Just walked in Thursday to get flowers with my wife for anniversary without high expectations since we did not pre order anything in advance. The person we talked to was knowledgeable, kind and not rushing us. She let my wife peek into their walk in fridge full of flowers and pick from what was not reserved. Ask us whether we had flower cutters and cut the flowers and put it in water wrap for us. She even gave my wife a very beautiful flower in celebration of our anniversary. The flowers were wrapped with care and we are very happy with everything. This is why 'online only' ordering of flowers will never compare to a florist such as this. This store does offer online order, but the in person experience is the best I have seen in years.

Recieved a beautiful arrangement as a get well gift from a friend. I've never had flowers last so long - it's been a week and they're just as beautiful as when I recieved them. Found out they were in the neighbourhood so I knew I wanted to support this local shop for future orders. I was in need of a last minute bouquet and went into the shop to see if they could accommodate such a request. The owner was so lovely and not only said she could fulfill my request, but was able to stay within the budget I gave her and made an absolutely beautiful arrangement within 15 minutes. Much appreciated! So happy I was introduced to such a neighborhood gem!

I needed a bouquet for a very special person to me. I have no experience or any knowledge of the different types of flower/roses and arrangements. Also, I was on a budget. I called them and explained my situation and that I need help. A very lovely lady, I assume she's the owner, surprised me with a stunning bouquet. It was more than what I expected, and that was confirmed later that day when it was part of a bigger gift. They won me as a customer with excellent customer service, friendly staff, exceptional quality and great prices.

I will only ever buy flowers from Linden Grove. It was my cousin who first bought me flowers from them (it’s her favourite flower shop too). It was the most beautiful arrangement of flowers I have ever received. I can’t even begin to describe how perfect they were. To the point where I’m a Linden Grove believer forever!! When I needed flowers last minute they did everything they could to accommodate me. They are SO incredibly friendly and kind. There is no reason to ever buy flowers from anywhere else!

I ordered an arrangement to brighten my daughter's birthday while she was at work. The beautiful arrangement was hand delivered to my daughter in the middle of a snow storm! Visually stunning and beautifully fresh flowers in Toronto. They offer a wide variety of flowers to choose from and provide a great mix of contemporary design and traditional floral arrangements. Great customer service as well! They were able to explain the differences between each individual flower bouquet and suggest the best one for the occasion. Can't recommend them enough!

Used them for flower delivery these past holidays and wow! I was very impressed but the customer service and the high quality, plus the design was just stunning. Now they are my forever go to people. Can't wait for their new location to open this spring to pick the minds of these knowledgeable ladies as their selection of long term house plants is excellent as well!
