Just got back from a night of bowling and had a great time. the food was great, music was tasteful, lights were amazing, and 2 out of 3 guys at the front were super friendly and both guys at the grill were amazing. so was the food! My daughter and I have been coming here for years since her girl scouts says and usually love it. the only issue that I had though was the hourly pricing that is apparently new. it had a lot of flexibility in that you get 2 shoe rentals included and up to 5 people can bowl (though, you let us have 6 total with our 2 kids). However, we were on our 3rd game (we bought 3 hours) and we were literally 2 minutes away from finishing our 10th frame and you shut the game off on us! I mean really? you couldn't give us TWO more minutes so these last two players could finish they're game? you seriously want us to pay another $35 just to play the last frame for 2/6 players? the unfortunate part in that is that the gentleman that payed for the last hour was one of the two and didn't even get to finish his game. He arrived late to the 2and game so got jipped out of that one too. mostly great. 2 stars dropped for the nickle and diming when it comes to finishing your game ‍♀️ everything else was great though and will be back. we will just remember to play a little faster next time :)

This place is trash. The parking lot is disgusting and looks like a dump. My family and I went bowling for the first time here recently. We don't get to hang out often and met up on a relaxed Sunday here. We were told we couldn't order food bc they didn't know where the cook was and if he was even going to show up. So we got a couple non alcoholic soft drinks while bowling. Some dude, maybe a manager or something just came down to our lane practically screaming at us that we can't have drinks in that area like we were kids. We were so thrown off by it. My sister responded with a respectful, "oh okay sorry." Then he proceeded to keep going on about it so aggressive and rudely. My sister responded again irritably, "We heard you!" He then lowered his voice like realizing we weren't trying to fight him back about something so stupid. We left and never intend on coming back.

I will be honest, the location(surrounding area).. maybe not the best. But you go inside and totally different story. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was superb. Lately everywhere you go, customer service is non existent or rude. Not here! I kid you not, every employee was courteous, respect, helpful, and friendly. We had a kids bday party, and they made the whole experience great. And then when all wrapped up they provided my son with a bowling pin from his lane to take home. We weren't expecting any of the experience we received. Kudos to Kevin and the staff, and thank you for making it such a great event!

Bowling lanes worked fine & seemed well maintained. Ladies bathroom had a small trashcan catching drain water under one of the sinks. Snack Bar had serious challenges (pizza was burnt black on bottom but dough was raw/undercooked under cheese. Hamburger patty was so burnt, hard & tough I could not bend or tear off a piece of meat with my hand. No way I was gonna break a tooth trying to bite it. They did redo the burger & the 2nd one was good. Then I saw a worker trying to clean the hot cooker/oven. I have to say, the Snack Bar manager really apologized & was nice. But they also ran out of food.

Great fun took the kids with the offer of kids bowl free during the summer. The Staff were friendly and the bowling alley was clean.. I would recommend that they update the bowling shoes as my shoes were falling apart from the seams. I do think it would be beneficial if they had someone going around cleaning up the bowling balls that were left around as well as putting them in the correct location so it would be easier for people to grab based on the weight/finger size of the balls. Other than that everything was absolutely wonderful!

The worst customer service experience ever! When could get someone on the phone, they did not know what they were doing. We made multiple reservations over the span of a month and was quoted a price per person which included shoes. Once we went, we were charged different prices each time, they only included the shoes once, and they told us they had no record of our reservations after the first time we went. We finally got fed up with their lack of professionalism, organization, and customer service. We took our business elsewhere!

This was our first time visiting! And we were very pleasantly surprised.Most of the bowling shoes, bowling balls, screens, and bowling equipment need updating (older spot), but other than that it was a really nice experience for us. We were here celebrating my husband's birthday for an Event with Mr. Bowtie "Chucks & Pearls" The staff was super friendly, the DJ was cool & funny, and the security for the event was cute & very nice We would definitely return for another event.

I was having fun until the bowling manager came yelling at me about sitting in a do not sit area. There wasn't indication of do not sit at the location. I didn't mean any trouble. But he yelled at me and my boyfriend. I think it would have been better if he just asked. Instead yelling I don't mean any harm or disrespect. I wouldn't come here to bowl unless you know their secrets rules? Sad bc I came back from a first experience that was nice. Hope y'all do better. Be kind. Some ppl dont mean harm.

