Lima Family Erikson has been around as long as I have. They have always been a trusted source for taking care of a loved ones passing. They are gracious and caring and are not high pressure salespeople. They are accommodating to a families individual needs. You will walk away with a feeling of contentment after everything is done. I highly recommend Lima Family Erikson. And, a big shout out for Wren. She was amazing thru the whole process. We actually had crazy fun planning my dads services and internment. Wren and Gisele were amazing. Last minute item almost forgotten.... so I call Wren and tell her OMG! I forgot socks and shoes! My dad would be very unhappy if he wasn't dressed properly. They made it happen. The only reason we didn't do the catering there, was size and spreading the wealth so to speak. We elected to have it at the church he attended. I also brought in an old family friend to do the catering. We had live music played by my fathers musician's groups. I couldn't be more grateful for all the help we received from Lima Erikson.

The team here helped us have a beautiful and private celebration of life. The hall was large and comfortable with an area outside to comfortably provide food and drink for guests. There was free and abundant parking in their private lot in a nice part of town. They had the technology for music and a slide show and mics and a podium for speakers. They also helped us with small items such as an online interactive obituary, a guest book, token cards, and directions at the cemetery. The staff during the actual day of the burial was very knowledgeable and guided us on how to give the best presentation. Christie was eager to listen to our story and worked closely with us to troubleshoot things. We are very happy with the great send-off for mom.

Losing a loved one is always the most difficult thing a person can go through. I had reached out to 2 other funeral homes but they just didn't seem right. The minute I called Dignity and Marcela picked up the phone and took the time to talk to us on the phone for about 45 minutes we felt like this would be the funeral home for my brother. Gisela spent time talking to my family and within those moments we spent with her we felt peace with the way she expressed herself. We walked away better than the way we walked in. Marcela and Gisela went above and beyond. The way they took care of us and how gentle and understanding they were the minute we stepped in. They truly made everything so easy for us. Everyone there was exceptional.

I didn't know the logistics that go into planning a funeral service. But Anita and staff at Lima Family Erickson, gently and professionally guided us to plan a service that I believe would make my grandma happy. The exceptional services and the beautiful venue, provided a warm and welcoming place to come together during this difficult time. Anita provided a soothing kindness, was always available, listened intently, and worked with us to meet our needs. It is decided that my family and I would like to have our services here, when the time comes. We are so grateful and highly recommend Lima Family Erickson.

We received the utmost care the moment our loved one passed away. We use Lima for all of our needs. They made everything extra special and honored my veteran father with dignity. I choose Lima & Erickson for the soul purpose of my mother Sally Hernandez was raised on the ranch in 1950"s and meet my father. In a sense we took her home. But unfortunately the rating was a 1 The staff had tech difficulty playing the video. The portrait of my mom Sally was the wrong portrait. So the guest had no remembrance of her. I had to rearrange the settings myself. I was not happy at all with the funeral arranger.

The funeral services for my mother could not have been better. Mourners commented that it was the “best” funeral they had attended (if there is such a thing). Having the meals served on site provided added convenience. The chapel is beautiful, the slide show perfect, the staff are angels and the food was amazing. No communication whatsoever! Gisela the Manager and Veronica! After they get your money they brush you off . I been waiting to get my brothers death certificate for months with no answers ! Turns out they never ordered it. Now I have to order through the health department and pay for it again . Griselda refused to reimburse me for Death certificate!

This is the first time in my life that I have to deal with a funeral. Everyone did their best to meet all special requests, big thanks to Nick. They were all very helpful, supportive, accommodating and friendly. Everything went smoothly even though we're in Pandemic time. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
