Every time I come in here I dont get greeted, 25/06/20 I greeted the staff member at the door twice before I actually asked him why he didn't greet me. I ignore it to save me the frustration of going somewhere else but you guys need to sort this out.

Saturday (14/09/19) afternoon I went in the store to buy 6 x Castle Lites, was shocked when the total was rung up to R 339.90. The cashier proceeded to argue with me demanding I should give the total amount that has been rung up, she

I remembered why I use the Liquor City @ The Buzz. The tellers here like to giggel and gesels during their shifts, I walked past two tellers to finally walk out the store. At The Buzz, you even get greeted at the door.

If i could I'd give it less than a star, ripoff artists,way overpriced, they changed me R76 for a 6pack of castle free,when it actually costs R55 at any other liquor store (pnp liquor, tops to name a few)

I must say I have been there a few times, my only worry is the ladies at the tills dont greet, they just look at you and expect you to say something instead. And for that reason I dont buy there anymore

Very much improved, great manager, but checkout girls could be friendlier, but quick in and out and decent selection.

Great friendly staff, always helpful and they even help me take my goods to the car. Exceed expectations indeed.

Often the product we wish to purchase is out of stock but overall a good shopping experience
