After wasting 2 weeks of my time they quoted me over 1,000$ for a one time payment (I'm considered a high risk client) they had told me that there was absolutely no one willing to take me on month to month payments and that only by paying THEM over $1,000 that they can get me insured, and reassured me that no one in Edmonton will insure me. After digging around through other insurance companies it turns out they had lied to me, I'm now insured after only paying $410 and AM on month to month payments (not through link agency). All in all this was the worst insurance company I've ever talked to, if you need people constantly on lunch breaks and return calls days later, then this is the best choice for insurance. My new agency got me set up in hours .... exhaust all other options before talking to these people at link agency.

My family has been going to this agency for more than 7 years. We have went to them for all the services they provide (RRSP, RESP, personal and business tax filling, Home, Auto and Life insurance). They are very excellent at what they do. Their hospitality is wonderful.
