Going to lifetime animal care felt like going to the dmv or something along those lines. I called the vet being concerned about my dog's stool as well as another pathology she's been dealing with to see if the two could potentially be related and to assess how urgent the situation was. All I wanted to know was if I should be concerned or not. And all they do is tell you how much something is going to cost. When I went to drop off a stool sample, the entire time the receptionists was trying to process the payment and were so focused on only the payment. Not once did they ask how my dog was doing since the initial visit or give any signs that they actually care for the wellbeing of my animal. Or give any eye contact or genuine human interaction for that matter. This is a health care industry not some barber shop or shoe store. Finding a right vet needs to feel like I can trust the people and that comes with quality customer service. I think the actual veterinarians are better than the receptionists but the receptionists are rude, finance focused, impatient, and do not explain how anything works. I had an actual appointment at 5 or 5:15pm for my dog and when I got there the entire appointment felt so rushed and the vet looked at the affected area briefly and automatically prescribed antibiotics and then added a whole list of expenses for my dog to take or be on. I took their recommendations and paid for all of these things but at least they could have given me advice on how to treat the affected area at home as well instead of telling me to leave it alone and put a cone on my dog which actually just made things worse. Why can't vets be more knowledge and giving with information on nutrition and antiinflammatory protocols instead of just writing off the next prescription? Just because you are the only few people in this world that are trained on the anatomy and physiology of animals does not give you the right to keep your knowledge to yourself while you run a business that runs people's pockets dry. Have some compassion for animals and their owners and actually try to HELP them. Additionally, when you see a patient that can easily afford a 500 dollar treatment or medication, fine let them do that, but when you see someone who verbally expresses the financial burden, don't just leave them without any information and leave them worried that they won't be able to help their animal without the 700 dollar steroid shot (suppressant) or antibiotic (microbiome depletor). The healthcare industry relies on trust. Why would I just blindly follow what you say without you having the decency of explaining why you want to put my animal on this protocol. Just because you have a vet degree, I'm supposed to blindly trust you? I think not because there are vets out there that are doing a lot better in the caring and explaining aspects and it shows in their customer loyalty as well as their revenue. Shame on you. Do a better job to find different ways to treat animals based off of the patients situation and need not based off of how much money your business can make. I guarantee that if the receptionists showed more compassion and normal customer service skills, Lifetime Animal Care Center, would have customers for life as their name implies.

The service there is rude. Even if I am not a native speaker, I can feel the aggression through the first examination talk. I understand that they are a business place and their time counts for money, but that's not the reason of being impatience and ignoring patient's question. I tried to discuss about the treatment from the breeder and the vet's response is like they are just liars and don't believe anything from the breeder. I said I won't do the vaccine right now (a vaccine the breeder said no) and plan to do some research on my own. They clearly not trust me on my ability to distinguish information and think only they have the education and truth. I brought my other cat to paws 4 shots the same day afternoon and ask them the question that didn't get answered that morning. They answered me nicely in details and suggested me how to do better searching online, what tools online are available and valuable. I feel respected and supported. I decide to transfer my cats there even it takes much more time to get there. (One interesting fact, paws 4 shots people always praise my cats for being so cute and I never heard that from your people. I don't see your love for animals which is of course unnecessary but I greatly value that.) And they refused to talk about the possibility of prescribing Ponazuril for the cat who gets coccidia. She (I don't know the name of the doctor) just laughed at me directly "So you just do some google?". Yes I did some google and trust the things written in VCA hospital website and UWsheltermedicine more than you. Is that my fault or yours the trust is not built? Is the patient encouraged to not do some study and blindly relying on you? If so, I am sorry that I am not that kind of person. Not to mention, they put my name wrong which is just written on the paper and online form twice. And the front desk blamed me for having it wrong in the system:) Funny.

In the past I would have rated this place 10 stars if I could! Dr. Cole is simply the best and most caring vet ever and was so caring and comforting when I had to put my dog down. I even came back the day after my doggy went to heaven and brought him and the assistant that came over some flowers and a card because I was so grateful to them. I’ve also referred family members who have since brought their animals to him because he is truly the best Veterinarian I have ever come across. The reason for the three stars... I called last week to inquire about getting flea medication for my cat and my dog. I talked to a girl at the front desk, in which now I wish I remembered her name, and I had some question about the medications and she is the one who offered a quick consultation for me. So I set up the consultation like she suggested and just left my quick appointment. Dr. Cole was as awesome as always but he told me the front desk girl who I spoke with that day felt attacked by me??? Um... I was so confused I told him he must have the wrong person and I asked him if he was sure it was me? Hey said he remembered it well that it was last week and that she did say I was the one who attacked her over the phone. I honestly have no idea what she is talking about and I have met with Dr. Cole several times and he knows I am a mild mannered person. I’m seriously so confused. It definitely made for an awkward situation and I don’t appreciate being accused of attacking the receptionist over the phone when all I have ever done is brag about Lifetime Animal Care Center to everyone I know that has a pet. It almost makes me not want to come back and I am contemplating going to a different veterinarian although I would be sad to lose Dr. Cole as a doctor for my fur babies. Not so sure I’ll be back...

