Absolutely terrible service. I am still waiting for the headstone of my late father to be engraved. We approved and paid for the engraving in mid-November 2018, and we are June 12th, 2019 and it is still not done. Of course I would have liked to have hired my own engraver to do it but we are held hostage by the company who's rules are that we are required to use theirs. Completely unacceptable.

Once again the flowers that i left at my husbands niche were stolen. This is the second time...heartbroken. i am thinking of taking him out of the niche to be able to respect him properly.

I had to reverse our purchase. Claire and Sabine looked after this for me. Very professional and kind!
