We visited this place to upholster our sofa but after the owner presented us all the options, we decided to replace a sofa with a new one.. We chose a design from Pinterest and they were very comfortable in making an exact same one. Within a week the sofa was delivered but due to some miscommunication in measurements we had to return it. They happily replaced the wrong one with correct sofa. The measurements are exactly like we requested, the material used looks elegant. The sofa is very comfortable. Most importantly the make is very very perfect. The finishing is professional and looks exactly what we requested. We also purchased a set of balcony furniture from this place and the quality is great. All in all, they make quality products. The owner is friendly and polite. The service is great as well.

Quality products with good pricing. I like to extend my appreciation towards the customer service and behaviour towards potential customers, which is commendable. Products are indeed of good quality and they have a lot of variety which is the reason I chose to buy from here. However what really is the main selling point was the way Mr. Shoaib explained about products, the materials used, the transparency and patience he had to provide nuances and granular details on every product in their shop is how a business need to conduct with every customer/potential customers.

I bought a Sofa from this store. The owner - Shoaib helped us select the fabric as per our choice and took us through the very exhaustive customization options they have. We selected the foam density of our choice, customized back rest height, hand rest height & width, seat length along with the bottom rest design and material. Shoaib was very accommodative in sharing the images at each stage and delivered it before the time committed. 5 Stars to the quality, materials used and the level of customization you get here.

The dinning table bought here... All the 4 chairs were shedding white powders. Got know , this was because of inferior wood being used. I had checked with other carpenter and found it was an inferior wood. They were least bothered to attend my concern, this is immediate to the purchase of the dinning set. Even after a police complaint they were least bothered to provide solution to the product they have sold. The attitude was rude... Afterall giving them business this is what I got back.

I had recently ordered a customised sofa and coffee table from this shop and the person in charge(shoaib) was very helpful in helping us select right model based on our interiors. Even though he had committed a later date for delivery he delivered it 5 days earlier with perfect finishing and Quality. You can rarely find geniune shop owners like shoaib and his commitment and timely delivery is commendable.Thank you for providing great product and service.

Items here are not maintained well. Store is not clean. Staff are not aware of their own products. We saw the items kept up shelf were chewed up by rats. Check the item completely before buying. Store full of mosquitoes when we visited. This place needs a better management, big time.

Decent place and friendly owner. Mr.Khaleel is quite friendly and offers good customer service. He suggests what is good for the customer based on the need. Pricing is also quite reasonable compared to any other store in the locality. There are no hidden costs.

I have ordered this 3 seater sofa, whatever they promised like foam, cloth, color and design they used, its heavy. delivered 2 days late so if you are ordering any furniture from them consider 2 days extraa.but worth it.
