I've had a unit here for more than 6 months, and can tell you I'm very happy. The customer service is excellent, and the manager Amy took the time to explain all my options, to really help me get the right size unit for my budget. The halls are always clean and their security and video cameras make me feel safe that my stuff is in the right place. I've had storage units all over town at many different companies and can tell you from experience that having a unit here at Life Storage on Harry Hines was the right decision for me. Highly recommended.

The management team is OUTSTANDING and the property is as good as they get. The management team pays attention to every detail there is. The property is clean and maintained impecably. They pay attention to who is on the property all the time. They take great pride in serving the customer. I have had to use a number of different storage companies in the past out of state and this property is the best I have ever seen, all because of the managers. Great place to store you belongings. They will be safe.

Highly recommended! I have space in two different locations and like the facilities at each...clean, secure and well maintained. The staff have always been attentive and helpful. The manager (Amy) of the Market Center location in Dallas is top notch! It seems that Life Storage is slightly more expensive than comparable spaces, but not so much so that I'd go to the hassle of moving. In a perfect world they'd have 24 hour access (it's only 6am to 9pm) but I knew going in they didnt. One can hope!!

The Store Manager Amy Torres is extremely helpful , patient, responsive and solution oriented. People like her make customers such as myself lives alot easier especially when it comes to her knowledge about life storage. Recently I was experiencing a lock issue and thankfully, she was able to figure out a solution to my problem. It is always refreshing coming to life storage knowing that Store Managers like Amy Torres will be there to help you out with anything you need.

We love this place! It is always so clean and well maintained. The storage spaces are all climate controlled, reasonably priced, and easily accessible. Hazard insurance provided by Life Storage is available and recommended. The manager Amy is a pure joy to work with. She is always friendly, upbeat, and eager to assist. Absolutely wonderful storage facility! It does not feel like a corporate chain location, but rather, a family-owned business. Amy and the others are incredibly friendly people, and the storage units are a spectacular value for the price. Use this location for storage - you won't regret it!

After renting at Extra Space Storage, which continued to go downhill by the month (broken security doors, inattentive staff), Life Storage on Harry Hines is a totally different experience. The property is clean and secure, the rates are reasonable and the staff is GREAT!