Unfortunately I have to change my review. I will leave my initial review below to give credit to Elisa the nurse who is very kind, professional and likable. After going to the clinic a week ago I called them to tell them they didn't give me enough of the liquid antibiotic and the doctor (I believe her name is Dr. Ishikane) accused me of spilling it or giving her too much. There was hardly any in the little dropper bottle and ran out after 3 days. Both my husband and myself made sure to read the instructions carefully and there was a sharpee mark on the dropper so not hard to fill it to the correct line. So I was inconvenienced and had to drive back down there and they were going to charge me full price again. I refused to pay it because it was obviously their mistake not filling the bottle enough and I already paid. They said, "Sorry she isn't here today and we can't give it to you free of charge". Bad business. They just lost a patient and not are getting a bad review. Sad because I heard Dr. Hardy is wonderful and he isn't working due to Covid. My groomer Kelly referred me to specifically him. On top of that, Dr. Ishikane had a condescending tone from the start and I didn't get a very warm or caring feeling from her. Last review was all due to Elisa: I like the care at this vet. I’m new to them and have only been twice. The nurse (I believe her name is Elisa) that comes outside to get your pet is so sweet, caring, and professional. The vet was very patient with me on the phone and explained everything well so I could choose which options to have them do to treat Josie. I highly recommend Animal Care Center.

I am beyond blown away by the amazing care my dog has received at this office! My dog had an emergency during a grooming appointment and I was sent to Lifetime to get him treated as soon as possible. I had never been to this office before, but they were so accommodating and got him in quickly for an emergency appointment. This is during coronavirus, so I was not able to go in with my dog. The staff came out to speak with me and the doctor called me during his exam. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable and I really felt heard and that they truly had my pets best interest at heart. The customer service of the staff was amazing and they are all so lovely! My dog was seen by Dr. Ishikane, and I cannot express how grateful I am to her and her staff. My dog came in for an emergency and they did a full exam! I had taken my dog to a different vet who did not listen to my concerns and told me he was perfectly healthy and absolutely nothing was wrong. When Dr. Ishikane called me during my dogs emergency appointment I expected to only hear about the grooming incident, but she really went above and beyond. She had looked at his teeth and was easily able to diagnose what was going on and the treatment options. I am forever grateful to Lifetime Animal Hospital because I have finally found a trustworthy and caring vet. I’m sad I had to find them through my dog’s emergency, but finding them was a blessing. The groomers paid for my dog’s bill, but I did get to see it beforehand and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to everyone I know! Thank you so much Lifetime!

We were one of many humans who got a puppy during the pandemic and were shocked to find that it was nearly impossible to find a vet. We did our initial exam and shots through Thrive Clinics and while we got everything done, it was very impersonal, succinct, and high-volume. We were looking for a vet that would care about our dog and not treat us like a number so we tried Lifetime Animal Care Center when our puppy developed a concerning cough. Not only were they super on top of COVID precautions but they somehow managed to be incredibly personal, patient, and professional despite them. The intake papers are already detailed but the vet tech came out to the car and made me very comfortable. She wanted to ensure that she had a comprehensive understanding of our concerns with our puppy. She was very warm and very sweet with our pup. Then she took him in for an exam with the vet. Dr. Ishikane called to discuss the results of her exam and I was blown away by her professionalism, experience, and great bedside manner. Nothing felt rushed and it truly felt like she wanted to understand our concerns and address them. She walked me through all the tests she had run on him and asked lots of questions. She also took a good deal of extra time to understand his diet, his vaccination record, and explain what the next milestones in care for a puppy would be over the following months. If you want a vet that is concerned with your pets well being and has the clinical experience to back it up, go here. You’ll be impressed!

If I could have given this clinic zero I would. It is a complete money making machine. Do not come here. Your dog will not get the best of care at all. And the part that make me the most angry is not even the money, it is that my dog has to suffered unnecessarily due to their deliberate undertreatment to get more money from me. I have my dog come in for a skin condition and had him rechecked following the vet's instruction (that already total ~$500). During the recheck we told the Vet the skin condition is not completely clear and we need more antibiotic. Instead the Vet refuse to give oral medicine and gave us a bottle of skin rubs claiming that it is antibiotics. We later checked it wasn't anything antibiotics, it was just any normal skin rubs you can get over the counter. And sure enough, my dog's skin problem come back after 2 weeks. When we try to complain the nurse was also extremely rude. She was basically saying that well, there is nothing you can do to us, you can't complaint about the Vet, can't really complaint about our clinic to anyone (there seems to be no oversights of this industry). She was basically like well you are lucky we have appointments for today. You are more than welcomed to try over clinics. But we all know it is almost impossible to get an on the day appointments.

