I was looking for the salicylic for the foot corn but the trainee don’t know what it is then he go to the pharmacist and the lady and show the Collomak , and i ask to the trainee pls ask the pharmacist how many days it will be healed and the three of them laugh i tell them this is not a joke that a customer asking question and you will laugh on it and they are telling that is not they were laughing i saw their facial expressions before the trainee ask how many days it will be healed the lady replies i don’t know its unethical for this kind of gestures and practices hopefully it will not happened to others and i decided to buy to other pharmacy nearby.

One of my favourites and most reliable retail pharmacies in the UAE is Life Pharmacy; I used to buy the majority of the vitamins I sent back to the Philippines for my family there. It is much more convenient for me now that they have opened a branch right next to our apartment. The personnel are helpful and kind, and they offer information to help you. Congratulations to the branch manager; the shop is also incredibly well-organized.

The area is really big, so you might think you coud’nt find the stuff you needed but its so amazing that the staffs are oriented, respectful and kind. Very rude Indian Lady there . No customer service skills whatsoever . It was as if she was being forced to work yet she wasn’t even doing much , most probably a trainee. Only the Filipino lady was nice. But whoever that lady is who handed me my medication needs to learn some manners.