I don't remember the last time I went to a bowling alley where the manager made you feel like he'd known you for years. Where the service on a scale from to ten was about a 7 (That's an avg based on ALL who work there) I was impressed with management's attitude toward customers. I think the guy's name is Stacy and he is about as cool as they come. When I talked to him I really felt like he was listening. Very friendly and personable. Let it Roll is very accommodating and their prices aren't bad either.

So I just called this alley to reserve a lane for tomorrow with me and my two boys. ... I had to have the guy repeat himself. I asked for one lane for two hours and this clown told me $72.50 . I couldn't believe what I heard . Last time I bowled I paid $12.00 for unlimited bowling. What is this world coming to when it's almost $100 to take your boys out for a night of bowling . I hope that bowling alley goes out of business. Charging folks $70 to bowl . Pathetic

Supes fun with my coworkers!! Kept it lit on a budget for my team night tonight!! The neon, glow in the dark atmosphere with lasers and lights and classic R&B remixes made it surprisingly cheap while giving high end club vibes. Would totally do this again if I stop by Phoenix with my team. You'd really have to experience it in person to understand hole in the walls like this bowling alley is rare as gold to find and well worth the investment.

The outside might look a little scary but it's really fun inside! The building is older but had no effect on my awesome bowling skills! My family and I went on a Saturday night and to my surprise there was a live DJ about 9pm or so. Great chill atmosphere to hang out and bowl. The bar area looked nice and modern,clean. Overall only 4 stars due to older building. Clean restrooms, clean building,friendly staff overall. Fun place,good times.

Bowling was fun and food was good. Very disappointed in lack of response from manager on issue I had with cancelling a part of my reservation. I had reserved 2 lanes and shoes for 10 people and we needed to cancel 1 lane and shoes for 5 due to illness and I have not been able to get a response on a refund. If not for this issue, I would give it 5 stars as we do a family bowl there at least once a year for a birthday or other occasion.

Thee BEST PLACE to bowl when you simply want to have a good time, and be around others who are there to do the same! It's always a joyous experience for me when I have good interaction with staff as well as the other patrons! Was there a mistake; yes!.. however, it was owned by the employee(s), and myself and the party I was with, were taken care of to the utmost satisfaction! Good atmosphere for ALL AGES! I CANNOT WAIT to return!!

Was not pleased at all. Felt that service was extremely rude to our group. Consistently harassed by staff because they do no allow drinks anywhere but the back. Any other bowling alley this is not an issue. They wanted to charge another $64 to open an additional lane but was told if we weren't in a group it would only be $17. It took a lot of planning to take some venerable people of the community to this outing. Will not be back.

Was kind of wary about this place from the outside. I was wrong. Fantastic experience!! The bartender, Jewel was helpful when I called to reserve lanes, and her skills as a bartender are top notch. Every employee I encountered was great. The only drawback was the cost...over $200 for 7 people to bowl for 2 hours. Not including food or drinks Oh & they serve great french fries too! We will definitely return.

We had reservations at another place at 11. I found out at 10am that the place we were supposed to go to was booked with tournaments. Called let it roll immediately with fingers crossed they could accomidate 11-15 people in approx 45 min. They did it no problem. You'd never know about the hidden gem by the neighborhood but staff is polite, food was good, beer was cold and prices very reasonable.

I absolutely love this place! The prices are right, staff is always attentive and enthusiastic, and I love the vintage feel. They offer weekly leagues for serious bowlers or cosmic bowling and fun specials for people that just want to have a good time. Drinks and food are always delicious too! My favorite part? They have Coke at the bar and Pepsi at the restaurant - the best of both worlds.

Improvements have been made to aesthetics but most of us league bowlers want the lanes to actually work. I recently left the Dang Tv League at Let It Roll and several other teams did not return and we just lost a team as well. If the 2-5 lanes not working each night the league bowls isnt taken seriously…pretty soon no one will bowl their league events here anymore. Fix your lanes Stacy!!!!