So I’ve been coming here for years. The veterinarian is always super nice but the front desk staff is horrible. I asked them to reschedule an appt since I needed to go out of town. No big deal. But they only scheduled one dog and I have 2. They needed just a booster shot. It takes what, 30 seconds to give a dog a shot? Well they refused to get both dogs within the 15 minute period. When I asked to if it was ok the booster wouldn’t be within the correct time frame they said I would have to repay for them to administer the shot. That makes no sense. I called 2 days before the appointment to reschedule but they said the appointment was only for one dog. Then when I said we’ll keep the appointment but both need the shot I was suddenly the bad guy. They immediately sent all my vet records (which they should have had way more since we’ve been going there for years) and told me to find a new vet. Horrible service. Won’t recommend to anyone ever again. Super disappointed and hope they get new staff. They were rather expensive anyways but it was worth it because the vet was so good with my dogs but now, it outweighs the positive.

This is not my normal vet but I’ve heard good things, and have some family that goes here . After so many vets were booked for a week and the animal hospitals waits were 4-6 hours. They got me in, in a timely matter . My dog had a paw issue and wasn’t putting weight on it , they had to put her under a mild anesthesia so they can look in her paw . They sent me a text saying my dog was ready so I called. I paid , they brought her out . No one had spoken to me about what they found or what had happened . I had a dog with a shaved paw and bright red and wasn’t wrapped up. I had no direction just some meds that stated what to do. If only someone had called me to explain the procedure and the outcome , I would have been much happier as the pet owner . I thought this was extremely unprofessional and 1 hour later upon my request I received a call from a receptionist, and when I had questions , she didn’t know , my dog is healing well but still unsure where her puncture mark was , and how to properly treat it . I just wish they had focused on the individual patient although they are a busy place .

Our Experience: Due to COVID restrictions still in effect, you are asked to remain in your car and call to let them know you have arrived. Within minutes you are greeted personally and asked the relevant questions about your pet and ask them any questions you may have. Your beloved pet goes in without you, and in our case had her annual exam and we had asked about flea medications. The vet’s assistant calls you in 15 minutes or less and gives you the doctor’s assessment and suggestions. An aid then comes out to the car to get your approval for shots and treatments you had just discussed over the phone and take your payment for the visit, etc. We saw our cat within 10 minutes of approved services and she was perfectly happy— even after receiving shots and flea meds. We are long-time clients and are happy they survived 2020. They were all friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Note: There is no shade whatsoever to park and wait by the vet. You have time to eat or read something, so bring it along. We waited 30 minutes overall and I thought that was excellent.

Update 5/10/2022: I still bring my pets here, now we have 2 puppies. Their customer service always impresses me. This morning during in-take the employee was dealing with a totally unenthesatic customer, but that did not stop her from remaining cheerful and polite. Really appreciated that. Also, this afternoon, I left before collecting all the discharge paperwork. However, the center called and emailed me a copy before I had even gotten home. Very thankful for all their hard work. Original: I have been to Lifetime Animal Care Center twice now. Once for a check up for my puppy. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Took their time to answer all my questions and provide information to help our pup. The second time was for my pup to be spayed. Again, the visit overall was great. At pick up it look a little longer than the morning and previous appointment, but it was later in the day rather than first thing in the morning. It was very nice to get a call from the doctor post surgery and also a call the next day to check up on how the pup was feeling. I would recommend them.

The vets themselves are great, but the front desk/office staff is awful. Admittedly we were late to an appointment (25 minutes, as I ,mixed up the appointment time), then waited for a few extra minutes to be seen once inside the office. There were two people working the desk. The person who helped me was rude and stated they only hold the appointment for 30 minutes. When we responded that we were there before the 30 minute window expired, she responded well it's 30 minutes now (after I had waited at the desk). The woman was rude and extremely unhelpful. She didn't offer to ask if the vet could quickly do the injection (it would take less than 5 minutes), didn't offer to look at the calendar to see if we could rebook, didn't do anything helpful whatsoever. I understand we were late, but to be treated like that, to be so flippant to a long term customer - it says a LOT about the type of business that is being run there, and a lot about the lack of value in customer service.

The first time I brought my kitten to this office they brought him back to the car with the top of the carrier unlatched. I decided to give them another chance as the tech was apologetic. A few months later kitty needed a booster shot and we came back. This time the front door of the kennel swung completely open as the tech handed off my kitty. This is a brand new Petmate kennel with solid latching devices. Fortunately I was quicker than the cat and caught him before he made a dash for the four lane road twenty yards away. This is absolutely unacceptable negligence and we will not be returning. I am so disappointed and upset with this place, they endangered the life of my pet twice...shame on me for giving them another chance. Their reply is absolutely 100% false. It would be insane to do what they describe below. It is appalling that Lifetime created a lie to cover their mistake instead of owning it and taking measures to correct the recurring issue.

