I am truly saddened by Linprop refusing to pay me back my deposit. I gave the agency 2 months notice of lease cancellation. The agreement was that should I terminate early, I will have to give them 20 days notice and I may have to be charged a reasonable cancellation penalty but instead they decided to charge me a whole 100% on my deposit. How is that any reasonable? I regret ever having to deal with them. In addition they only started marketing the flat on the 2nd month of notice delaying the process of getting a tenant. When I enquired if they have found a tenant they told me they have but on the day the tenant was supposed to move in, i was informed that the tenant withdrawn and I was made to pay for that. This has truly set me back as I needed the deposit money to cover some of my needs.

I worked with Carina van Brummelen. I enjoyed it because she always was available to assist me with any questions I had as I went through the process. She never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. She even gave me great financial advise to avoid too much debt with my new own home. Carina was so thoughtful that on the day I made the big move, she brought lunch (pizza) for my family and I to eat. This was awesome because it meant one less thing for me to be worried about. All of their staff were extremely professional and even though we were very far we always had the peace of mind that our property was well looked after. When the time came for us to sell we sold the house in a good time because they ensured that everything was in excellent condition. Renprop runs a very professional shop. They conform to legislation meticulously, which gives comfort, and keep one informed of progress, which makes it easy to entrust one's business to them. The also take note of one's preferences, thereby saving time and avoiding embarrassment. I'll use them again. And I can recommend Loretta, who found us really well-suited tenants.

They are THE worst, they completely missed the plot when it comes to integrity and service. after they've defended this post be warned! They will do everything in their power to ensure that your deposit is not returned in full. They do not understand the concept of service - even the owners of the property complained about them

Linprop has been doing our rentals for a number of years now. We never had problems with non paying tenants and the quality of the tenants are always good They are professional and are willing to go the extra mile.