Made a $90 reservation for Saturday at 7pm for a birthday party of 10+ people. Bowling alley called and asked to move the reservation to 10pm or the weekend after because of a bowling league, when we could not, they canceled our reservation. Now we must wait for the refund - and ruined the party and plans we made all week. Will not be considering going here after this unfortunately.

This place really disappointed me. I have had good experiences before. Brought my 4 kids in with my husband for my 34th birthday. The service was not good. Tom was unfriendly, things were not working great, bumpers were having issues. The bartender said she would not make a fancy non alcoholic drink for me that they do not do that. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT RETURN!

Fun place with retro touches but contemporary services. Plenty of ball options, shoes were clean, and there is a vending machine for socks. I think there was 1 pool table (if more I didn't see but I wasn't looking). Friendly staff. Go take the family or friends or your social group out for an old school good time where you can practice old school manners.

I went on a double date at this location and we had a blast. The inside is much more remarkable than the outside. We didn't eat at the restaurant attached but it was nice to know it was available. We used a Groupon for two hours, shoes, and two pitchers of soda for less than 20 bucks, which was an amazing deal. Highly recommend it if you want to bowl.

I've been going to Let It Roll Bowl since I lived in the neighborhood back in 2005. Stacy, the owner, was always so nice and friendly. It's like our "Cheers," but with bowling, as well as great drinks and live bands! Even though we've moved away, I'll easily make the 15 minute trip from the west valley to visit Let It Roll Bowl anytime!

Love coming here, really enjoy the environment and the staff. Giving it four stars because I came last night with a friend for karaoke (which they advertised), hour round-trip drive, and it was canceled permanently. Really bummed about that, may stop coming now that it’s canceled. Would switch to five stars if they brought it back.

Everyone had such a great time at our company team building event we held at Let It Roll Bowl. The staff were very accommodating to our every needs. The restaurant had our food hot and ready right on time. We scheduled our next year event before we left. I highly recommend this venue! The price is right and the service is fabulous!

Boasting beautiful murals and an old school arcade there's something for anyone to love about this awesome family owned and operated bowling alley. There's only one, so get your time in when you can as it gets busy. :)

Bowled a tournament on a Sunday and had never bowled at this house before. The inside and outside were very dated, it was like waking up in the 70s, but in a good way. The house and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The approaches and the lanes were also well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Glad this place is still around! Fun for all and at a great price. Staff is friendly, food was good(like you’d expect, nothing like crazy good) and had a good selection of drinks. I like the classic bowling alley style, do wish there were more seating spots for parties, but nothing that we couldn’t figure out.

The cashier was very patient and kind with my daughters. The vintage feel of the place made for a great environment and although the soft drinks were a bit on the pricey side and too large for kids, the ease of ordering it from the lane was definitely a plus. I'm sure we will be back for more family fun!

Took my daughter here for her birthday and it was fun. We came on a Monday, so it wasn't too crowded. The staff was helpful and nice. Also, you could order food or drinks digitally and they bring it to your area. After 7pm til close its unlimited bowling w shoe rental included. We will return soon.

Bowling was good, place was clean. Kinda wish the balls they provide were in better condition, but overall the place is great for blowing off steam after work. The food selection and pricing is really good. The kitchen needs to keep an eye on their pizzas tough. Ours was a little burnt.

This place is not in a great area, but the inside is really set up well, the lanes were too oily I feel compared to most lanes Ive been to. The service was good, the pizza kinda sucked but the drinks were great and the other food we had was good! We all had a great time!

Prices are ridiculous. Went in to practice, on a Friday at 1pm, and requested 2 hours of bowling for my son and I asked for 2 lanes, they wanted to charge me for 4 hours total which is over 130.00. The place isn't even full. Only coming back here for tournaments.

Good place for low key fun with kids. Food has been good several times. Equipment sometimes does odd things like scoring a 2 for a gutter ball. Game room often has broken / out of service items. They keep the lights on so I can see the marks which is a plus...

One of the best places to bowl in Phoenix metro. It’s affordable, has lots of lanes, their alcohol drinks aren’t very expensive and the workers are nice. It’s a bit of a drive compared to other places for me but I don’t mind. They are also very LGBT friendly.

Like to bowl here but most the lanes appear to be warped! Lane 22 has a big dent in it! The keyboard is so hard to operate. Most all of the racks drop the pins and then you have to reset!