On 10/14 I dropped off my beautiful pet rat to have a routine neuter surgery. Dr. D’Souza gave me a call to tell me he seemed in good health and that she would proceed with the surgery. At 12:30 she gave me a call to say that surgery went well and that he would be ready for pick up after an hour. I arrived closer to 3pm, at which point an assistant came out to charge me. I waited and someone came to tell me that my pet had just passed away. I was handed a cold and stiff animal and a refund. What transpired between the time the vet last saw him at 1:30 and the time I arrived, I am not certain. However, it is impossible that he had “just died” given the state of his body. I want answers that apparently they cannot provide. The vet has no clue what happened. I don’t blame them for his passing, but I do blame them for not knowing what happened to my animal under their care.

i had my first visit to lifetime today with my syrian hamster , i had to reschedule 3 times due to personal things and they were really kind about it !! im not sure which doctor i talked to but she was very sweet and helpful !! i had a 9 am appt so that probably helped with the not being busy thing. i was there for maybe an hour tops ? we went for a simple check up , and since the first appt is half off it was a definite steal. the doctor answered any questions i had and really put my mind at ease !! i know a lot of people don't take their hamsters to vets but if you decide to , i recommend going here ! the staff is all really nice and the doctor even gave me some ideas of how to give quicksilver ( my hamster ) some more stimulation !! :D thanks guys for giving her the clean bill of health !!

I brought my dog to Lifetime Animal Care Center for a second opinion. They are not my primary veterinary center because I live quite a distance away. I trust the doctors and staff and it was definitely worth the trip. Dr. Hardy detected a large mass in my dog's abdomen. He delivered the news with great care and compassion, recommending a specialist to further assess the options. Rosie ended up having surgery and is doing fine. Without this early detection, Rosie would likely have experienced an internal hemorrhage, requiring surgery under emergency and much less favorable conditions. Lifetime Animal Care Center provided excellent care for my pet and efficient coordination with the specialist and my regular vet. If I lived closer I would surely make them my primary care center.

  • Gahan Willis

So far the care they provide has been ok, but they are EXTREMELY disorganized. I first realized this when I started receiving appointment reminders for a pet that they themselves had euthanized several months before. I didn’t think much of it since it didn’t inconvenience me in any way. But then I started making appointments for my living dog and they would either lose the appointment entirely in their system or show a time different from the one in the confirmation email. Then they would refuse to honor the appointment time clearly stated in the confirmation email because their system had something different (the customer is always wrong, I guess). I don’t know how you mess up something as simple as appointment scheduling in the computer age, but somehow they manage.

  • Blanca Soto

Dr. Ozusa not professional. Dani the manager no skills for customer service at all. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions, Dani, Manager called me to discuss more details regarding my complain and all she did is to tell me that Lifetime Center was not going to be able to meet my expectations, and the wellness of Max (dog), meaning no compassion or understanding for my dog's behavior. Which these people are responsible for Max's reaction in my last visit on July 2,2021. Instead, an apology and try to fix the problem they ignored it and Manager cancelled my Essential plan that I recently bought for Max! After all these years, this is how Lifetime Center solve their problems with their loyal customers, and by not taking responsibility with their mistakes.

Like all vet offices, LACC can be a little pricey. But everyone at this office knows it and does their best to help out where they can! They offer a PAW Plan that includes a number of wonderful services and has personally saved me $2000+. I’ve also received discounts on little things here and there - just out of the kindness of the people working there. But besides money, the vet techs and doctors here are WONDERFUL!! I’ve never seen anyone be standoffish or uninterested in my cats. The people who work here genuinely have a passion for what they do. My cats are always nervous when they go to the vet, but they’re always treated so well that it makes the whole experience a little less traumatizing.

  • Danica Deans Kost

Dr. Hardy and Dr. Cole are fantastic! My pup, kitty and I have been going here for 10 years. The staff treat you well, they always make sure you are seen, and provide the best care without pushing products and services on you. Genuine veterinarians and vet techs who actually care. It seems unheard of nowadays, and I feel so lucky to have been part of the Lifetime family this past decade. Now I am moving to Florida and have to find a new place to take my animal children, but I will never be able to replace Lifetime. I recommend Lifetime to every one of my pet owning friends and every single one has agreed with this perspective, put your trust in them. They will not let you down.

  • jacky martinez

I am very disappointed with this clinic. I started going to this vet because it was so close to my house and it’s very convenient but the overall experience I’ve had is just not worth it. I went and took my cats and they mis gendered one of them which caused issues when I had to get them fixed. I had so many issues with the payments because their systems were down and they took more money than the amount needed for the law plan. They also didn’t give me my store credit for referring my friend to their vet. I’ve had to call several times for the issues I’ve had and I’m very sick and tired of it, that I would rather go to another clinic than to have to deal with them again.

Dr. Hardy is a beloved veterinarian, who has been serving my neighborhood for decades. I have appreciated his love and care for my wonderdogs, Oggie, Jack. Bandit and Blue over the following years. Most recently, (2-3 weeks ago) our sweet old Jack needed help to pass. I phoned the clinic, and less than 30 minutes later a wonderful Lifetime veterinarian and a technician were on the floor with us, in his bed, helping Jack to pass at home, free of stress and pain. Two weeks later, we received a cedar box with his name on top and his cremains tucked in. We also received a cast of his pawprint and a beautiful poem. That is my most recent experience with Dr. Hardy and his staff.

