My parents were directed to this clinic following a motor vehicle accident. It was our first experience having to navigate something like this, including a lot of required paperwork. This clinic was absolutely amazing at supporting us throughout the whole process. The environment is welcoming, friendly and clean. Christina constantly welcomed us with a smile and upbeat personality. Barbara was super knowledgeable and really cares about her clients. Rakki was always patient and willing to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this clinic! They have an online booking system and reminder text messages as additional options. Tons of free parking and also very easy to get to by ttc! Thank you all for your assistance!

Very helpful! The clinic responded to my emails, helping me to plan my treatment. Neermi Dave, Physiotherapist, and Emmanuella Boateng, assistant physiotherapist, gave me many useful recommendations for my pain and stiffness. Other staff were also very helpful. My schedule and TTC travel led to me arriving early for many appointments, and very late for one appointment: the staff was very accommodating, and they usually saw me right away. Many physiotherapy clinics in Toronto essentially refused to take my government-funded care and treat me. Lifemark, though initially not receptive to my situation, gave me many appointments and treatments. I'm grateful! Recommended!

I have gone through an entire physiotherapy treatment through Lifemark with Peyman Cham for my post ACL surgery since Feb 2022. Since November I am now able to do some boxing training, Ice-skating, and going back to Muay Thai by Feb 2023, thanks to him and Lifemark. Definitely wouldn't have gotten the confidence to go back to regular training without Peyman's guidance and support throughout this journey. To patients who had the same circumstance, progress on with the physiotherapy training and you'll be 100% again. Highly recommended to go with Lifemark and with Peyman!

Amberly did my initial assessment and oversaw my treatment program while I worked primarily with Sylvia for my rehabilitation exercises. I have been going to this clinic for several months now. Not once did I have a bad experience. They are professional and their service extends to making sure you feel better during and after treatment. Every single employee has had nothing but a positive attitude and I have always felt welcomed here. My injuries have come a long way and I couldn't be happier to recommend my physiotherapist, Amber, to anyone. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help in a variety of way. I am very happy with this choice!

I had an appointment on Aug 11/2022 at 10:00 AM with Maria doPaco. I arrived on time but the massage therapist wasn't there yet. It gets worse and at 10:15am I was informed that Maria would only make at 10:40am so my appointment would be almost over by that time. No one apologized to me, not even offer to rebook. I wasted an hour on commute for nothing. If the customer was late by that much, they would charge cancellation fee so why patients don't deserve any fair treatment? Terrible customer service.

Very disappointed with this Business, called to book an appointment and the first question was, is it through OHIP or independent, the minute i said OHIP they told me will have to wait till next year as they are not taking new patients. I mentioned I was not a new patient and I been there before, I was told no appointments till next year. So if you have no insurance or cash on hand don’t bother with this business.

The staff at this location is very friendly, hard-working, professional, knowledgeable and are dedicated to helping the injured. They really care about their patient. I was treated here about four years ago and I had a full recovery from my injury. I am now a returning customer for treatment for a new injury. An individual plan for my recovery including home exercises is provided. Free parking is a bonus.

Have been going here due to a back injury for a while now (including before vaccinations). Dr. Maki is always great, understanding and helpful in getting me through the theraphy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The environment is safe and clean specially during this pandemic. Ps. Awhile back I woke up in the midst of a vertigo attack, very scary. I sought treatment quickly with Dr. Barbara Maki and she provided great relief in no time at all despite my having a more complicated type of vertigo. Her assessment to make the diagnosis, her treatments and her guidance were impressive. It was a very professional experience and I will return for further care when required.

Came to the clinic with a pretty bad miniscus injury. Was attended by Peyman once per week. Had some really good results after 3 about weeks. Knee improved steadily after and I'm almost pain-free after 10 weeks. Thanks to Peyman and lifemark for their help in my recovery.

Peyman is a great physiotherapist, helped me recover form an incident I had. 10/10 highly recommend working with him. I had a few sections with Liza, Barbara,and Amber all being great sections.
