select a perfect and delicious wine which my partner liked it. And now, quite often he goes to the shop and picks up same wine. Thanks for your help mate.

the bald attendant is terrible, rude and impatient, it took me 20 minutes to pick up the package by uber and he didn't deliver it to me, I had to cancel the customer's order and I didn't win for my time and displacement

Possibly the best bottle shop in the centre, great prices and easy layout. I never have a problem pushing my trolley around compared to bws