I’ve been fostering puppies for a nonprofit dog rescue the last couple years, and Lifetime is their partner veterinary center where they go for all their puppy vaccinations. I’m not involved with the financial end of things, though I assume there is some donation of time and services involved, but what I can say that all the puppies have been excited to go there for visits. There’s a treat jar by the front weigh in scale, they get cheese to distract them so most never notice the shots even happened, and sometimes they don’t want to leave because they want to play with the staff. It’s such a sweet thing to see. Thank you for making their early memories good ones!

  • Tiffany Howell

I have been bringing my pets to lifetime animal for years. During covid-19, they made it very easy to bring my pets in for a safe check up. It was very easy. You sit outside in your car and make a phone call to the front desk. They come out and check your animal in. They perform their exam inside and then give you a call on the phone to discuss the results. I know it's much different from our usual experience, but they made it pretty easy in a caring way. They've also built on to their practice and it looks great! Now there is a seperate entrance for cats and dogs. I love the doctors and staff at lifetime animal center!

  • Bunny

I made the decision to start transitioning our pets to a new vet after going to one for 20 or so years. This one isn't far from me so I decided to check it out. The staff is SO incredibly friendly and helpful. Our aussie had to have an emergency spay right when COVID-19 hit. Not a surgery that is cheap, but Lifetime has different care plans including one that includes spay service, which definitely made the process financially easier. I recommend this vet to any and everyone. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I will be transitioning all my pets to this office.

  • Lori Orzechowski

My two dogs love it here! Usually dogs are terrified of vets, but mine can't wait to go. Every time I tell them we're going to the doctor they rush to get in the car and go! The Lifetime staff is fantastic and they've also really improved their technology for customer convenience including access to pet care and products. Lifetime also has a comprehensive wellness plan called the paw plan, which is a great value for us - I never have to hesitate to get them care when needed, and I don't have to get a second job after their visits either. Love it here ❤

  • rasta fari

They sell the medicine !overpriced! Mr. Cole the "veterinarian" never discussed the meds he prescribed with me. After he checked my dog he disappeared and somebody gave me a bunch of medications in the front desk. He wanted to practice surgery on my dog next day. I took my dog to Governor Clinic they said my dog doesn't need surgery. Customer service, prices and experience way better in this Clinic. If you want to waste your money go to Lifetime Animal Money Center. When you open the door make some noise so the lady in the front desk wakes up.

  • Carol Atkins

I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic. The staff are always helpful and courteous, and I can't say enough about Dr Pizzo and Dr Hardy. I would give them 10 stars! My dog Oliver was very sick with chronic pancreatitis, and after 3 episodes within a 2 month period, I'm happy to say he is now thriving and well due to the care provided by these wonderful vets. There are numerous vets close by where I live, but I drive 15 miles out of my way due to the exemplary service my pet receives at Lifetime Animal Care.

  • Frankie Fernandez

I love this place! Great care for my dogs with excellent advice and tips on overall health and care. Recently put my 2 dogs on their monthly "Paw Program" that covers many of the usual fees like Heartworm tests, thyroid, dental, vaccines, spay/neuter, etc. We also used them to put our beloved Muneca to sleep last year. She had cancer and tumors rapidly taking over her body.. We miss her so much. Lifetime Animal provided us with her ashes, paw print and a Certificate. We Highly recommend Lifetime!

  • Malena Disapo

Our lovely cat sadly had to be put to sleep after struggling with cancer. We had been seeing another vet but he was unable to help us the day of. Luckily we found this wonderful place that took us in right away and helped my beautiful Sophia be put to rest. My boyfriend took her in and spoke wonderful things of the staff. They’ll be seeing us again with our other lovely felines Thank you for helping us out in such hard times and thank you for the sympathy card. Really meant a lot❤️

  • Nina Sousa

Just adopted a puppy and was referred by friends to Dr. DeSouza who is really great and answered all of my questions. The tech who came out to get my pup was thorough and welcoming and made me feel good about handing my dog over to people I have never met before and a place we’ve never been. They are transparent about all costs and services and I believe they have the pet and owner’s best interests in mind! I would highly recommend and I’m very happy to have my dog go here.

  • Will Mcg

The employees are very nice, and they provide a great service but be aware when they try to rush you out the door with a prescription or product that is double the price of chewy or anywhere else. they do not price match, discount to make it reasonable or return any medication once its out the door even if its 2 hours later and clearly unopened or tampered with. In my case the single medication was $43 more than available on chewy including shipping.

  • Cobra

I brought my guinea pig in for a checkup. First of all I was very impressed with the fact that I had an 11:30 appointment and... lo and behold... They called me in at 11:30. That has never happened at any other vet that I've ever been to. They were kind and attentive and the doctor was thorough and answered all my questions. My dogs currently go to a different vet and I swear I'm thinking about switching based on this experience.

