Worst experience ever. I bought Tooheys platinum 5 cartons that were on special for $25 per carton. It clearly said “save $45 per carton”. I got an email next morning that my order is ready for pick-up, and when I went there to pick up, the guy at the register told me that my order is cancelled. Upon asking the reason, he said I don’t have to tell you the reason. I argued for my money to be returned or honour the commitment. He was abusive, rude and asked me to leave the premises. At this stage, I either want my product or my money but he threatened me to call the police which I was ok with and then he said you need to leave my premises. At this stage I have paid for the product in full, I don’t have a receipt for refund, no email, nothing. The app still shows that my order is ready for collection. Worst worst worst store, pathetic behaviour, bloody cheats.

small shop but its quality not quantity. if your into bourbons this place is heaven. the rare hard to find selections can be found here..especially the unicorn..pvw for those who know will know what those initials are. its like going into a time capsule..i highly suggest taking a visit here even if just to look. i have been to many liquor stores in my 5 years in australia and this shop is 6 out of 5 stars. puts all the big box liquor stores to shame. and very friendly service, more then happy to talk and explain the different bourbons he has and talk about the history. can tell he has a love and respect for the product and his customers.