  • Charle’s Lee

The elderly lady sitting at the front desk was horrible and racist, when I asked to cancel my appointment because of her attitude and then she forced me to pay $80 while my pet hadn't received it yet. any service During the conversation I tried to be calm and gentle with her but when I walked out the door she yelled 'you done'. And she threatened to send the collection bill to my address. I recommend you don't go to this place .

  • Morgan Baker

The turnover of this establishment has left my poor dog without her medications she needs and has been on her whole life. I have been a client of the last 7 years and they will not refill her medications because I cannot come in for an exam anytime soon. They are not empathetic and will not help you problem solve. Now I have to reestablish with a vet that actually cares about their clients. I wish I could put zero stars.

Always a great experience at Lifetime Animal Care Center! My cat Jazz wasn't feeling too well, and they took great of him. Alyssa was super friendly and provided excellent customer service. Dr. G took the time to make some very helpful suggestions and recommendations for me to try at home, and answered all my questions and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I wouldn't hesitate to bring your pet here!

  • Moriah Scott

We had our very first visit for our adopted cat the other day with vet Dr. Solorzano. Not only was Dr. Solorzano kind and very insightful, her vet techs were also very sweet and informative. Since our new adopted cat is ten years old we had some concerns regarding her hips and teeth which Dr. Solorzano examined and gave us plenty of information and next steps to consider. We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you :)

  • Annie B

Extremely disappointed to learn in the exam room a rabies vaccination was required to be seen for tapeworm and nail trim for my indoor cats. At no point was this discussed in the onboarding, and was even told "I'm all set" when I stopped in before the appointment to make sure everything was ready. I was turned away. I just needed a prescription for dewormer and I was refused. Disorganized and uncaring

  • Joe Greene

We had great care for 3 cats and one little dog all at the same visit. The Vet Tech was very knowledgeable and great with animals. Dr. Foster attended to each animal with kindness. It was easy to see Dr. Foster loves animals and enjoys her patients. We all had a very good experience. Our GG is on the Pet Plan and Lifetime Care Center is great about reminders for upcoming shots, teeth cleanings, etc.

  • Brittney Schuh

The staff and Doctors here are amazing. I have been bringing my dog here for 3 years, even after moving to North County. They are willing to take the time to explain what causes any ailments for Izzie, best treatment options, and how to prevent them from recurring. If I call with questions or concerns, the staff assists over the phone if possible and do not encourage a visit if it is unnecessary.

  • Brittany Duckworth

My dog had been having this terrible cough for a week. It usually goes away but this time it didn’t so I called lifetime animal hospital and they got me in last minute. Dr. Solorzano was amazing! She was so sweet with my dog and you could tell she really cares. The wait was quick and I got medicine right there at the appointment and just three days later he’s feeling so much better! So thankful!

  • Margaret Lott

The veterinarians, technicians and staff at Lifetime Animal Care Center have been outstanding. I am delighted with their care for my pet - not just the physical dimension but they actually seem interested and concerned for the health and welfare of the animal. I highly recommend them and the PAWS program which helps a LOT to cover routine expenses for the optimal health care for animals.

  • Giuseppe Quevedo

I was really happy to find a caring and honest veterinary office to bring my pets to. They were very up front with what was needed and what wasn't, avoiding any unnecessary invasive treatments for my cat. They also were very attentive, making an appointment available with short notice, and following up after my appointment to check on my let's wellness. Five star service.

  • Chris Taramasco

This is a very busy clinic. Merlot had been trying to fight off a nasty ear infection but we finally were overtaken by it. Appointments were too far off to be booked but Sue was on it and was able to get him in in 2 days. He is sad because his 3 to 4 days at Fiesta Island are on hold for 2 weeks but we are on the mend and counting the days for his return to the island.

  • Katie Englund

I have been bringing my various beagles to LACC since the mid-1980s when Dr. Hardy bought this veterinary practice, and have had nothing but positive experiences. My dogs have received excellent, compassionate, professional care, and just as important, I have been involved in all aspects of their healthcare. Pets and owners are treated with the utmost respect here.

  • Brandon Aberg

We now have two cats who come to Lifetime Animal Care for their health needs. Everyone there is always so nice and truly take the time to listen to you and are very reassuring. They have always been able to get me an appointment in a timely manner. We have their Paw Plan and take advantage of the unlimited nail trimmings as they do a superb job!

  • Amanda Zimmerman

Lifetime was able to get me in quickly/same day to see my new puppy. The staff was prompt and very friendly. The doctor took great care to thoroughly check out my new boy and explain everything from his health to what to feed him and even recommendations for socialization & training. It’s clear they are passionate about the pets they support!

  • Cristan Villanueva

With my dog's digestive issues, after 3 emergency veterinarian consultations at other clinics, Lifetime Animal Care Center went above and beyond and helped resolve my dog's complex issues. They've been my dog's regular vet since she was a puppy, and they've provided the best service we could have asked for. Thank you, Lifetime!

  • Pauline Lamphere

Basically new to Lifetime Animal Care, they are very professional, and very compassionate for your pets. It is really an up-beat kind of place, and you know they are going to take care of your pet. or pet's. I have been to different vets in the past, and from experience, I will tell you these guys really do care about your pet.

  • Barbara Morrison

My dog Beazlie had a mass on his and and on his chest that needed to be removed and biopsied. They scheduled the appointment in a timely fashion, took great care of him during and after the procedure. Dr. De Souza is knowledgeable, informative and has a down to earth approach which is calming when needed:). I appreciate that.

  • Karen Scanlon

Our pets are a big part of our homes and joy. When they aren't well, or need wellness checks, aren't we glad to have the vets and techs and front office staff at Lifetime to help us. Phone and office greetings are always pleasant, like our business matters, never mind how busy they are. Lovely animal care. Gee, thank you.

  • Sharon S K

I love this place. Everyone has been SO kind. And Dr Hardy is a very smart man with a big heart. My two older dogs are in wonderful hands here, especially my beloved Golden Mix, who had a skin cancer removed from his eyelid by Dr Hardy. I would highly recommend this animal clinic. I leave very happy every time.

  • Kristine Hunt

The doctors are great but staff is not very friendly and the bill was very high for what services I received. I was given an estimate with room for more or less but charged the full price without consultation or further discussion. Overpriced and excess treatment, in my opinion, and that's WITH their discount.

  • Maddy

I came here for the first time and I was amazed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I was very worried about my sick puppy and everything was thoroughly explained to me and I was given many options of treatment. I will absolutely be making Lifetime my main vet from now on. 10/10 would recommend!

  • Sabrina Nuttmann

This place is a scam, they DON’T care about the well being of your dog they just want your money. They will quote you a price and then add hidden fees and do things without your permission and add it to the price. Go to a vet that actually cares about your dog- this is an absolute joke. So inhumane.

  • Faylina Stni4th

1st time in. I was a walk in, and they saw my dog right away. The Dr. & Staff were incredible and made us feel very comfortable. The down side is that i was told that I would be getting a call the following day and I really felt good about that, like they cared, but no follow up with me. Bummer !!

  • Darcy Fagerwold

I'm always so impressed with the level of care we receive at Lifetime Animal Care Center. They are so friendly and always go above and beyond to make their clients feel well taken care of. They follow up every visit with check ins to see how we're doing. I really feel like they care about my pup!

  • Julie Houston

Always 5 ⭐️ review! I’ve been taking my doggies there for over 10 years and they have been there for me when Ive had a few doggies pass away. They truly have your best interest and your pets at heart! They have affordable monthly plans to help care for your animals!!!! I highly recommend!!!!

  • Amber D

I was impressed with the efficiency in which the whole visit went. It was my first time bringing my pet to this vet and I was very pleased with the care and amount of time the vet took to speak with me about my pet. And pricewise they were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning.

  • Amanda Medcalf Conerty

Very happy with this practice. Short waits. Friendly staff and doctors. Great care for our fur babies. We started here with a new dog after we were having issues with our current vet and plan to move all of our pets to this practice as a result of our experience. Highly recommend.

  • Jeri Canfield

Dr. Hardy is a great Vet. He knew exactly what to test for within 30 seconds of seeing my dog. The last place I had taken her they were completely clueless, wasted my money and time. He takes time to explain everything and is very kind to the animals. I recommend Dr Hardy 100%.

  • Star Q.

They are eager to work with you and your pet in order to give the animals the care that they need and on their level. We just got a rescue that turned out to be reactive. Just getting into some vet offices had been difficult. We had a good experience that was very low stress.

  • Brittany Quintero

Third year bringing my pup, Luci, to this vet. The vets and vet techs are all very nice! Every exam feels thorough and straightforward. My partner even started bringing his dog here bec I’ve had such a great experience. Can’t recommend this veterinary office highly enough!

  • Jenny Jilka

The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. McBride answered all our questions and solved all of our issues. Our dog has seen several doctors at this location over the last couple of years, and we have always been impressed and happy with the care we’ve received.

  • Gabriela Oré Menéndez

We took our 11 year old beagle for the first time for a last minute appointment and they were amazing, super accommodating and loving with our little one. They even called the next day to check on him. We will definitely come back as permanent patients.

  • James Johnson

The staff really takes time getting to know our dogs. Nana is a good girl but very shy and so when the staff waits patiently for Nana to come to them it really is nice instead of just rushing thru on the visit. Great staff and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Shane Elliott

Took my new puppy in for her first visit, some vaccines and some advice. The vet and vet tech spent over an hour doing the exam, the vaccines and answering a lot of questions. Couldn't have been a nicer team and better experience. Fantastic!!!!

  • Olya J

I have tried many different vet clinics and wasn’t totally happy with any of them. Well, I finally found the one! Every single person who works in this clinic is friendly, helpful and actually care about my dog! I am very grateful for that!

  • Jennifer Coppin

Thank you for a wonderful first visit with my puppy! You were so kind and gentle with him and I know he will feel comfortable coming back. Also, I appreciate how thorough you were in answering ALL of my puppy questions. Thank you again!

  • ADSDTD Marco

I love this facility they are the best. This is my 2nd dog that I’ve brought to this facility. My first experience was immaculate it’s because they took very good care of my Squirt. May he RIP. But, now I have my Millie & the customer

  • Janice Fletcher

Professional staff. Clean and comfortable facilities. I took my new cat (rescued TNR) for a check up and shots. They explained everything thoroughly. At the end of the appt Olive got treats! I was notified of test results quickly.

  • Zach M

I had my first vet experience with Lifetime a few days ago after adopting my new pup and they were extremely helpful answering all of my questions and getting me set up on an easy to pay plan for my pups vaccines and puppy needs.

  • Susanne B. Hutshing

My experience with Animal Care Center has been very positive. Respectful handling of the animals, service minded and willingness to answer any questions. Appreciated the follow - up call from the attending Veterinarian very much.

  • emmalee williams

Love the staff always helpful. Things are expensive but worth saving/helping my animals. They made sure I understood everything I was paying for and needed for my pets. Also contacted me to make sure my pet was doing okay.

  • Andrew Kramer

I was able to get a last minute appointment for a new puppy I recently adopted - they made me feel great and answered all of my questions! Also got lots of discounts for being a first time customer. Highly recommend!

  • debby smith

With COVID-19 restrictions, they pick up your dog at your car and deliver them back to you when finished. I only had an annual wellness checkup and it went very quickly and the staff communicated well with me.

  • John Lee

Called and said I suspect my dog has an ear infection. They gave 3 options for time slots the next day. After learning that I would be a new client, they said they wouldn’t see me till next week. What a joke.

  • Amanda Fry

The whole team was super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure my kitties were comfortable. This is a team I trust with my furbabies and I will be coming back. I highly recommend!

  • Steve and Darcy Fagerwold

Everyone was super patient and friendly from the front desk staff, to the veterinary assistants, to the veterinarian herself. They took time to listen to all of my concerns and took great care of my dog.

  • Alexis Johnson

Was great from the start, vet tech and Doctor were caring. I let them know my budget and they worked with me and let me know what I needed first for Rudy my rescue. Love and will return, again! 5+***

  • Eileen Floyd

Dr. D' Sousa was wonderful with us and Barney. She's is very thoughful and took a lot of time and explained everything. We could tell that Barney likes her and that's a good thing. Thanks you.

  • Micha Hamilton

This is such an awesome place. The nurse her name is Shy but I probably spelled her name wrong and Dr Foster were wonderful. They explained everything and you could tell they loved their job.

  • Rose Ybarrondo

The vet tech Karly was wonderful! The only aspect of our visit I didn’t like was the vet insisted on giving our senior dog a rabies vaccine before she would treat her for a skin infection.

  • Tamelah Morris

They were very thorough checking my pet. When the Dr realizes my dog was shaking and scared, she got down on the floor next to him and started loving on him...while also checking him over.

  • Amanda Kirley

The team at life time is always so supportive and helps answer any concerns I may have. They give awesome recommendations and help me feel less overwhelmed as a first time pet owner.

  • Chris Robets

Their diagnosis was quick and on point. I was referred to the VCA Animal Emergency Center for treatment of my cat’s blocked urethra. The prompt diagnosis saved my cat Bowie’s life.

  • Brianna Frawley

First time here, we waited 20 mins past our appointment time to be brought back. Dr Foster and tech Alexandria were great with my new rescue pup! Overall, great experience.

  • Mark Nelson

Lifetime is a great place to take your pet. Very nice and kind reception assistants. Dr D'souza is very good at what she does, professional, and obviously loves animals.

  • Kathy Bergdahl

I love Lifetime Animal Care! So does my cat Lola! Besides taking care of health concerns of my older kitty, I bring her for her ‘manicure’. This place is the best!!!

  • Ashley Baize

Dr Thelen was wonderful and extremely thorough in trying to find out what was going on with my dog. I felt comfortable and heard and that my dog was in great hands!

  • Shylynn Missey

Dr Solorzano was great, Bentleys drop off visit was quick and efficient. Got everything he needs for his skin infection and is on the mend. Thanks Lifetime!

Dr. Lopez was friendly and thorough. The medicines that she prescribed for my elderly cat's upper respiratory infection and eye discharge worked very well.

  • Brittany Jenkins

Great staff and very accommodating. Their paw plans are great and they are great at giving all your options to make sure your pet is healthy and happy

I’ve taken all three of my cats there over the years and have gotten exceptional service. I truly care about our pets and I can’t thank them enough.

  • Susan Wade

Love it here! Everyone is very caring and supportive. I feel that my Buster is safe there. He is usually terrified of most everyone, but not there.

  • Tianna Clinger

We love our vet here. She is very knowledgable and just always a pleasure to be around while she is doing her exams on our bearded dragon, Lily…
